I called to see if they had a particular wiper, I said "I never put it on before and I don't know what I'm doing" she said they had the wiper and to come in. She helped be get the right wiper but never said anything about help with installation when I alluding to wanting it. One of the wipers had about 5 parts and I put the wrong one in cuz I don't know what I'm doing. Then I broke my wiper off because it was stuck old and brittle and did I mention I don't know what I'm doing. So I went in to return them so it didn't happen again. It wouldn't have any way because the back one was actually different than the one I was looking for. So when I was returning it, I asked the gentleman if they could help with installation and he said that they could've so that I re-purchased two of the three I returned and had him help me with installation if he had been there instead of her in the beginning, I would have all three all perfectly and then more business with the store and Ben a happier customer. I'm not sure why she's so bad at customer service but someone should talk to her. Homeboy gave me the great service I expected to get when I came to AutoZone. If I hadn't ran into him, I would've left and never came back.

THIS STORE will always have my business. I walked in unsure if I had a bad battery or my alternator was messed up and Dyllan was quick to test it out for me (complimentary). Gave me a cost of what a new battery would cost that included installation and I did have some sticker shock (i haven't had to replace a car battery in 12 years). There was absolutely no pressure to purchase from them and I said I would look at some other places and he said, "no worries, we're here until 9pm" That simple statement really impressed me and I did do some price comparison, and after installation and warranties and reviews and timeliness, O'Reilly and Dyllan was who I wanted to purchase from. Less than 10 minutes later, I was back on the road with a new battery, a 4 year warranty and peace of mind. Highly recommend this store to everyone, especially people like me who don't know jack about cars. Thanks Dyllan!

It's frustrating to receive completely different answers from two Walmart locations about what is supposedly the same company policy. Either the staff at this location are not properly trained, or they are making up policies instead of providing accurate information to customers. I wasted my time driving there only to be turned away based on a made up policy. Consistency and honesty matter, and unfortunately this location fell short on both. I won't be returning to this Auto Care Center and would recommend calling another Walmart location before wasting your time here.

We found out that I could get my leak welded over instead of needing to buy a whole new cat and they did just that. (Quote for the cat + labor was nearely 500$ less than 2 other shops quoted anyway). The gentleman (can't remember his name, but cool guy) who worked on my car also fixed my exhaust leak(s), installed new gaskets, put on hangars that I hadn't gotten around to installing, and informed me that my engine mounts are going out (car is unnecessarily jerky). All of this was for a better price than the other shops I had called before hand. Quick service, informal interactions, and straightforward process. Def recommend.

Alright, let's just get something clear here, anybody can log on to a computer, create a password and a screen name. So don't you think then it's possible for ANYBODY to write some sort of a scathing inflammatory diatribe on how terrible their business is????? It is, just as sure as I am posting this response. I came to the web to check REM's business record out and see if there were any negative postings. There are of course, and they are all negative. Yet I went there anyway. So for you guy's who might be thinking of using this shop for your engine work,, DO IT!!!! THEY KNOW HOW TO BUILD AND TUNE AN ENGINE PERIOD!!! I brought my ole 69 Ford Truck to REM and they did the following: Complete head and valve work and new rocker assembly, DONE RIGHT. They had to fix the substandard work done by another shop. They installed the heads, an Eldebrock performer 390 intake, Holley 750 double pumper, and the rest of the hose's, brackets, headers, etc... ALL DONE CORRECTLY. REM made the selection of Carb and intake. It's not what I had on it. Their correct matching of the cam profile and KB pistons compression ratio was the ticket. This truck runs better than it ever has. In conclusion, give them a try, if you have the need for custom engine work, or any other machine shop needs, you will be satisfied read more

My immediate family and I have had six cars serviced by Duncan's over 14 years. Dave has extensive experience and knowledge. His crew of mechanics are also top-notch. All are skilled, professional, and courteous. Over time, we've had regular maintenance, minor repairs, and even more involved repair work done. The work is always high quality, pricing is competitive and fair, and their customer service is stellar. Estimates we've received have, where relevant, been broken down into what needs to be done right away versus what can safely wait a bit. No high pressure sales; just honest assessment to allow your best decision-making. (This has been especially helpful to me, being on a fixed budget.) Back in the early days when I was new to Duncan's, I'd had an oil change at a quick and low-cost service center. Once my car & keys were brought around to me, I was presented with a list of unexected work my car was reported to need. I was warned of "imminent risk of mechanical failure" and was quoted the associated repair costs. Because the experience seemed high pressure AND high priced, I consulted with Dave at Duncan's. They reinspected my car for those recommended services. Not only did I learn that the work was no where near imminent, at the rate I drive, it would be quite some time before the work would even be recommended. AND, the cost to have the work done was significantly less than I'd been quoted. (Duncan's did eventually do the work many miles later and their cost remained unchanged.) Over time, Dave has advised on auto-related instances not directly involving his shop, such as purchasing a new/used car or when it may be time to trade an old car rather than sinking more into inevitable, mounting, and costly repairs. On another matter, my military son and I were coached for the 8 years that I stored and minimally operated his beloved little 1997 BMW sports car as he was relocated stateside and overseas five times! Duncan's performed all necessary services. On one occasion a few years back, a rodent had gotten into my garage and ate quite a bit of the BMW's wiring! I was prepared to be shocked at repair costs; instead, I was shocked, in a good way, at their fair pricing. In the end, my son was elated at the overall quality of care of his car. (The car is now located with him at his latest duty station and he's still searching for a mechanic of Dave's caliber to take over the maintenance.) Those early and ongoing experiences have established Duncan's as our "go to" for all things maintenance and repair. When you find the best, of course you keep going back! I confidently recommend Duncan's Automotive, and especially Dave Cruz, the manager in Roseville, for all your auto service needs!

Unacceptable service and a complete lack of integrity…read more I brought my GMC Sierra in for a mechanical vacuum pump replacement under warranty. Shortly after returning home, I noticed oil dripping off the skid plate and onto the ground. Concerned about a potential issue with the repair, I had to return to the dealership to ensure it wasn't a live leak. This was after they already had the vehicle all day. I dealt directly with a customer service manager, Ken Baugh. Instead of actually fixing the issue, Ken chose to lie to my face and show me fake pictures to move me along and cover up sloppy workmanship. He specifically blamed a "pad" on the skid plate that supposedly hadn't been cleaned completely. After dropping and cleaning the skid plate myself today, I discovered that Ken had shown me a photo of a completely different vehicle--my truck does not have any padding on the skid plate. I ultimately had to crawl under the truck myself to verify the integrity of the repair. What I found was a complete mess. Below the area of the replaced vacuum pump, the differential housing and the skid plate were absolutely filthy with leftover oil. Worse yet, the technician had left the skid plate bolts loose. This was the state of the vehicle after "two cleanings"--supposedly one at the completion of the job and a second when I returned to the shop with an oil leak. When you go to a dealership for repairs, you expect professional service and basic honesty. Instead, I got a manager who fakes documentation to dismiss a customer's legitimate concerns and a technician who can't even torque down a skid plate or clean up after themselves. I had to spend my own time under the truck cleaning up their mess and tightening their loose hardware. I have zero trust in this dealer or their service department. Avoid at all costs.
