For a few others, I completed online request forms explaining exactly what I needed. As a real estate broker working under a strict deadline, I needed timely responses--especially since this property had two septic tanks that required certification. When an inspection was finally scheduled, one tank passed, and the other needed to be replaced. Although the field technician was fine, the office staff at that particular company seemed distracted and short--they weren't rude, but they clearly didn't have the time or patience to help me get the information I needed. As someone representing my client, I need a contractor who is responsive, professional, and efficient, and I realized I couldn't move forward with a team that made communication difficult. Fortunately, I then reached High Desert Septic. Miguel answered my call and from the very first conversation, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I spoke with him on a Friday--by Monday, he had the permits, and by Tuesday, all the work was completed. He kept me informed and even sent photos without me having to ask. It was an absolutely refreshing experience. Miguel truly stands out in his industry. His professionalism, efficiency, and pride in his work deserve ten stars. I highly recommend High Desert Septic. Thank you, Miguel Trinidad.

What an awesome guy Johnny is…read more The moment I called to have my septic tank pumped, Johnny was patient, professional, and straightforward. I could tell from the background that he was spending time with his family when I called on a Saturday. I needed same day emergency weekend service, and I genuinely felt bad that he had to leave his family to come help me. That level of dedication says a lot about his character. I could have called one of the larger companies, but I prefer supporting small local businesses whenever I can. After working with Johnny, I can honestly say the Yelp reviews are absolutely accurate. In fact, he deserves far more reviews than he currently has. Johnny went above and beyond. He arrived exactly when he said he would, kept me updated with his ETA, provided photos of the completed work, and never tried to upsell or add unnecessary charges. His pricing was fair, and his honesty and professionalism made the entire experience stress free. It was a pleasure doing business with you, Johnny. You've earned a customer for life. God bless you, your family, and your business.

They got the job done quickly and professionally, and cleaned up like it never happened! No hidden fees, upfront pricing, that was better than anywhere else I inquired. Excellent service. Nathan is great -- very good at communicating issues and complications -- there…read morewere never any surprises. I also appreciated that he tried to get us a less expensive but effective option until it became impossible when we discovered we had a sinkhole forming -- in this case, the city was right -- we needed to replace things to meet city codes (and for our own safety!). The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!
