I researched salons on Yelp and believe it or not didn't even come across Elite. I honestly happened to stumble upon it when I decided to go to the 7-11 in the same complex and upon entering immediately got a great vibe just from the decor, ambiance and how friendly and accommodating the owner Chelsea was. I explained exactly what I wanted / needed and she assured me they could meet my needs and made an appointment for me the next day. When I arrived the next day Chelsea remembered my name and immediately got me seated for my gel pedicure and acrylic removal. There were 2 lovely technicians working on my pedicure and acrylic removal simultaneously to make the best use of time. My pedicure was AMAZING! The tech took her time and was very gently yet thorough throughout the entire pedicure and my chrome gel polish wound up looking PERFECT! Next I was seated with Marisol who spent the next few hours removing the rest of the acrylic, applying new gel extensions, applying and shaping the gel precisely , selecting colors and gems to duplicate the photos of designs I wanted and putting the biggest smile on my face with the finished product as it was IMMACULATE PERFECTION !!! Honestly the best set I've ever had in my life and life been getting my nails done for over 30 years. I have found my new nail home and I'm so thankful to have done so on the first try. I called on a Sunday afternoon to see if they could accommodate a gel manicure with extension and they were able to take me right away. Tracy was my technician, and I felt very comfortable with her the moment I sat down. She was a great listener and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She paid attention to my desired length, shape, color and look. I mentioned I wanted a very natural nail with some extended length and that was exactly what I got. Tracy is definitely thorough and detail-oriented. Not to mention, she was super pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. The salon also has ample parking in the lot (a true perk for the area), and was super tidy and clean! It was not crowded for a Sunday, but staff did seem limited for that day, so I would advise calling ahead before coming. They did have to tell some walk-ins to come back later since their chairs were filled at the time. I am looking forward to coming back here and trying out some of their other services in a few weeks! I asked to have my manicure first and was told no (language barrier maybe?) and of course it was smudged on my way out. This is partially my fault for rushing out, but it wouldn't have happened if I got it first like I asked. I was also told no about paying before my manicure, but as I later learned they told me to pay before the polish was put on. Still, no need for the curt response.
