They basically had to sand all the mold that had accumulated on the wood...I heard dual sanders going on downstairs for hours on end. THEY WORKED SOOOOOO HARD! They came by on October 1st during the heat wave when it reached 103 degrees outside. They worked from about 10 am to 4 pm to completely remediate our mold situation. When they knocked on our door at about 1 pm, they were dripping in sweat. By 430 pm or so it was done. Patrick was nice enough to leave his air scrubber for three days to completely purify the air.
