I was told five times I'd be speaking with the manager(Sean) , and he never called me back. I've spent over $6K here, and they never actually did the alignment they said they did. After their "alignment," my tires went bald in under 2,000 miles. My tires were literally sideways. That's (1) a safety hazard and (2) it drained my bank account. I had to spend another $1,500 on new tires because they messed up my alignment so badly. All I asked for was a $130 refund for the alignment, and they refused. But, once I am gone, you'll wipe your eyes from the dust cloud and drop a tear because I won't be back. I used to pick clients up in the old days from Jerry's Auto Repair for business purposes... "back in the 90s" ... you know, "the good old days." Well, I saw several recommendations on social media for Jerry's Auto Repair recently. So, I thought I'd give it a try. Apparently, Darren is the new Jerry. Hey, it's 2018 ... people change. Jerry, I mean Darren, was very forthright and quoted pricing with product details. I felt like he wanted my business. I know because he provided a competitve price, was confident in his product and service, and guaranteed it. Little did I know he has a small city of cars in his back lot of those that have come before me for that same list of important business features. I walked next door for breakfast and to get some work done. He then called me with the bad news ... front and back brakes. Yeah, right ... right? Well, I went back over and he raised the car and showed me so I could see for myself--no questions asked. If you brake like I do ... there is this still small voice inside that says ... "Yep, you destroyed all four. Get them replaced." So, I took out a small loan ... and, had him fix all four brakes. Was it expensive? For me, yes. But, his pricing was better than every other shop I called. And, I Yelp and Good A LOT -- pricing matters. The team finished the job and I was off to work. Okay, people give them a full day to get your service done ... you know they have to get the parts ordered, get the parts delivered, and then put the parts on the car. But, I have to say the 5-star review was well deserved. Great job, guys! Glad you accepted by silver car. ;) -My$0.02.

I found them to be very honest and fair pricing (not the cheapest, but quality work). What has prompted me to write this review today is the experience I had with Justin on the phone a couple of days ago. My husband and I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Sonata. While looking through the owner's manual we noticed that this car specifically recommends spark plug replacement at 40,000 miles. We just hit that and and not wanting to void our warranty we called to arrange a spark plug replacement. To note, I could have done this myself, but again I don't want to give Hyundai any reason to say the engine failed due to improper maintenance. When I called to inquire about pricing, Justin immediately told me I don't need to change them this early. He then proceeded to tell me that Hyundai just recommends this to get people to spend more money. He told me he used to work for them and it isn't the spark plugs that is the problem with their engines but rather a rod. Look, I appreciate someone trying to save me money, but I also believe that when a car is still under warranty manufacturer recommendations should be followed. I probably would not have written this review except I saw Mary K's review and have to agree that Justin seems to have some kind of bias against Hyundai. I know their GDI engines were not great, but this is a newer model and it has a turbo engine and I was just trying to do what was right for the car. I ended up making the appointment with another trusted mechanic.

Phong, the manager, went above and beyond from the very first phone call. He gave me a incredibly thorough over-the-phone assessment for a basic service and an AC Freon adjustment (something the dealership had never even recommended in the 11 years I've owned the car). In person, Phong was just as engaging, warm, and professional as he was on the phone. The final price came out just slightly over the estimate because they caught another small issue, but Phong took the time to explain exactly what they did and walked through all of his recommendations. Most importantly, Phong noticed that all four of my tires had dangerous cracks on the sidewalls from running into curbs during tight turns, and warned me they could blow out at any moment. I truly believe his sharp eye and honest recommendation saved my life! I already have an appointment at Costco this Saturday to get them replaced. The camaraderie with other customers, the thorough breakdown of my receipt, and the incredibly reasonable pricing make them stand out. Thank you, Phong and team, for the life-saving and excellent service!
