Thai Rice Soup

Food is consistently delicious! Several times later, I am not disappointed. Everything I have tasted has been excellent--a hidden gem! Also, tested and tried gluten free options--Celiac safe. You won't be disappointed!

Bubble Tea - Taro

Everything was absolutely amazing. The owners are the ones prepping the traditional style dishes and offer assistance with any questions you have! They even allowed us a sample of the Taro tea before ordering them. Highly recommend.

The food tastes delicious. The sweet tea did not taste good. The sweet tea seemed stale. The interior decor was interesting and very ornate. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There are many gluten free options to choose from on their gluten free menu. I enjoyed the gluten free Pad See Ew Noodle. The Pad See Ew made my taste buds dance. Other than the sweet tea, the overalll experience was awesome!

This place was referred to me by a an Asian woman as having really good curry and she was spot on! The service was exceptional and being not a fan of broccoli in my Asian dishes they happily exchanged it bokchoy. I ordered the Tai Salad roll and they suggested I have one ship and one crab with the delicious satay sauce it was tasty. The place is kind of hidden in the back of a mini strip mall but inside it was decorated nice. Authentic Tai food awaits those in Summerville! Enjoy!

Visited for an early dinner based off of a recommendation from a family member. We were impressed by their knowledgeable of vegan options. I was not thrilled with the up charge for vegan meals since tofu is a much more cost effective alternative compared to meat. The food was ok, but not as expected. My curry dish was very thin but the flavor was ok, more like a soup. My daughter had fried rice and she said it was very dry. We will not be visiting again.

SThai Chicken Wings

Wonderful service! They made sure I was comfortable while waiting. Ordered to-go, everything was packaged nicely. The pad Thai with shrimp. It comes with chicken so I had chicken and shrimp. The spice level was medium and not at all unbearable. Also ordered the chicken wings, which were so so delicious! There special sauce is sweet, tangy, with a little spice. I could tell that the chicken was well marinated. The restaurant itself has a nice, calm atmosphere. They started as a food truck and now have this location. Will definitely be returning!

New to the Summerville area and got Sirinna's for the second time tonight for take out. I love Thai food so much especially Pad See Ew and it is delicious here. I appreciate the option for GF noodles and the fact that they are aware and careful about my severe shellfish allergy. Great, friendly service and good vibes!!! I definitely recommend.

This place is the best for authentic Thai cuisine! Local, very nice and clean restaurant. Comfortable seating at the bar and tables. They've got tvs playing sports too. Excellent food, I've tried nearly everything on the menu, but the red curry is my favorite!

We were really excited to try this place because we saw it had a lot of gluten free options since my husband has celiac. Clean and vibrant place upon entering, it's kind of tucked in the corner of a shopping center off trolley road. We sat ourselves and our server was very friendly and offered us a separate gluten free menu which was really nice. We ordered shumai, GF spring rolls, GF pad Thai, GF massaman curry, and GF basil fried rice. 1. Spring rolls - crispy, made with rice paper and it was good with the lettuce and sauce. 2. Shumai - I could tell they were homemade which I was super excited for but a bit disappointed with the texture. It's hard to explain but I think they were folded too tight, over stuffed or undercooked. The part where the folds meet we're not really edible and very chewy. They didn't have that nice soft steamy texture that I'm used to with Shumai. The flavors were good. The sauce was WAY too sweet for a dumpling sauce. It needed vinegar and salt and just to be more balanced. I actually could not enjoy it with that sauce so I made my own and asked for a side of vinegar. 3. Massaman curry - very loose for a "curry" Ive never had a Thai curry that was more of a broth soup like texture. Although the flavor was good, it just was missing that depth and richness you get in a Thai curry. I like it to be more creamy where it coats the rice nicely and not just pooling at the bottom. Again everything in it was cooked very well, but just thrown off by how brothy it was. It actually reminded me of a Vietnamese curry my mom makes because our version is more loose and broth like because we eat it with rice noodles. 4. Basil fried rice- they made it wrong the first time without the right ingredients but when the right one came out it was very good. This dish had the most balanced flavors and we enjoyed this a lot. 5. Pad Thai - we've had A LOT of pad Thai and the flavors have varied all across the board. But when it comes to pad Thai you should taste tamarind and fish sauce. IMO ‍ I'm not sure if it was because it was Gluten free but the flavors here were very mild. Sauce was a bit loose and didn't caramelize the noodles but it wasn't like a bad taste. Like it still tasted pleasant but it didn't quite taste like pad Thai. Some likes and more chili flakes did the trick but it was easy to eat. Overall we still enjoyed the food and service, we are happy they had GF options but we just weren't wowed because of the lack of flavors we normally enjoy in Thai food.

