For the price I feel it was totally worth it - they have quite a few different levels of spa treatments for a pedicure or you can just get your standard pedi with no add ons! First gave 5 stars on Google (because they gave a discount on services that day, if you did ) and then had a couple bad experiences and needed to change my review. I really dislike giving poor reviews, especially for local small businesses but multiple experiences prompted me to do so. 1) Got a gel pedicure and there was a huge bubble/blemish in the polish that they did and didn't fix. I only saw after I got home. Why would they mess up and then not fix it? Also, the pedicure was sloppy otherwise and it did not last long at all, especially for gel. The massage was good though. 2) The last time I got a powder dip manicure, they didn't even remove my previous powder dip. Have been getting it done for about 8 years and never hand nail salon been so lazy as to not take off the previous polish. It needed up being uneven and super thick. I also paid extra for chrome and it started coming off the next day. Went and got it redone somewhere else. 3)I went with my daughter to get her nails done and the guy was very rough and cut around her nail multiple times. One was so bad she got an infection and had to get antibiotic cream. Then a couple months later my 16 year old wanted to try to go again since it is within walking distance of our home. She got a technician that was very rude to her, very rough with her, and didn't do a good job on her nails. He got up immediately and went to rush to have a cigarette. 4)I went in to get a chair massage and the massage chair itself is very low quality. The massage was just OK but my main issue was the person who did my massage did not wash their hands before giving the massage and the next day I ended up with a few blemishes on my back, which I do not normally ever get. SO massages are out, manicures are definitely out and pedicures are a maybe a very unsure maybe if all other places are booked. We're really have tried multiple times to give the business another shot, but unfortunately there are multiple things that has caused this review. This is not meant to bash the business. I truly hope they read and make improvements. I have had a few good experiences here too (though the bad significantly outweigh the amount of good at this point) and know others who have had good experiences here too...so seems like CONSISTENCY needs to be addressed along with over all customer care and quality control. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at Eden Nail Spa. While getting my nails done, I was cut multiple times, and I was visibly flinching from the pain, but the worker never asked if I was okay and continued being very harsh. My fingers were sore afterward. The nails were also much shorter than I asked for, and they didn't properly clean around them, so the finished look was messy and rushed. Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional, and I definitely won't be coming back. read more

Gel Pedicure. This was the best part and I may go back for a pedicure. I received a very good massage and the pedicure itself was good. There are plenty of chairs and wait times should not be a problem. Gel Manicure. This is where my experience takes a nose dive. Very sloppy job, gel was outside my nail bed and my nail tips/edges were cut by the drill. That's the other thing-they use a drill to remove the old gel - I am not a fan of that. My nails were filed to different lengths-some nails were on a diagonal. I do not recommend at all for nails. The inside of this salon was very nice and clean. read more

I received the worst manicure ever at this salon. I walked in and was told 15 minutes. It was closer to 30 minutes. I didn't mind because I didn't make an appointment. But when the nail tech started, he seemed really rushed and the salon just seemed disorganized. His work station seemed dirty and I'm not convinced the files and instruments were properly sanitized. The gel dryers were visibly dirty. I spent $45 on a chrome manicure and I don't think it was done right. Chrome manicures are supposed to be shiny and eye catching. Mine is dull and uneven. So annoyed. Avoid this salon!! read more

Beautiful on the inside. My provider sorta played at a massage for the legs I didn't like the way my gel polish on my nails came out. Missing polish at the end and my nails are already chipped and torn. While it's Lavishly be beautiful and huge, I am going back to my favorite Raschel's Nails. read more

Loved the decor and ambiance. My pedicure was very nice. Easy parking in the back. Staff was courteous.

Walk in and was seen fairly quick but manicure came out very sloppy with nails being different shapes and polish on the sides. They only let me sit for five minutes under the nail dryer before shutting it off and making me get up to pay. read more
