It was the night before my 59th Birthday that my bathroom flooded! Omg, I had some friends and family coming over the next day around 4. My son in law is a plumber but didn't have a snake so he told me to call Roto-Rooter ( he had worked for them prior to joining the union) I called but because of the coronavirus they weren't doing night calls so I was told to call at 8 am. I called at 8 and was told they would have someone to my house between 11-1. I was stressing! Justin Fowle came out and I have to say, not only was he professional but also friendly and kind! Very thorough and explained everything! I definitely had a blockage in my clean out drain! We had bought our home approx 2 years prior and when "another company" came to pump the septic and cert it, they left a huge amount of baby wipes in the septic, I asked them to take them out and was told they couldn't as it would clog their hoses. 2 years later those baby wipes clogged my drain!! Well now I am in a dispute with that company but I am thankful that Justin got it all taken care of and my small party was a success!! I needed my septic to be drained and certified I called Roto Rooter ! I asked them if they could get paid through Escrow they said they would bill escrow! Right there I was a happy camper ! Not only did they come the day they said they would but they came a few hours early! First they sent one of their guys Jose Almaza to find the septic tank ! He would not give up for nothing ! I recently had a leakage problem for which I contacted Roto-Rooter. I was dreading the entire process due to experiences with other companies in the past. They sent out a representative early the following morning, who went through my home, identifying where the problem areas were and what I was experiencing. After identifying the cause and highlighting my costs, they said to look out for the plumbers by noon. At noon promptly, two plumbers showed up already briefed on what was needed to be done. The plumber they sent out was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was able to work to find the best solution for my problem, and got the major repair done in only 2 days. Once the repair was complete, everything is working as expected. Called them on Saturday for several concerns. Pipes were making noise, water heater concerns, etc. The receptionist was very friendly and offered a free consult on Sunday!!! Had a big hole in our front yard, called around and got the best pricing,a worker named Brody came out and told us what had happened, and told us it would be a few days before they could come out, which was fine.
