Can't rate the whole restaurant overall but the Steak n cheese had flavor better than most places here but I was disappointed to spend $26.00 on bread because it had big huge onions and absolutely NOOOO MEAT!!! I WAS DISTURBED. WONT DO THE THAT AGAIN. I asked for lettuce n tomatoes n they have me dices tomatoes n shredded lettuce. I'm a Northerner and can't find a good one here to see my life. read more

I am a pizza fanatic who watches El Presidente pizza reviews and have been to many of the spots Dave reviews. I order pizza once a week at least and have not been satisfied in awhile. Tonight i decided to order from Rotellis which I have not been to in several years. Pizza was amazing, great crust, no grease on top, great sauce. I have not enjoyed pizza in West Boca as much as this in a long time. Will be back next week, no sense to look elsewhere. read more

Very nice dining experience. My wife has some food allergies (Gluten, pepper, eggs, etc.) and our waitress Lexi made sure that they were noted and the meal adjusted accordingly. Hats off to the chef and staff here ! My meal was very good as well ( I don't have any food allergies) I had the shrimp scampi. They carry a nice selection of wines I had a Ferrari Carano Sauvignon Blanc for $8. Reasonable imho. All in all I will come back and would recommend it. read more

21747 North, FL-7, Boca Raton, FL 33428 We've ordered delivery from these guys 20-25 times a year for the past 4 or 5 years. It's usually been good and consistent, with a few screw ups along the way. But it was usually fair for the price paid. Tonight was deplorable. Delivered on time, but without one of the bags of food. We called, and had to give our phone number and address to the girl on the phone 3 times for her to even pull up the order. We could over hear her telling a manager or supervisor about the problem - then to our disbelief, we heard his suggestion to resolve the issue. "Offer them a credit" . How in the hell does that resolve it? We ordered delivery food so we could eat it. If I wanted keep money in my pocket and not eat,we wouldn't have needed to call your establishment in the first place. After making it clear that wasn't acceptable, we waited an hour for the second trip to deliver the rest of our order. No apology, no discount, no free desserts, they kept the tip for services poorly rendered, and now we're eating cold food. The second delivery guy threw everyone else at the restaurant under the bus for screw up. After the leadership displayed by someone who thought it would be OK for a delivery restaurant to just not deliver food, I doubt anyone in this organization will even read this review, but at least it makes me feel better to publicly say that I'll think twice before being their customer again. It's not that they screwed up tonight's meal, it's that they didn't give a damn that I've been a loyal customer for years. read more

GREAT FOOD AND STAFF!!!! We eat here at least once a week. The menu is diverse and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and always helpful - even if it isn't their table. My mother is very old and a very finicky eater. Kerry has "adopted" her as if her own mom and treats her with the compassion and respect frequently not found at other restaurants. The rest of the staff is also very courteous and we are always greeted by all when we arrive. We enjoy coming here to relax and enjoy a good meal in a clean and friendly environment. Lynn Rae S. Terrible customer service! Delivery service is laughable.. they always forget something and hope you don't call them out on it. Always have extra charges on my bill for things I did not order. Don't bother asking for a manager because they just hang up on you. We have given them chance after chance because we do enjoy the food but whoever runs the restaurant obviously has never been in the hospitality business.. hats off to the chef but service is atrocious! read more

I used to go to rotelli's in west Boca for years. Lately though: -the fettuccini Alfredo sauce is canned, salty, loaded with corn starch and inedible. -The shrimp scampi was a new low- canned, corn-starch based scampi sauce (which is simply olive oil or butter, garlic, with the shrimp,sautéed in the sauce). The shrimp was boiled & thrown on top of something that used to be angel hair pasta before it became a soggy, starchy mess. -the white pizza was greasy, overly salty, and soggy. The manager is clearly out of his league & should go back to busting tables. read more

Food is great. I recommend the penne vodka, the sauce is excellent. Very creamy and delicious. I can't speak on their other dishes because I always get the same thing. But I am writing this review to applaud how great the customer service is here. I put a high value on customer service and the manager, Chris is excellent. I had an issue with an order once and he handled it perfectly and professionally. They have my business for life and I order out about 5 times a week. Promote this man to manage all the Rotellis he deserves it. read more

Will never go again this place is disgusting and the management is horrendous. Was served a glass of wine and immediately after taking my first sip noticed a fly was in my mouth. Told our server immediately and she did nothing no one came over no one checked on us no one cared. Until the end when I had to tell the server to send a manger and told the manager that due to the lack of attention given to this matter I was not paying for dinner a dinner I didn't even eat mind you since I lost my appetite after almost swallowing a fly. Had someone come over and tried to address the issue immediately I would have reacted differently. I would have felt appreciated as a customer but instead they clearly showed they do not care about their customers. Absolutely disgusting! read more

Rotelli's makes pizza the way we love it, thin crust and well done. (they accommodate your request, which is great) They make great sandwiches and so much more. Rotelli's is an excellent restaurant. We usually have delivery and they are always on time and the food is hot. I am from the northeast where the quality of pizza is constantly judged and the expectations are high. This Rotelli's location has surpassed all of my qualifications for a great "tomato pie". You will not be disappointed. read more

A great solid Italian dinner experience! We get takeout pizza here at least once a week (best in the area) and decided to come here for my wife's birthday. Salads were crisp and tasty, excellent garlic knots, and the entrees (chicken parm and chicken piccata) were delicious. Gio, our server was very polite and attentive. The food is decent I don't eat in often but I pick up a salad to go (chopped Malibu) from time to time on my way home and 90% of the time it's a disappointment when I get home. Few times the dressing was missing, another time the salad came without the bacon and avocado and another time the bread bowl, which the salad comes in, was really dry and hard. Since it happened often that my order got messed up it probably happens regularly to others as well. This was my last time ordering to go at Rotellis and it's definitively not worth a $13 salad after all! read more

My husband and I have visited Rotelli's on Powerline often and love it. Unfortunately our first (and last) experience at this Rotelli's was below 1 Star. We had Mozzarella sticks which were very good and both decided on Chicken Parmesan sandwiches. They looked wonderful when they were delivered to the table. My very first bite was a disgusting tough grisly piece of chicken which I quickly removed from my mouth. My husband and I pretty low maintenance so I tried to eat around the chicken and enjoy the bread and cheese. Then I saw my husband gag on a piece of chicken and both of decided that though the price was reasonable our appetite was gone. We had eaten less than half of our fries, less than half of the first half of our sandwich and we quietly asked for our waitress. We explained the problem and she apologized and was gone for some time and came back saying "Jeff" adjusted 50% off the bill. Still trying to be polite I said you are kidding me right? She apologized and said "Jeff" said you ate some of it. We hadn't touched the second half of the sandwich ate less than half of the first half and less than half of our fries and "Jeff" who never showed his face was going to generously adjust half of the bill? Do yourself a favor and go to Smokey Bones if you are in that area. As promised Jeff, here's my Yelp review of Rotelli's. I'm sorry we didn't have a chance to meet. read more
