I've been going to this salon for a few years and this is my first unsatisfactory experience. Let me begin by saying that i am a plus size woman. That being said, i very much felt the judgement and fat shaming from the pedicure technician. She sighed dramatically every time she lifted one of my feet - with my assistance. She sighed dramatically and rolled her eyes when she rubbed lotion on my calves. When the pedicure is finished it's always a courtesy that the technician offers the client a hand as you get out of the chair. Because you're not wearing your street shoes, your feet might be a bit slippery, there might be some water on the floor, etc. This technician grabbed my forearm with both of her hands and braced her feet as if she was in a tug-of-war! Very exaggerated, very dramatic, very insulting. Unnecessary. I'm a chubby gal but not movement challenged. I'd also like to add that the technician had a tummy on herself so maybe should focus on her own body and not that of her clients. read more

I always get my pedicures here; they take their time, do an amazing job, and are reasonably priced. They are very hygienic and use a plastic liner in the foot tub, and changes them between clients. I rarely get a manicure here, because the paint chips off quickly even with a gel mani. But I went out on a limb one day and got a full gel set that didn't even last a week. I went on a vacation the day after I got them done, so I couldn't go back to get it fixed until after I returned over a week later. I called and explain the situation to the owner who told me to come in when I could and she would give me a gift card for a free pedicure for the inconvenience. Even though I had a not-so-great experience and spent a lot of money that day, I give them five stars because of their customer service and great pedicures. (Realistically, it's a 4.5) I recommend the Monday through Wednesday $30 Mani Pedi special only. Also, the parking lot is small and tight, not ideal. read more

