The store was empty when I arrived. They have a parking lot right next to the store. The store was very clean and tidy. Lots of tables to sit. Clear big menu with all the wings, sandwiches, tenders, sides listed on the menu. I was shocked to see they have more than 12 flavors, all nicely described in huge wall poster. I waited about 5 minutes to get my order. The wings were decent size. They were moist inside. But the outer layer was dry crisp kind that I am not a fan of. I gave in to my boneless wings craving one late night. I only saw pricing for combo meals on the menu and I didn't want that much food, so I asked the employees if there was an option to buy just the wings themselves. They told me they sell their wings for around $0.70 a piece with a minimum order of 10. That's such a steal! I ordered 10 of them, half hickory smoked BBQ and half lemon pepper dry rub. I also got a fountain drink with it, so my total was around $7. I was not expecting that, but I'm not complaining lol. The wings hit the spot! Crispy, juicy, and tender. I have never tried Wingstop before this visit and it was to take advantage of the BOGO deal for chicken sandwiches (code: BOGOSAMMY until 5/21/23), so I have no other input than the pickup experience and the chicken sandwiches. Ordering was easy through the app, and you have the choice of selecting a flavor of chicken as well as a separate dip on the side. I opted for one sandwich with original hot and blue cheese dip and another with Hawaiian and honey mustard dip. The sandwiches were too flavorful(?) for me. I found the original hot flavor to be spicier than the Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich. Comparing the two, the Wingstop sandwich has spicy sauce that covered the breaded chicken while the Chick-fil-A sandwich has spice in the breaded chicken itself. I appreciated the side dip because it allowed the opportunity for the taste buds to cool down a bit. As for the Hawaiian, I found it to be too sweet and probably not the best choice for the sandwich. The pick up experience was just okay. The prep time was 17-22 minutes according to the app, and it was weird how there were no napkins separate from the ones in the plastic cutlery bags. There was only a paper towel roll -- one of those that you would dry your hands in a restroom. Considering how messy my hands got after eating the sandwiches, I am surprised at the lack of napkins. I went in and I asked him if I could place an order and I told them my horrendous incidents with the previous to Wingstop's and they vowed that they would not make me wait 45 minutes so I took a seat and I watched people come in and out that I put orders in on the phone or call them in and watch them pick up their orders and leave. Close to 45 minutes later, they call me and then say oh I'm sorry it wasn't you. It was the another guy and he walked in and his name was Tom too picked up the order and left and I sat there for another 10 minutes which made almost 50 minutes after getting my wings home and looking at a $58 bill. I was very annoyed because it looked like they sat there for 15 minutes before they told me that it was ready and then the ride home will be another 10 minutes so the wings where pretty dry and I didn't ask for fries so I didn't have to deal with that, but it had very little buffalo sauce on it but it's gotten to the point where the only place in my area that has good buffalo wings and they're consistent screaming hot when you get them and you're only 10 minutes from home and they're still screaming hot when you get home and that's Applebee's on hack Hackensack Avenue in Hackensack and they're consistently good. read more

Worst place to order delivery. I placed an order on their website and never arrived. When I called the driver the phone number didn't exist. I contacted the store again and they said there is nothing they can do since they use Doordash. Bit of a disappointment. In line with the earlier reviews, the food ingredients were not the freshest and you could tell that they fried in oil that is a few days old. The chicken was definitely low grade and you could smell some spoilage in the wing sauce. The fries were decent but cooked somewhat inconsistently, with some pieces being dark and some undercooked.
