Its was nice and organized . Not like some other ross I have been too. It is small asked to walk in between.

Me and my mom went during the $.49 sale. There was this old female employee at the jewelry section. My mom wanted a necklace that was marked down and so we had the lady hold it. When we went in the line to pay for the item, we found that the necklace was gone. It was clear this stupid old female employee had stolen it. I emailed Ross and filed a complaint. This was about two years ago. Anyways, nothing happened. This is a horrible store with horrible customer service. Ross clearly could care less on how unethical their employees act. Will never shop here again. read more

We come to Ross for various items. Ross has very good discounted prices for the items you are looking for. For this specific location, we happened to be in the area, and my wife wanted to see if this carpet we had been looking for might be available at this location. While we didn't find the item, we did find some specific spoons my mother in law was looking for and 2 pair of pants for my daughter who just started college. This Ross was really clean, the associates were friendly and nice and greeted us when we came in. Not sure why the reviews are so low, but we would recommend this Ross. One last thing. They have a fundraiser they are doing and have been doing for the last 10 years or so. They are helping their community so come in and help and shop. read more

How disrespectful ! I walk into the store to but a specific purse , I'll walk to the hangers and see the one I like , I'll walk upto the register and talk to Bianca asking to be helped with the purse , BTW a $119 purse , She said she would help me right away . And to tell security lady what purse I wanted ! I did , and waited , and waited , When I went to ask here there was just one person needing to be helped , but she let other people come up and helped them rather then giving me the purse I wanted to buy . So I went back and asked again to be helped with the purse , she said it was busy and that I should go shopping , but I just wanted the purse ! She had already had 15 people checked out and then she came to get the purse saying she would help me at the register , so I went to be checked out , but then she said I would go to the end of the line and wait for " my turn " !!! When I was already waiting for 15 minutes to be helped !! Again , Bianca was her name ! She should be giving a different job ! Cause she is VERY RUDE and disrespectful ! Awful shopping experience. The racks have been doubled up for women's clothing, cannot get to the clothes due to other customers and crowding, and the store is a hot mess. Stuff thrown on shelves and on the floor ... carts abandoned all over. Sales clerks uninterested in customers ...My last time shopping there. read more

This Ross has an amazing selection and is better stocked. Still like some Ross stores it can do better with the way merchandise is out. Also customer service could be better with actual associates. I did run into a woman in the back named Linda who was very sweet and wishing myself and other customers a Happy New Year! She and the nice Security Guard are why I gave such a good rating. When I walked in and look to my left after the security greeted me... There was an associate eating a sandwich and she just rolled her eyes and kept talking! It doesn't really matter which Ross you go to. Every Ross is the same. 99% of the store employees act like they are doing you a favor by being there when it is actually the opposite. I've been mooned a couple of times by employees wearing tacky, unprofessional clothing. The customer service is almost non-existent. The stores look tacky and they never look clean. Yeah, okay, it's a discount store---with a net worth of $48.95 BILLION dollars. The CEO's salary is $11.34 million. They could clean it up a bit and make it more presentable. The dressing rooms they installed right in the front of the store are MAJOR TACKY. Some of them still have the regular dressing rooms open during some hours but others do not. Come on, 2 lousy dressing rooms for men, women and children to use? Ridiculous. The yelling of "NEXT" at the top of their lungs each time a register becomes available is tacky. 75% of the merchandise is tacky and cheap. If you can stand all of that, then going there to try and find something in the 25% of the merchandise that is quality and a great price is worth it. read more

I have been here a few times it's always hot in there. Even an employee was drenched in sweat while she was at the register. I spoke to this employee and she told me it was always hot in there they never have the air conditioner on. Employees shouldn't have to work under such conditions. They should provide better working conditions for there employees. read more

For some reason, my mom really loves to shop at Ross Dress for Less. Don't get me wrong, I've found a few things in the past at Ross at bottom barrel discount prices. I accompanied her recently to this new location in Upland. She wanted to return something that she had bought and we were waved into a line for returns. It took a few minutes but it was easy. I told her I'd take a look around not intending to buy anything. I somehow wandered into the Home section where I was looking at some kitchen items. My mom mentioned to me that she needed a whisk but they always seemed to sell it with a spatula or something. I looked up and found her a whisk that wasn't attached to a spatula, so she decided to buy it. I walked along to the next aisle and found some stemless wine glasses with gold stars on them. They were perfect for me and at $6, I decided it was too good of a deal to pass up. I don't normally like these types of stores because I usually go shopping with a purpose in mind and sorting through racks or shelves can give me a headache. That's why I like to shop online. It's nice when you do find what you're looking in-store for at a discount. read more

Horrible customer service from this associate named davin and manager who was blonde I was there 6-21-19 around 730pm. I was trying to exchange an item which I had receipts for and first checked out with the blonde manager she said she had no more paper cards to give me so I felt pressured to get another item to exchange for, when I was done looking she had gone on her break and davin was checking me out now but wasn't able to do the same as her so he couldnt do the exchange and asked her over radio what to do and she basically told me to go to the store where I bought them. after I had spent time looking for some other items totally a waste of time I wish I would of known that from the beginning read more

This Ross just opened a few weeks ago, I was one of the first people to come in opening day, everything was SO nice and clean the staff was friendly... I came back the next day it looked like a tornado hit the place!! Things are all over the floor, it was trashed from people being pigs. I love Ross, they have a great selection of clothes. Unfortunately I got a DAVIDOFF Cool water, the fragance is very mild and doesn't last at all, but the worst part is that I payed the same price that I could pay in Walmart, maybe this one is expired. read more

They really wouldn't remove the security tag that was left on by them just cause I didn't have the receipt even tho the Ross tag was still on there.
