My first time trying Rosie D's when I was staying with my sister helping her recuperation after surgery and wanted dinner delivered. We had a medium pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and butter Parmesan crust. The pie looked beautiful opening the box, ample toppings, just right amount of cheese and still pretty hot for traveling. The sauce was delicious: nice tomato flavor enhanced with oregano and spices perfectly. Crust was also perfect, a good crusty chew! It was just as delicious cold when we snacked on leftovers later. We also had chicken wings with Red Hot sauce and they had good amount of meat on the bones. I'm sure the steam from delivery drive affected the crispness (skin on drums) which is what I look forward to, so they were softer than I care for but flavor was good. This is a really solid neighborhood pizza place. I'd ordered a couple times before COVID hit, and a few times since. I love their pizza so much. It always comes with a ton of toppings, the cheese tastes great, the crust can hold the topping without falling apart, and they even offer free flavors for the crust. I usually go with sesame-parmesan-garlic butter. Yum. On the not-pizza side, I've ordered the chicken parmesan (great, just needed a little salt), chicken wings (amazing... they give you so much sauce), mozzarella sticks (the only item from them I wasn't happy with... tasteless and lukewarm) and tossed salad (so many toppings!). Their hot entrees are very tasty and seem to be made with high quality ingredients. Pickup is always convenient and we rarely have to wait longer than 15 minutes. We've even splurged and gotten delivery, and the delivery person was courteous about the least amount of contact as possible, and our food was piping hot. Again, this is a great little neighborhood takeout pizza place that happens to have solid entrees. Check them out! read more

Rosie D's is a good, middle of the road pizza place and deserves your business. We have tried the cheesy breadsticks (great for the drive back to Ann Arbor) and a couple other pizzas with different toppings. They have pineapple, always a plus! Not sure if they make their own sauce but it had a mild flavor that could use a little bit more seasoning. Better than a chain but could use a bit more plussing here and there. read more

So we enjoyed the place so much, we decided to try the "non-pizza" part of the menu. Last night, we ordered a pizza roll, a steak & cheese sub, and 2 cheeseburgers with one order of fries. The pizza roll my son had was hot, cheesy, and stuffed full. He loved it! So did I because he couldn't finish it! Our daughter had the steak & cheese sub. I stole a bite. It was SO SO SO delicious! Skip the cheese steak shops, and come here instead. No joke, I already know what I'm ordering next time. My wife and I both ordered cheeseburgers and split an order of fries. I never order burgers from a pizza joint because they're usually just frozen disks. But I noticed on their menu that the patties are hand-formed daily. So I decided to give one a shot. I wasn't disappointed! Deliciousness! A nice seared crust on the burger, juicy, and seasoned perfectly! We both ordered our burgers medium. My wife's was a hair too pink for her. But she still thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries were hot, crispy, and delicious as well. I'm not a huge fan of French fries. But these fries are the exception! Sooo good! Their Ranch, and their 1,000 Island dressings are amazing! Not 100% sure they're house-made. But I'd put my money on it that they are. This place rocks! I called to order pizza at 9pm, the lady said the closed at 10pm so I wouldnt be able to get a delivery so I said I would pick it up then she said I dont think we can make it because everything is shut down, I asked her you closed everything down an hr prior to closing she wouldnt answer. Used to love the place but it's changed a bit recently. The popcorn shrimp was fine but the fries were horrible. Absolutely tasteless and dry. I also ordered onion rings which we used to love but they no longer have the big home made actual onion filled type. Now it's those small frozen type that are all breading and it was under cooked too. Took ages to get out food too well past the stated delivery time. Good cheese bread! Cheese bread with the ranch is pretty smooth. But the pizza, it's aight. Just aight lol, they use real cheese though.