This is a nice nail salon. Clean, aesthetically pleasing and spacious. Pros: $30 mani-pedi Monday -Wednesday only. Nice polish selection. Nail techs take their time while servicing you. Cons: can't tip on card... atm machine is there if needed. Overall, I will def come back. Annie did my manicure and Daniela did my pedicure. Both were wonderful. Would not recommend. I went two times for regular mani and regular pedi. Convenient and okay. The third time, last week, I went for a gel mani and pedi. Pedi was mediocre at best. The gel mani was awful. Every finger came off in one piece within 4 days. They chipped on the first day. After that I would find an entire one peeled off. Seriously, I could have glued them back on my fingers. I have never experienced such a thing. These were done with regular gel polish and uv light. Never again. Waste of money. I got a gel pedicure here and a regular manicure and everything was great, place seemed cute and clean, I was happy to find a good salon near my home. The problems happened with my second appointment. My gel pedi was being soaked off but it wasn't all off when the nail tech took off the foils. She started scraping my toenails with a metal tool and broke my big toenail. (The other toenail is also cracked but not broken). She tried to glue it back together but when I got home it was breaking through the polish so I had to cut off all the excess loose nail. About 1/4 of my big toenail is now missing...I literally can't wear sandals for the rest of spring/summer... On top of that, I paid full price and then they also charged me $5 for gel removal...even though they're the ones who did my gel pedi last time!? I went to jasmine nails 2 days ago to get acrylics and first off they do a completely wrong shape, and length, and then they did the wrong color, even when i picked out my other one. And today, after doing barley ANYTHING two of my nails came off. I went with one of my friends and one of hers came off too. I would advise the business to require customers limit the use of loud cell phone and personal conversations. I paid for a full service experience which was interrupted by a loud continuous conversation by 2 woman that Clearly had No regard for the Peaceful experience I usually get. I ended up at this place after I received a promotional coupon in the mail. I figured I'd try it out since I just moved to the area and wanted something local. I got my eyebrows done, a French gel manicure with 1 gel tip. With the coupon my total was $50. ($25 gel manicure, $10 eyebrows, $5 gel tip, $10 French color/ design. When you first walk in you get the sense that this is a higher end, much nicer place then your regular nail salon. It's very clean, the star if very nice and welcoming. I tend to be very sceptical of new people doing my eyebrows or even my nails because I'm very particular on what I like. That being said, they did a good job with the design of my eyebrows, but in the end my skin was damaged. I've had my eyebrows waxed for year and never in my life has my skin been ripped off and left me with a scar. At first, I felt a slight sting, which I just dismissed as the normal waxing sting of the wax/hair coming off. I didn't think much of it as it's usual to have a slight sting, but after a while the side of my eye began to burn and sting really badly, by that time my nails where being done and I couldn't look to see what was going on with my skin. It wasn't until I left the place that I looked in the mirror of my car and saw my skin. They had ripped my skin off along with my eyebrows. I was so upset that I didn't even know where to begin had I gone back to say something to them. I don't believe there is anything they can do to make me less upset about my skin. As far as my nails go, The lady did a good job over all, but I'm not exactly satisfied. Its crazy to me that a French would be an up charge of $10. Most places include a single color or a basic French as part of their regular gel manicure. I have strong, long, and natural nails. When I get my nails done I normally don't need to get tips but one of my nails had broken so it was shorter then the other nails. I asked her to make them all the same length and if she could do a gel tip to make that one nail the same length as the rest. I guess I wasn't clear enough, but she cut my nails and made them all too short for my liking. She then came out with a pink color which at first looked nice, it's not your normal pink color used in a french, its glittery and sparkling. I figured I'd give it a try, but now after looking at it for a while I'm not the biggest fan of it. While my nails dried, she came behind me and gave me a back, neck, and shoulder massage which was unexpected. I suppose it was nice and certainly different then other places I've gone too. Overall, I didn't have a horrible experience. However, I don't think I'll be going back. I heard this place has a promo of 40% off of services until September so I felt that I needed to try it. The space is extremely clean, spacious and brand new. Everything in the salon seems to be top of the line materials from the pedicure chairs to the drying station. All the polishes were fresh, new and organized. Staff was very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door especially considering I was probably their first customer today. I got seated immediately for my pedicure and Nancy took care of me. She took her sweet time cleaning my nails up and even timed the massage she did on my legs. Not going to lie, her massage was a little too rough but I liked how she took her time with everything. Most of the time I feel rushed at the salon but I didn't here. She even asked me if I wanted a third coat on my polish because I had a light color. Usually, I'm the one asking for a third coat, not the other way around. She seemed to care about what I wanted and was real sweet. I'd definitely go back to this salon but honestly just for the 40% off. I cringe at the fact that the pedicure is $30 dollars because I think that is way too over priced and that is the reason I left my previous salon. This was hands down the best manicure/ pedicure I have had in a very long time! From the minute I walked in I was welcomed and attended to. The nail shape was perfect and all my cuticles were actually cut and my callouses were actually eliminated! I didn't have to tell her a thing! The staff were very friendly and Genuine. I loved Susan at the front desk and Blanca who was my technician. My nails usually don't last because I'm a hairdresser and my hands are in water a lot, but she took extra care in making sure my tips were covered in polish which is something that never happens wherever I have gone! It's a nice place and their prices are good but when I went for a gel manicure it was really spotty and definitely could have used an extra coat, but for some reason the woman that did my nails seemed to be in a big rush. I also had grown my nails out so they were long and healthy and I purposely waited to get them done until I was satisfied with the length but she cut them extremely short for no reason and didn't even ask me first if I wanted them cut so I didn't have a chance to stop her. Went in for a gel manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax....upgraded to a spa pedicure whizz included a hand massage, which I asked if it could be performed following the manicure....was then told at the start of the manicure that they were closing soon and would have to rush through it, not only meaning I wouldn't get my massage (which I paid for) but also meaning I wouldn't get be able to get my Cuticles cut etc. I told them to skip the manicure then but that it wasn't fair I wouldn't be getting the hand massage I had paid for and all they cared about was leaving 10 minutes before the actual closing time. Not to mention the lady left the wax residue for the eye brow waxing all over my eye lids, couldn't even wipe it off. Walked in on a Friday afternoon after receiving a 40% off coupon in the mail. Space is very clean, well lit, and nicely decorated. I was greeted very cheerfully, asked to pick a color, and was immediately shown to a chair. Caroline is excellent! Very efficient but not rushed at all. I got a regular pedicure, and her massage was wonderful. She put my flip flops on me before painting, and made sure I liked the color after painting a small toenail. They have an automatic dryer counter at the back which I found quite nifty. She carried my purse for me, and even gave me a great shoulder massage when I first sat down at the dryer! A couple of my friends and I were going out to get our nails done. We did not want to make the trip to our usual place so we settled for this place. My friends went in to get their nails done but to their surprise it was awful. Not only was the service overpriced. we had called ahead of time to ask them how much an acrylic set was. the only reason we went to this nail salon was because over the phone they said that an acrylic set would cost $30. When my friends got done they had told us it would actually cost us $50 for an acrylic set. I went here for the first time after receiving their mailer for 40% off. I went on a Friday to get a gel fill in and a pedicure. My appointment was at 5:45 pm. I stopped in earlier so I could look at color selections. I use gel polish and their selection was extremely limited. Additionally, I like my color to match on my hands and feet and the salon did not have it indicated as to which gel colors had matches for my feet and the staff could not readily indicate this to me either. I asked my nail technician prior to sitting down if the color I selected had a match and was told yes. However after starting, I did not see the color pulled so I decided to ask again, at which point she asked another salon staff member. Someone then looked for a match and I was told because the closest match happens to be a long lasting polish that I had to pay an additional $5.00 to use this color for my feet. I thought it was ridiculous that I had to pay additional because I could not determine in making my decision which colors had matches, I asked before I sat down about the match and then I had to pay extra because the match was not available. By the way, in the end, they really were not a match. Lol The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. I did cough a lot at first with the dust. The salon I usually go to has the nail table that sucks the dust out so I think it was a bit overwhelming but I thought someone would offer me a cup of water. Needless to say, if I ever went back, I will bring a bottle of water. Lol. My nails were started then in the middle I had to move to my pedicure because my nail technician had another appointment, which I was ok with initially. I opted for a pedicure upgrade that was offered but could not enjoy it because I notice I at this point that I am the only one left and now the nail technician is concerned along with the shop management/owners about getting out on time. The nail technician comes over to the pedicure area to work on my nails. She wanted me to reach my arm across and I informed her that would hurt my back and she did accommodate me by coming to the other side. All of this did take away from why I go to the salon for pedicures particularly and why I upgraded, which is relax. Had I known all of this was going to occur, I would not have upgraded. I then had to of course be transferred back to the nail station. My experience was not relaxing at all as I was shifted back and forth and started to feel the stress of the nail technician wanting to hurry and finish. Overall the pedicure quality itself was nice. My nails were nice as well. I have to give it two weeks to test the viability and quality of the fill in. It's now Sunday though and I noticed that there was some "coloring outside the line" that occurred that has not since washed off and a raised uneven dots on my thumb nail. I wanted to stop in to have it addressed today but they are closed and I am unsure when I can get in to have it addressed during my work week and I don't like the look of this. By the way, despite me feeling rushed and unrelaxed, I still tipped both technicians generously. Would I go back? I am not sure. I certainly did not leave feeling like I cannot wait to go back. Try it for yourself though. Just try not to let them "squeeze you in", I think you will feel disappointed being rushed for your service especially if you like to relax a bit. I don't think in general that any client likes to feel their paid service are being rushed in any manner. read more

When I went, I received a Shea Butter Pedicure from Martha and a gel manicure from Teresa - both were very professional, gentle, and sweet. They currently have their 40% promotion.
