I get notified via text when it's ready for pick up. But the lady I met both times, seems little frustrated both times. There was no greeting of any sort, just asked my name and handed the order. They still make really good wings. Loved the soy garlic crispy layer on top of the moist chicken. The side of radish cubes are also good.
