What started as a…read moresimple toilet repair turned into a nightmare of delays, excuses, and high costs. They were hired to replace just two basic parts in my toilet tank (a flapper and another component). This straightforward job stretched from December 3rd to December 17th - over two weeks! There were constant setbacks: one day their truck was in for service, another day a family emergency, and on one visit they showed up with the wrong flapper and had to run to Home Depot. When they finally completed it, they arrived without their serviced truck. They charged $300 for this minor repair, which seemed excessively high given the errors and time wasted. They also quoted $2,650 to replace a kitchen drain pipe - an outrageously inflated price in my opinion. To top it off, they were scheduled for additional work last Friday but no-called, no-showed with no communication whatsoever. The real kicker: They advertise as "fully licensed," but their California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license #1054546 expired on May 31, 2025. As of now (late 2025), it appears inactive/expired, meaning they shouldn't legally be performing contracted plumbing work over $500.Overall, the unreliability, poor communication, sky-high pricing, and questionable licensing status make this company one to avoid. I regret hiring them and won't be returning. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I went with Zeb's plumbing(Licensed) instead and they repaired my electric tankless water heater just by cleaning it and installed a king water softener system for me! Had a handyman convert the drain pipe to run outside like the dishwasher for 600$

Miguel at High Desert Septic saved the day! It was just…read morebefore Thanksgiving, most of the companies I called went straight to voicemail, noting they would not return until after the holiday. For a few others, I completed online request forms explaining exactly what I needed. As a real estate broker working under a strict deadline, I needed timely responses--especially since this property had two septic tanks that required certification. When an inspection was finally scheduled, one tank passed, and the other needed to be replaced. Although the field technician was fine, the office staff at that particular company seemed distracted and short--they weren't rude, but they clearly didn't have the time or patience to help me get the information I needed. As someone representing my client, I need a contractor who is responsive, professional, and efficient, and I realized I couldn't move forward with a team that made communication difficult. Fortunately, I then reached High Desert Septic. Miguel answered my call and from the very first conversation, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I spoke with him on a Friday--by Monday, he had the permits, and by Tuesday, all the work was completed. He kept me informed and even sent photos without me having to ask. It was an absolutely refreshing experience. Miguel truly stands out in his industry. His professionalism, efficiency, and pride in his work deserve ten stars. I highly recommend High Desert Septic. Thank you, Miguel Trinidad.

He made it clear he wouldn't touch pavers. He scheduled me in same week, had the septic pumped and certified without touching a single paver. Miguel is knowledgeable, knows what he is DOING- extremely professional, and affordable. Highly recommend Miguel for Septic pumps and certifications. Thank you again for your diligence. He saved me from an expensive experience, that would have ended in a nightmare. Trust someone who knows what they're doing, not someone who will damage your property, make a mess, and make it more expensive to repair at the end.

After reading…read morethrough reviews on Google and Yelp, I decided to contact Cisneros Brothers based on their consistently excellent feedback--and I'm very glad I did. I first called on 4/13 and spoke with Caroline, who was incredibly personable and transparent. She clearly explained the pricing structure: $475 if the digging to the tank cover didn't exceed three feet, and $50 for each additional foot beyond that. I really appreciated her honesty upfront--it's refreshing not to be surprised by extra charges after the work is done. She also let me know that a complimentary camera inspection would be included after the service, which added even more value. On the morning of 4/16, I called again because my wife likes to prepare meals and beverages for workers, and we wanted to know how many people to expect. I spoke with Yasmin, who was upbeat and friendly. She let me know that a crew of three would be arriving and that the service would take about two hours. She also updated me that the arrival window had narrowed from 8 AM-5 PM to 8 AM-noon, which was helpful for planning. The crew arrived later than planned (no big deal), led by manager Nate, supervisor Lance, and a trainee named Hector. It was clear right away that this team, assembled by their "big boss" Arelic, was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had several questions--probably six or seven--and each one was answered thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Nate even took the time to draw a diagram on his tablet to explain how the underground system works and what they would be doing. At one point, Nate had to leave for another job and confidently left Lance in charge. That alone spoke volumes about the trust and teamwork within the company. Lance did an excellent job leading the operation and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also appreciated how he mentored Hector, making sure he followed all safety procedures and even offering him praise for his work. That kind of positive reinforcement says a lot about the company culture. Overall, I was 100% satisfied with my experience. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and with care. I highly recommend Cisneros Brothers to anyone in need of septic services.

I called Elite Septic a few weeks ago for septic pumping and talked with the owners wife. She's…read morevery pleasant and friendly, and booked an appointment for us with Ernesto and Ernesto Junior. They showed up on time with their pumping truck a few days later. I wasn't having any septic issues, and I just called for a simple clean out which I do every five years. For many years I didn't know that there were supposed to be two chamber covers and that both chambers needed to be pumped out until Ernesto arrived. All these years later, the other company that previously pumped the septic system had never asked about a second cover for access to chamber two. The other company simply pumped out the first chamber that has a steel man hole cover on it and it was easy access for him. I was clueless to where the other access on the septic tank would be. Once Ernesto showed up he explained how important it was to pump out both chambers and began to look for the second chamber access. It turns out that our one chamber has a riser that brings the man hole access cover up about three feet from the concrete septic tank so as to be level with the driveway. Ernesto attempted to dig just below the surface of the driveway and couldn't find the second chamber access, so he came to the conclusion that the concrete septic tank didn't have a riser installed on the second chamber when it was originally installed, so he was only able to pump out the one chamber that day. So basically, the second chamber had never been pumped out in the two decades since the concrete septic tank was installed. We agreed to have him come the following day in order to dig up the dirt driveway to find the second chamber three feet down, install a riser and a new cover so that the second chamber could be pumped that day, and make it easier five years from now when it will need to be pumped out again. He wanted to come back the following day which happened to be a Sunday and finish the job with the help of Ernesto, Jr., and another gentleman that dug with a jackhammer. The second riser and lid cover now have easy access to pump it out again in five years. Thankfully, we never had any septic issues before, and everything looked pretty good when Ernesto pumped out both chambers. We're very happy that Ernesto educated us on our septic system!! We would Recommend Elite Septic for your septic tank needs. Thank you, Rob

I had…read moreread a review for Elite Septic on Nextdoor a few months back and that review really stuck with me. Here's what stood out to me the most, the client mentioned that they use a blender type tool to break up the solids so they can get more out of the tank. So I called the company and left a message, they got back to me quickly and quoted a reasonable price. They were able to come out the very next day. Ernesto Jr. was our technician. He was on time, courteous and took his time to get the job done right!! Thank you, Ernesto!! He was shocked at how solid everything was and explained it shouldn't be that bad after 4-5 yrs of not getting it pumped. He believes that the company that pumped it last time only pumped out the liquid and left all of the solids. He arrived on time for our appt at 8:00 am and worked on cleaning our septic for over an hour!! We are SO impressed with the results!!! I thought he might charge us more than what was quoted over the phone due to the fact that it was so bad, but he didn't charge us a penny more!! We will definitely be using this company again!! He also gave us tips of how to properly care for our septic and showed me which enzymes he recommends for flushing down the toilet. I have included a before and after pictures. Before he pumped, it looked like a solid pile of dirt. The after doesn't do it enough justice! The tank goes down about 4-5 ft and we can actually see the bottom!!!
