Now, we need to be careful to check that the food is not past its prime. When they add new food trays, food that clearly is dried out is scooped from the old trays and put on top of the fresh food. Even though they were about to close, the staff remained friendly, patient, and committed to giving me great service. That says a lot about their pride and professionalism.
