Rouge Nails is known for fancy nail designs that they are very good at doing! Check out their Instagram to see what I'm talking about. I am not a fancy nail person. I like basic gel/sns powder manicures, so that's all I can Yelp about! I've been here several times and each time my experience was basically the same. They make you soak your nails for about 45 minutes to an hour which is completely unnecessary. The nail techs are friendly but they spend more time engaging in personal conversation than working on your nails. There's absolutely no reason for anyone to have to spend 2.5-3 hours at a salon for a dip powder manicure, but you will if you come here. This is a nail salon, not a nail spa- iykyk! The environment here is not peaceful at all, and you will not have a relaxing experience. There's lots of loud chatter amongst the employees, 2 loud TVs on and loud customers having personal conversations on their cellphones. They don't not clean your hands with a warm towel, or give you that good old hand massage when you're done. They also don't wipe down and sanitize their areas in between customers. Although the salon is not dirty, it could definitely use a wipe down or two & and mop and broom more often. However I like the way they do my nails and my nails always seem to last 2-3 weeks. The SNS powder is always neatly applied and Fernanda always give me the shape that I ask for. Download the clover app and check-in while you're there. Sometimes your nails turn out great sometimes you're taking a gamble. The owner Olga seems to be constantly training new staff so if you don't have a go to person you trust to do your nails, you're sometimes stuck with someone who is pretty much "practicing" on your nails. I tend to do SNS with tips and have them filed coffin shape which means the sides are skinnier. To get the nails filed they charge an extra $5 which I think is a little excessive. The sns is the powder type gel that doesn't require UV lights. If you're looking for a hard manicure that doesn't chip - opt for the SNS. I also found after getting SNS done at other salons that this salon has a ton more color choices. I believe I pay $45-50 each time I get my nails done. Parking is also sometimes difficult because the lot is shared with restaurants and stores. read more

I don't know if they have a time management problem or if they prioritize walk-ins over those with scheduled appointments but every time I come here i'm waiting an hour plus to be serviced. on week days they only have 2 people working. I like that they don't rush their service times, but the wait times are ridiculous. don't come here if you have any other plans the rest of the day. you'll be here for hours whether you have an appointment or not. read more

Had my first SNS mani here. SNS (dipping powder) is $35.00. There's so many great colors to choose from. Rosa did an amazing job! Wednesday, I came in for a Pedi. The pedi is $22.00. Of course, Rosa did another amazing job! The pedicure stations are clean. A nice plus is the Pedi-lounge chair that vibrates and massages you :) Everyone is very friendly at the salon. During my treatments, the owner Olga came around and offered me water. It's best to make an appointment particularly for after work or on the weekend. The place gets mobbed. They did a nice job with my nails. I did SNS with tips on my fingers and a regular pedicure on my toes. I thought all was well, until 2 of my nails' polish popped off within 2 weeks. I understand that the polish may not last many weeks but it shouldn't just be falling off and lifting from my finger that quickly. Most importantly, I should've listened to other reviews about the hygiene of this place because 2 of my fingernails now have an infection. I've never in my life had an infection on my fingernails. I have no idea what happened to this place. I literally left there like 15 minutes ago and what a disaster. 1. All the girls there were shit-talking about the customers. I found out because I speak Spanish and I guess the girl that was working with me didn't know and I surprised her by speaking in Spanish. 2. I got charged $44.72 cents for that little design that the girl didn't even place correctly. She had no idea what she was doing and at one point she let the sticker fall on the floor. 3. She cut me while she was filing my nail and I was bleeding a lot! She didn't even say sorry, she just continued using filing my nail with BLOOD on it. 4. The girl kept telling me she wasn't able to do what I wanted so I then showed her a picture from their Instagram and told her to do exactly what was on the picture but I just wanted a deeper pink color. It looks nothing alike. 5. The owner is really rude. I don't know if it's because she losing business or she's having a bad day but she was not nice to the customer there. 6. I guess the owner owed money to the girls there so the girl that was working with me, she kept stopping and counting money and talking about how much this person owes her and I just wanted her to finish my nails to leave but she was too busy talking on the phone, talking to the girl next to her and just making fun of others. 7. It's dirty. The tables are dirty. I don't think they are cleaning as their suppose to. the tools are questionable too. I really can't believe she files the nail with blood in it. That is a huge no-no for the department of health. My nails are nice tho but for it to be my NATURAL nails, and charging me an extra $8 for a sticker that they bought from Amazon for less than a dollar and it doesn't even stick, it's just too much. I could have just gotten a nice set of acrylics somewhere else. I will no longer be coming here. I hate it because I really use to like this place. I'm new to the area and I was hoping that I found a place to get my nails done, but unfortunately not. I got a pedicure. The woman who did my toes was very rough and I felt her nick my cuticles on my toes which stung when she put the base coat on. They don't have the antiseptic drops here when they nick you so I cleaned my cuticles when I got home. When she buffed my feet, she left dead skin behind and the bottoms of my feet do not feel soft at all. I also did not like the fact that they don't seal the tops of the nail with polish so the tip of the nail is exposed and subject to chips and they don't have a place to dry your nails after you get them done so I left with basically wet nails. I went to this place to get my nails done for my birthday. I was a walk-in. The owner worked on my nails I wanted dipped acrylic with a design. Even though she made my nails a little too long I thought she did a okay job. When the design was done I thought they were going to do a hand painted design. She had a young lady put a sticker on my nails. Then when I returned in less then 2 weeks to have my nails done because they started to lift I again did a walk in. I was told no I needed to make an appointment. Confused I reached out to the owner via Facebook messenger and her response was that the nail attendants there were too busy to take walk ins. Which again is fine but if you pick and choose when you will take walk-in then you should not advertise you welcome walk-ins. Also, no one was apologetic about not being able to take me, I only got a you have to make an appointment which made me feel unwelcome and like a burden. read more

