This was my go to spot until I witnessed how rude and inconsiderate they were to a person with disabilities. I couldn't support this business anymore and I made sure to tell my friends and neighbors about my experience. Before that, I came here because of location. They are located in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. There is even a couple spots reserved for Rosy customers. Kind of bummed with my experience today. First up, a nipped and bleeding cuticle. Not sure what she put on it (some kind of green solution?) but she did leave that cuticle alone for the most part after that occurred. Next up, my manicurist painted over some of my cuticles that she had snipped (but hadn't completely cleared off), leaving bumps in my gel. I asked her to fix one finger that had a fairly noticeable painted-over lump, and to her credit she snipped out the lump and filed it down. She was going to leave it at that until I asked her to cover it with more polish so it didn't immediately chip. She only covered 3/4 of my nail as she was fixing it, so now I have a ridge between the old and new polish. Not the best or worst looking mani, the experience just left a lot to be desired. The pedicure was fairly standard, however she barely touched my winter calluses (which is the sole reason I get pedicures in the winter). She gave a great foot massage (hit a lot of pressure points) so that was lovely. I know they were understaffed today so I don't think she had the time she normally would have, just disappointing for a total bill of $87 + tip. My bff goes here all the time and has never had an issue, so take this with a grain of salt! Update: not even a week later and I have two chips and 8/10 of my nails are peeling up at the sides. read more

Got a gel manicure a week ago tomorrow and is already chipping. It took almost an hour to get the manicure and when I was having it done, I had to ask him to paint all the way to the edges of my nails. On every nail. No massage either. Won't be back. read more

This was a very nice place! I got a full set with regular nail polish. They shaped my nails, and painted them perfectly. I am very happy for the most part with my nails. My only complaint is that even though the top of my nails, the mainly seen part, is perfect, the under part of my nails are not as perfect. I have chucks of glue l, and the dried gel powder under my nails. I also have glue spots along my finger tips. That was the only disappointing thing. Other then that, I had a great experience. We just moved to this hood and I needed a quick pedi close to home since the weather was crappy so I thought i'd swing into this place. Rosy Nails is new, clean, competitively priced and has lovely brand new massage chairs. Although I will say the chairs give an aggressive massage and it was a little too much for me. If you're a fan of deep tissue it should suit you just fine. It's not the best pedi I've had but as far as McNail salons go I really can't complain. They were quick, efficient and my toes looked fine and my feet felt refreshed. I opted for the regular pedicure for $25.00, no bells and whistles here its very basic but fine if that's what you are after. If you up the anty to the deluxe or spa pedi you get a lot more bells and whistles. So all in all it was a good experience and I'd swing in here again if my toes need some quick attention. read more

For the last few years I have been going to this nail salon. They are such sweet people, always asking how I'm doing and how my mom is doing. The only thing that I've noticed lately is that whenever I get my nails done I never get what I ask for. I even show them a picture of how long I want them to be and what shape I want and they never do it. So I am kind of over it. This time around I got my nails done and they are uneven, bumpy, too short, and the gel nail polish is already chipping off and it hasn't even been a week yet! Kinda bummed because I love the people at rosy nails but I'm gonna have to go to a different salon that does exactly what I want since I'm paying $45-$50. read more

I went to Rosy Nails for a Full Set and Pedicure, both were seriously lacking. It was the quickest pedicure that I have ever had and in this case that isn't a good thing. The service was mediocre at best. When I was done my feet still looked like they needed a pedicure but my nails looked okay.....at first. Two days later the acrylic started separating from my nails. The manicurist also didn't tell me until after I paid that she was charging me extra for white tips. I don't mind paying extra for something I want but it would have been nice if she would have let me know beforehand. Between the mismatched, dated decor and bad service I certainly won't be back at Rosy Nails anytime soon. read more

Have been here a few times for the Deluxe Pedicure. Very reasonably priced and I never have a problem getting a pedicure, even without an appointment (walk-ins are welcome). If you're looking for a high-end spa-type pedicure, this isn't your place. But if you want a nicely done, fast, affordable pedicure, I recommend Rosy Nails. read more

This was the most efficient mani-pedi I've ever received. It took less than an hour for them to do my sister, my mom, and me. I'm not dissatisfied with the service I received. I don't often go out and get my nails done, so I'm not too picky. I didn't feel as pampered as a sometimes do. They also charged extra to scrub heels.
