Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We need more people like him in customer service. Love Rosetta Bakery. They're pricey but I absolutely adore their pistachio croissants. Their coffee is ok. My biggest complaint about this Rosetta location is the lack of outdoor seating. You really have to be lucky to be able to sit outside. If they added more down the sidewalk it would really help them and the Mama Mia gelato restaurant. Delicious Italian treats! A bit pricey but worth it. It is a nice bakery for a quick bite in the middle of busy Brickell. Since the minute you walk in, you are able to see all the scrumptious treats on display. It makes decision making harder but it is great to be able to see everything that is available. The food display is beautifully presented and very clean. The entire facility has an open floor plan giving you the opportunity to see the displays and behind the scenes action in the kitchen. Some of my favorite treats are caprese croissant ($6.80), four cheese focaccia ($7), pistachio croissant, and meat and veggies focaccia. They have a great selections of focaccias, croissants, sandwiches, sweets, juices and coffee. It is quick to order at the counter, pay at the end, and find a table. I live in Brickell and go to this bakery almost every day for Americano coffee and a croissant. I've been doing this for about 1 year or so. I find the staff to be very friendly and call me by name all the time. I also noticed that there are a number of regulars like me who are treated with the same respect. There is a low turnover for the staff. That says a lot about a place. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I always get the Americano coffee which I can prepare exactly to my liking at the condiment station. The croissants are always fresh. There is a large selection of foods and drinks which seem to be based on a healthy eating theme (fresh squeezed OJ, etc.) I would recommend this place for a nice meal or a quick snack. read more

The atmosphere of employees is depressing and doesn't bode for a pleasant experience. I had a vanilla eclair and after one bite straight to the trash hard, not fresh simply terrible. The pastries called lengua (off putting name meaning tongue in Spanish), was a flakey pastry with a type of stuff cream filling not all that great but enough to elevate to 2 star. Definitely a fun thing to do in this nice upscale area. On the inside there are really nice seating areas, from regular tables to comfy sofas in the back. For food, the choices are really good and yummy. Their fruit tart was unbelievable. Flaky and crusty dough surrounding a creamy, moist and firm filling topped with fresh fruit. We saw many people getting other sweets and also their pizza, which looks amazing. I've been here about 10-12 times out of convenience over a couple of years and every single time except for one I've have a bad experience with the service... We got a few treats to try out, which were a mini cannoli, mini fruit tart, and bread with cream filling. The mini treats were decent and hits the sweet spot. The almond cookie was a little dense but still really good. A great breakfast! My friends and I stumbled upon this bakery after discovering that our original breakfast restaurant was closed. I had a Nutella Croissant and a Breakfast Quiche. The croissant was oozing with Nutella and the quiche was very light! I also tried my friend's prosciutto and potato flatbread which was quite savory and tasty. This is a newer Italian bakery in the heart of Brickell - and it very popular so far and reminds me of authentic European bakery. My husband and I got a latte, a Americano, a pistachio croissant, and a caprese sandwich. Our coffee was very flavorful and our food was good. The bread on the sandwich was a little dry but the croissant was excellent - YUM! We will definitely go back because they had such a wide array of savory and sweet foods (including mini desserts that looked precious). Though place is visually pleasing, the food is average and expensive. What's more, Management does not care about running a clean establishment. They allow big dogs inside and even encourage their hoping on top of the counter ( big paws torso and ALL) by offering them treats. I was appalled to see it and asked to speak to the manager. She defended that they're a dog friendly place and that all the dogs who visit alongside their owners do the same. She explained that they wipe down the counter every time though. WTH, This was a big golden retriever. These dogs shed a lot. I couldn't believe the absurdity of it all. I thought I was witnessing a dog whose owner lacked common courtesy and couldn't be bothered to train his dog. Now I understand why on other occasions I've witnessed other patrons place their small dogs right on top of the tables where we eat. The notion is absurd. But the owners not only allow it, they encourage it. I expressed that I was certain that if a health inspector observed what I saw that they'd certainly get a citation. Well of course I researched Florida laws which specifically state dogs are NOT allowed inside restaurants or food establishments. With special permission, they MAY be allowed in outdoor dining areas. I will inform the health authorities of this restaurant's practices. I inform you to watch out for animal hair in your food.
