What a great feeling getting a seat on this frigid, windy January 1, 2026, right after the Salute to Vienna. The cappuchino was just right, and diving into my olive bread motzarella & tomato warmed sandwich was yum! ! A bit dry on the edges, but tasty. The best was the napoleon. IT felt hard when cutting the layers but what a surprise - it was melting in the mouth, crispy, flaky & superbly fresh. The filling was textured, not to sweet but delicate on the palate! What a New Year's treat. The servers were quick. The place was bustling with people, warm and pleasant.

Rosetta is rooted in the Italian tradition of baking with natural ingredients. This is a great spot for coffee, sandwiches, and pizza. They also have delicious fruit tarts, parfaits, and pastries. It has a clean and high end vibe with great service and outdoor seating.

So I love Rosetta's the pastries are amazing and the coffee is really good. Love the location. Service is always meh. Sometimes the ppl are cool and sometimes they're not having it. It gets really crowded with folks and there's not a ton of seating for how big it seems. Today was a pain though. I ordered a decaf cap with oat milk to go and I got regular cap. I confirmed what I wanted and he wanted to go back and forth with me on it. Then he remade it...cool took forever like so long and then it wasn't decaf and was in a sit down cup. Which is beautiful and nice but not what I wanted I needed to go. So at that point I was annoyed to even ask him to put it in a to go cup I had to ask my husband to do it and he just dumped it in the cup. The point of the cap is to have the foam at the top how I like it but now that's gone and it's all mixed I paid $7 for my drink & also bought mango panacotta which my 5year old loves an apple croissant came close to $30

Nestled in the garment district, I was fortunate to stop by venue for lunch. The place looked modern and filled with good vibes. The menu is clearly visible. Everything you see is baked in-house. Ample sitting and the huge windows allow you to see outside. Service was great. The sandwiches and pastries selection were amazing. I settled for a prosciutto sandwich, while my companion had the turkey. Both sandwiches tasted amazing. I when I the upper west side of Manhattan, consider Rosetta Bakery. You will not be disappointed.

They have great pastries but the pizza was average. The dough is airy and light. The flavor wasn't bad. It wpuld have been nice if they heated better. I got a Luke warm slice with spots that were still chilled.

Place is clean... coffee is incredible.... Best cannoli I have had in a long time... staff was friendly and kept up with the high turnover from patrons coming and going. Will be back 100000%

Selection of pastries and sandwiches are excellent and delicious. The service is not great, we picked up pastries two days in a row last weekend and had a similar negative experience with a female worker behind the counter.

After church, we ventured here for a light brunch. The bakery is so light and airy. This Italian bakery gave me bohemian vibes with nice seating options inside and outside with solid customer service. Since I have a sweet tooth, many pastries were tempting, but I had to balance it out. We shared the margarita pizza, the Lingua, glazed buttery pastry, and the Girella, nutella filled, and vanilla cream. The Lingua was nice that we decided to go back for another one. I am a fan and look forward to the new location they are planning to open.

Good pastries and coffee. One of the best NYC spots I found in that area on my trip to get work done with a good cup of coffee. A little overpriced, but the service is good and the space is clean.

Turkey sandwich with no mayo. How do you serve turkey with no mayo or mustard available? Disappointed.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.

I needed a sweet pick-me-up after missing a train home. While the ice cream flavors looked interesting, I opted for a blue coconut iced matcha latte instead. They're a little pricey, but each donut is a pretty hefty ring of chewy glutinous rice flour batter. I had them the following morning, and the donuts still tasted fresh. There was a little bit of oiliness from the frying, but it did not taste off or too greasy. I think this is from the meticulous frying process and good management of the oil. I got the Cookies and Cream, Rose, Lavender, and Pistachios. I loved the Rose and Lavender flavors, especially the lavender which had a solid floral flavor without being perfume-y. I ordered a chai latte and my free strawberry croissant pastry filled with soft custard cream and strawberries, dusted with powdered sugar. The strawberry croissant had fresh strawberries and cream and it was the perfect breakfast after a run in Central Park. The second visit was to take advantage of their BOGO cake slice deal through the rewards app. It's a fun way to explore their cake selection without paying full price. I ordered the Blueberry chiffon cake slice filled with soft cream, topped with blueberry yogurt soft cream and blueberries and the strawberry soft cream cake slice, a vanilla cake filled with soft cream and fresh strawberries, topped with more berries. Service was friendly and the line moved quickly. Prices are typical for midtown NYC, but all the reward app perks make it more reasonable. I will definitely be back to earn more rewards and try more of their pastries.