Shrimp Pad Thai

Oops is it hit or miss? this time the drunken noodles had very little vegetables, maybe a couple or three baby corn, no carrots, no peppers and again very little Thai basil. Very disappointed because I am looking at the picture I took a while back. Why change something when you know it is drawing customers, not like we have no recollection of what we ate before. My taste buds have a photographic memory shall I say and I don't go back if a restaurant does the bait and switch so my quest to find a good Thai restaurant that consistently gives me quality goes on. Even if there was a different cook quality and flavor should've been the same.

Thai Tea

Best Pad Thai in Summerville for sure. Donuts were great but I forgot to snap a pic (oops)

Finally got around to trying this new spot off Old Trolley Road! It's tucked away in a strip in the corner, however, it didn't disappoint! My girlfriends and I decided to switch it up and try somewhere new. We all love Thai food so we wanted to support local and what better way! I chose a Thai bubble tea to drink. I can never pass up a bubble tea! It was very good! I took the night off from alcohol. The wine menu was tempting. I didn't snap a picture, but don't sleep on the pork spring rolls! They are the perfect amount of crisp. The filling is flavorful and the sauce is amazing! I chose the pad thai and ordered the chicken and added shrimp with medium spice. I was pleasantly surprised at the heat the medium packed, but it was good! It didn't pack a punch though! It was delicious! The serving size was plentiful and the taste was great. I really wanted to try the soups but wish they came as a side or appetizer versus a meal option. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a laid back, medium size vibe. Make sure and give them a try!

Duck Red Curry

The food was so amazing! Save some room for the Mango rice for dessert! The owner is wonderful and attentive. The servers are helpful too.

Frank and I are grateful to have had Chef Chris cater our wedding reception in September of 2018…read more Since we live in Virginia and were unable to fly down to Charleston for tastings, we reached out to Chef Chris based on his online reviews. Thank goodness for the reviews! They were on point. Chef Chris was extremely professional and his food was amazing. Not only did Chef Chris provide the catering, but he also was the point person for my table, chairs, and linen rental and the bar service. Having Chef Chris as the point person was a life saver, giving me a single point of contact for multiple moving parts! Our wedding reception was held at out of town and very casual yacht club. It was a bit of a schlep from Charleston (about a 40 minute drive) and didn't have a freezer. Chef Chris brought *everything* he needed, including an ingenious way to keep ice cream without a freezer on site (not sure how he did it, but I assume I would have been impressed). His staff was terrific and multiple guests said the bar service staff was also wonderful. The food was perfect! We had the low-country boil and it was AMAZING! The shrimp were HUGE and the corn was crisp, potatoes were perfect, and the sausage was bursting. We also had pulled pork on soft buns, as well as salad and green beans. No wedding cake - we went with apple cobbler. All my guests commented on the food, during and after the wedding reception. Serving large groups is always a challenge, but Chef Chris made it seamless and so flavorful! Frank and I strongly recommend booking Chef Chris! He is wonderful to work with and delivers amazing food and service. Good luck!

My son got the lamb gyro wrap and fries which he really liked. My daughter got the chicken shawarma wrap and hummus which she said was outstanding. I got the chicken shawarma and gyro mix plate with falafel and I really liked it. I noted that the chicken had a bright, citrus flavor which it is supposed to have but I don't get in most of the shawarma's I try. Rice was fine. Food portions were quite generous, we were all full and took home leftovers. Price was decent too. They offer some sort of call ahead or online ordering which would be a good thing to look into so you aren't waiting around a parking lot for a bit. J.Ja

While…read moreit's technically a food truck, it's set up in a permanent location with convenient parking, so it's easy to swing in and grab a meal. You can order through all the major delivery services, use their website, or walk up and order in person like I did. I ordered the kabob plate with both a chicken kabob and a beef kabob. It came with a generous portion of wonderfully seasoned, fluffy rice -- and plenty of it. On the side was a fresh chopped salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and a cool tzatziki sauce that added a bright, refreshing balance to the plate. The vegetables were super fresh and crisp, and every bite had great flavor. The beef kabob was fantastic -- well-seasoned ground beef formed on the skewer with bold, savory flavor. But the chicken was the star of the show for me. It was incredibly tender, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. Not spicy at all -- just rich, balanced flavor done right. They offer a wide selection beyond kabobs: lamb, chicken, beef shawarma, hummus, grape leaves, and several authentic Middle Eastern sides that can be hard to find done properly. If you're on this side of town, place an order and swing by to pick it up. It's fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth the stop.
