Rashels is the best nail salon in Caldwell. They are all family so they work together as a team to make sure you are comfortable & happy. Got my girlfriends nails done here and not even a week later they are popping off. She experienced pain from doing everyday tasks because of how thin and poorly her nails were done. We came back exactly 2 weeks from when they were put on asking for a refund to get them done somewhere better which they declined. Definitely do not recommend this place and we will never be coming back. read more

My usual place was closed and I was dying for a gel manicure and pedicure. They were able to get me in on a Sunday which I was happy about. I enjoyed the pedicure - it was relaxing. The woman did a good job on my toes. I didn't love the gel manicure it started to peel a few days after. Everyone was very nice and I will probably come back just for a pedicure if anything. read more

Had a great gel manicure here. Walked in on a Friday morning and they fit me right in. I asked for "glazed donut" nails, and they delivered! Betty did my nails and was so meticulous, but really fast at the same time! Love the way she shaped my short natural nails. And I was so happy she didn't cut my cuticles like other places do. I definitely did not get what I paid for. I went in for a manicure and pedicure with my sister as a treat. I had hoped that it would have been a nice relaxing Sunday. Not so much. She had been here before and had a good experience. This was my first time here as I have my usual place. Upon walking in I could see they were fully booked despite making an appointment. We arrived early and waited about 5 minutes before being escorted to our seats. Without introducing herself the manicurist sat down and started working. No eye contact she asked me to pay first. After paying $74.00 for 2 mani pedis she rushed through my manicure in less than 15 minutes. It was the fastest manicure I have ever had. The pedicure was worse. The quality of work was haphazard without any attention to detail. It was anything but relaxing. At the end she attempted to massage my shoulders but instead caused pain. Ughhj really wasted my time and money here. My manicure pedicure looks like a teenager did it. Bubbles in the paint bc all their polish is so old. The woman who did the manicure does not know how to shape nails they were all crooked. The place itself has poor ventilation and everything felt old and ratty and the chair was uncomfortable. I LOVE THIS PLACE. The ladies there are all so kind and wonderful. They don't charge much for mani and pedi either. Their pedi's are to die for too (for the price). They take their time and massage you, make sure that you're comfortable and then even after, when your toes are drying or you're about to get a pedi, they massage your shoulders, ugh so good!. They do a great job on the nails too. Always making sure you're ok or if you need water or anything. So disappointing! As a girls event for out of town family members we scheduled a group of 4 for mani pedi's. I had been before and was anticipating a relaxing time and visit. Unfortunately, it was quite busy and my mani pedi was done in 30 minutes among 3 technicians. My sister's pedi had not even started the polish and I was done. They do a really great job with pedicures and gel mani's! Think I paid $50 before tip for the 2. Their pedi's include the standard cut, file, cuticle removing, and scrub, along with paraffin wax, hot towel, and hot stone! And my gel mani's always come out beautiful and really long lasting. Not to mention, all the women that work there are very sweet. If I lived closer, this would be my go-to nail spot. read more

The salon is clean, the employees are sweet and do a great job, and you can't beat the prices - they also have a reward card/point system that you can redeem for free services. They have a huge variety of colors, the salon is absolutely spotless and they give fabulous massages. The rewards program is a nice little perk as well. They're also open on Sundays!!