They messed up a pick up order. When i called to see about getting new food delivered, they said no, they won't do that. I was unable to go back and pick up food again. Manager then tried telling me they changed the menu. Mind you, we had been ordering from them for 8 years and at least twice a month. This particular order we place about 3rd time. Manager tells me no i haven't. So here i sit with no dinner for the me and the kids. Pretty f-ing fantastic. They just lost a long time customer. read more

Hit up yelp for pizza delivery options in the area since . Ordered pizza and salads. Took over 2 hours to get delivered. Driver and phone lady since called them a few times, reason for the long time was only one driver on shift. Even though they told us 45min originally. End result cold pizza and salads that were so so. So disappointing. Not even an apology either so that is poor customer service. read more

Everyone has got to have a go-to pizza joint when all else fails, my place just became Rosie D's. This is a smaller, mom and pop type pizzeria which means no dine-in; strictly pick-up and delivery. I ordered a pizza with an assortment of toppings which came out tasting great. The real cheese they used coupled with the tangy marinara sauce on perfectly baked pizza dough made me a believer. Used to be my go-to pizza place for years. Once they sold it and the new owners took over, the place has gone down hill. Dough, sauce, and certain toppings changed and it is not good at all. Multiple wrong orders, or I had to wait for 25 minutes and just get my money back because they never put my order in when I called for the pickup order. Such a shame. In the beginning they still kept a lot of the same employees, but I'm sure they left for a reason. Sucks to loose a place I could count on for years read more

It was Once upon a time Great pizza. I called and ordered a good quantity of food about $55 plus tip. It took 75 minutes to process called we ordered extra sauce if there was sauce on the pizza if he hard to find it he used to have great sauce I don't know what happened what happened this pizza place is just gone down I spent $55 with the tip or more and I feel like I was totally ripped off the pool just called and it took an hour and 40 minutes horrible all around. Best pizza rolls around. Great taste and great value. Fillings are delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend. As far as the subs go, different story. The 10" subs are great and also highly recommended. However, we do not recommend the 16" subs. I think they use the exact same amount of dough for the bread regardless of the size you get. The 16" subs are indeed longer, however, they are super narrow and extremely lacking in the filling. Like the bread, we think they use the same amount of filling as they do for the 10", they just spread it in a longer straight line. And obviously, you pay more for the 16". You barely taste the fillings, all you taste is bread. Just stick with the 10" where the bread to filling ratio is just right and makes for a delicious sandwich. We haven't tried anything else here yet but special shout out for offering jalapeño Poppers in choice of cream cheese or cheddar filling. Most places only have cream cheese and we love cheddar! Looking forward to trying that next time. read more

Was in the area visiting my uncle nearby and he recommended I try the steak calzone from Rosie D's. Let me just say, I was not expecting much out of this place but they proved me wrong and made me regret not finding this place earlier in my stay. About 2 months ago we decided to try this place. Called them and the associate that answered the phone was so nice. He took my order then looked it over and found a combination that would save me money. HOW AWESOME. I ordered pizza and breadsticks. The family was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty. Next we decided on the steak and cheese subs and chili cheese fries. Hands down BEST chili cheese fries around. Made with shredded cheese and not cheese sauce. These were my favorite. New to the area. I got the deluxe pizza. It was very good. I'll not get it again Only two complaints. Sauce. Where was it. This is probably the cheapest ingredient. Why skimp. Hamburger. Saw it. I could count how many chunks were on the entire pizza. It is that scant. I won't reorder the deluxe. Not sure I get their thinking. If they want to sell higher priced pizza but fail to add enough to make it worthwhile, either people won't pay for the higher grade or not return. It is the highest priced pizza on the menu. FANTASTIC! I just moved to Dearborn last year, and have been having fun trying all the restaurants. This place has the best cod dinner ever! Pizza was good too. Delivery guy was very nice, and even drove back to get my tarter sauce and cole slaw they forgot to bag, (god bless him, I felt bad about that!) Aside from sounding really rushed on the phone, I'm guessing it's because they're busy because their food is fab and reasonable priced. This is the place to go for awesome pizza. Prices are cheap but the ingredients are top shelf. Tried other items on the menu and found everything I ordered excellent. The ribs fall off the bone the fries are tasty. We like to order different things all at the same time and split it between everyone one in the house because deciding on just one thing is very hard when everything is so good.