I thought that they had a great selection of nail colors and that the staff was very friendly. However, I discovered that I got a fungal nail infection on both of my big toes. I love this salon, I have been going for over a year already. However, the reason I am giving it 3 stars is because if Olga isn't there the staff isn't accommodating at all. I work like most people in America a 9-5 job and on the weekends, by the time I get in town it's 6 pm. If Olga isn't there the staff won't take you at all. There has been already several occasions that I arrive before 6:30 and they won't take me and if they do they have a bad attitude. Today, on 4/17 I got there at 6:15 and I asked to get a pedicure and a plain SNS (no tips, design, or anything extra) I was told by one employee it was okay, then a few minutes later I was told by another employee that I couldn't get both, I had to get one or the other or come back another day. I told them I can't because I work during the day. I was annoyed and decided to get SNS, I went to the bathroom and went I got out I decided to leave and not get any services at all and just go somewhere else. I feel that if I have been going to a place for over a year and have referred many people to the place, I should be considered a loyal customer. There was enough time for me to get my pedicure and my SNS done, but because Olga wasn't there they chose not to do it and be rude about it. It's sad to see how great businesses like this lose customers because their employees take advantage when their boss isn't around to monitor their work. I more then likely will not be coming to this nail salon in the future. I prefer to give my money to someone that is willing to work even if it is 7 pm. read more

This is my go to local nail salon. I usually come here for my sns manicures and regular pedicures. Just note that if you're doing a regular manicure, they don't have dryer stations! Gel and sns is definitely their specialty. It's a good idea to make an appointment because they get pretty busy (especially on weekends). The only reason I gave it a 2 star is because the place is actually really nice, however the work done was horrible. They came out perfect. The shape and color was exactly what I wanted and the staff and who I assume was the owner/manager were lovely. Although the service was great, I'm very disappointed with the quality of my nails. 3 days after getting my nails done, two snapped in half. I've been going to Rouge Nails consistently for the past year. The beginning was great but it appears they have lost their way. The owner is great but the workers are going to be the downfall of this business. Nail tech, Mercy is a great part of their decline. She is always late for her appointments or doesn't show up at all, doesn't put the same effort into her customers nails, and only has an excuse why she can't deliver what you're asking for. Got my nails soaked (which had already mentioned to them 3 times they were UV gel not acrylic, 40 minutes later the manager or owner realized what I had initially told her. She told me to hold on some on will be with me to take the existing nails off with the machine. 25 minutes later still no service not even the pedicure, no communication of what was going on just seen people after me being sat down and worked on, manager was nowhere in sight so I decided to walk out.
