Easy to call and get an appointment. I have been going here for three plus years. The owner manages well, and many of the operators have stayed. They are very professional and friendly. I am a monthly (not weekly) customer and they know me. They have many weekly customers. All the women who do your mani-pedis-waxing are nice. Good price options for different service levels. I like the mani-pedi deal on Monday and Tuesday. This is on a nice stretch of Broad Street Bloomfield with Stamna, Holstein's, a nice liquor store. I decided to come to this Nail Salon based on the yelp reviews. From the moment I walked in I was already impressed with the service. I was greeted by the owner at the door with a smile, he walked me over to the nail color section and asked me to chose my color as they finished preparing the pedicure chair. Then Ana came up to me and made sure the color I chose was exactly what I wanted. She did an excellent job on my pedicure and gel manicure. She took her time and she did an amazing job painting my nails. Did not miss a spot, no clumps, no bumps. Very professional job, if you are looking for a new salon do give this spot a try. Went to get my nails done on Saturday. Walked in and the owner was super friendly and ask if I could get a manicure and he was a little bit strange implying that I needed an appointment. He made a phone call and then said that I could so I picked a color. They had a great selection And I was able to pick out my favorite color relatively quickly. My nail stylist was super kind and very thorough highly recommend Ana. The major downside was the drying station I sat there with my hand underneath the desk fan. I was able to make an appointment for the same day & the owner even called me back when there was a cancellation to see if I'd like an earlier appointment. It was clean, sanitary and ran so efficiently. The pricing is a little more moderate but so worth it. I went here for the first time on 6/23/16 and was very pleased! I needed a pedi because I was going on vacation that night and had already been to and called 6 other salons who would not take me. I walked in and the gentleman at the door immediately greeted me. They had not availability right away but asked if I could come back in an hour. I did and I'm pleased to say I got a great pedicure. The woman I had was very meticulous and made sure every detail was right. She even noticed that the sandals I wore might touch my nail so instead, she gave me the foam sandals. LOVE going here for pedicures but their manicures are the WORST. I went here Friday with a gift certificate for a free manicure well mysteriously that day my manicure couldn't be free they had to charge me $5. Not sure how that happened couldn't even accept their own free manicure gift certificate. Also I left and within a half hour my nails were breaking and the Polish was coming off. This is my new favorite nail salon. It's clean, it's friendly, they offer a free manicure once you've paid for 10... But most of all, the owner cares about his clients and his employees. The salon closes at 7, and around 6:45, he owner turns off the lights, and brings out a candle lit cake, and everyone sang Happy Birthday to Sara, one of the nail technicians. It was really nice to see! There was another woman next to me drying her nails, and a couple on the other side drying their nails. They offered us cake which was so nice of them. One of the clients offered to take a group picture... It was just a really lovely evening in the nail salon! It is extremely easy to see that the vibe the owner portrays trickles down to the technicians and the clientele.
