Ever. I have been getting my lashes done since about 2008 so I am familiar with quality adhesives and extensions. The adhesive Rose uses is strong-the extensions begin to fall off at about the four week mark. The glue is strong but not irritating- I wear contacts and have not had any issues with red or itchy eyes. The extensions themselves are matte, soft, and are a natural shade of black. Lastly but most importantly, Rose's salon is impeccably clean. I am a germaphobe and I take comfort in knowing that she sterilizes her products and each client receives their own lashes( she sets aside lashes for each client in a container with the client's name and the specific length of lashes that the client typically uses). I trusted her enough to get a fill in during COVID-that speaks in volumes. Hands downs, she is the best lash technician in Georgia.

I went to my first lash appointment with Brandi a month ago, she's very sweet and I really enjoyed talking to her. I got 2D lash extensions from her. She asked me if I wanted them short, medium or long lashes and I told her I wanted them long. She suggested to get medium because my eyes are quite small and I agreed with her because I wanted them slightly natural for my Vietnam trip anyways. I really love the 2D lashes that she gave me! For my second appointment I went to Chelsea because Brandi was completely booked on the only day I was available. I decided to try 3D lash extensions instead because I have a few weddings to go to this month so I wanted a more dramatic look. I told Chelsea that I wanted either a gorgeous lash shape or a open eye shape. Chelsea suggested to me that I should do open eyelash shape because I have hooded eyes and my natural lashes follow an open eye. I told her I was really tired from work and I wasn't in a chatty mood. Chelsea was understanding and said it's okay that I didn't have to if I didn't want to. She's really sweet and I felt confident that she'll make my lashes look amazing and they are! I absolutely love my 3D lashes and can't wait to go back to her for my fill in!

She takes the time to consult with you and to truly design your lashes. She really tailors them to what you want. The services are provided in a home studio. No waiting ever or competing services of others getting their nails done! They do not require pre-pay or a deposit when you book online. I am quite comfortable in their location. According to my Fitbit, I am taking some great lash naps there! I have had no issues with my lashes or eyes. No itching, no red eyes or eye infections. Bottom line-this is a great lash company that knows what they are doing. Oh and no memberships either! Just come here and get your lashes done. You will not regret it!

While the quality of…read moreservices has been to standard, my recent customer experience was so negative I cannot condone future patronage. We've typically had a good business relationship, but the owner and I had a disagreement for the first time yesterday during a scheduled session which unnecessarily escalated. My goal was to find a reasonable solution by offering to pay a cancellation fee for my appointment and reiterated a few times that I did not want to negatively impact her or her other customers. I paid the cancellation fee, and I left. It was clear we jointly decided not to work with each other again. I was fine with this solution and didn't think much of it. Around midnight last night, I received a couple of lengthy, rambling, text messages from her. I didn't read all of it as I do not see the purpose, but promptly requested she not contact me again and blocked her number. Yikes....

The third time was last night to fix my nails that I got done less than a week ago because they keep breaking and shipping. I never planned on going back the third time but the owner Ryan called me and said we'll fix whatever problem this situation is we're so sorry. We understand I had a broken LED light.... Excuse the first time excuses were made the second time. They rush with their nails they're not thorough or consistent unless you're getting some crazy design and some long nails. He begged me to come back in yesterday so I can remove the first review that I had left . They also put hand sanitizer on a woman's face. We just got wax yesterday and was so upset and caused a scene in the front. I would highly recommend not coming to this establishment due to the owners Ryan and Ashley not taking the accountability for providing service that is rushed, not thorough. He begged me to come in and asked me to remove the review so he could fix what was done wrong for the second time. They said I was too picky after I left my review and had to fix the nails that I just paid for last Thursday and paid again last night and tipped Ashley.
