For my other side, I debated between beans and loaded baked potato salad. I went with the beans since they looked great, had bourbon, and I just had potato salad. Beans were also a superb choice with its smokiness and bourbon flavor. I loved the sauces as there are 7 - KC, Texas, Kentucky, Tampa, NC, SC, and Bama (have to ask for). The NC and SC you want for your pork. The NC is a very thin vinegar sauce that will do nothing but make a mess on brisket but the pulled pork soaks it in. The SC is a mustard BBQ sauce that just pairs well with pork. Bama sauce is a mayo base sauce that I would use only for chicken or turkey. The other 4 sauces all matched well with brisket. I liked the Kentucky the best with its bourbon flavor. The Tampa is a mild tomato base. The KC had a rich tomato flavor to it and Texas was a spicy tomato base. Sweet tea was refreshingly sweet! On Wednesday November 22 at 5:20, my daughter in law called in and tried to order 3 pizzas and 24 wings. The guy that took the order was either stupid or wanted to get out by 6:00 pm closing. He was very rude on the phone, said it would take over an hour and half to deliver, 3-4 miles away. She tried to order 24 wings, 12 of both flavors offered. He stated they couldn't do that. Perhaps, he didn't graduate from high school yet, or failed Math because he finally agreed to give her 2 orders of 12, each flavor, after she reminded him that they did sell orders of 12. When she got to the store, he had forgotten to put the order in and was laughing about with other employees. He offered her 30% off the order and another 25 minute wait to prepare it. She had 2 babies in the car and refused. The same thing happened to me last Summer at this place. At least, The manager put his name on his business card for a free pizza. I hope the manager reads this and fires the kid, and the others that were laughing. A copy of this will be sent to corporate office. Note to the manager: 1) Get rid of all your deadbeats, that don't want to do their jobs. You don't have to fire them, just cut their hours. They will quit. 2) Go to your Best worker and ask that person if he/she knows someone who needs a job. 3) Never put a Help Wanted sign in the window, unless you want a lot of problems like you have now. read more

Great, authentic Chicago-style deep dish pizza, which is so hard to find in Florida! The pizza is amazing and the restaurant is tidy and clean. The restroom is clean, too. There are two small tables where you can eat outside, but if it rains you are out of luck, which is strange because all of the neighboring businesses (which don't serve food with outdoor tables) have a rain awning out front, yet this place (which serves food with outdoor seating) appears to be the only business in the area without a rain awning... go figure! lol ... the other strange thing was the staff was securing the outdoor chairs to the tables more than two hours before closing time, likely because it was starting to rain, but when the rain stops then the chairs are not usable because they are locked up. The staff should simply wait until closing time lock up the outdoor seating, never before then since the weather is always changing here in Florida! read more

I am in love with this place! Let me start by saying the food is extraordinary - compliments to all those preparing the food and the delivery is very accurate; my orders are perfect every time, always steaming hot and so neatly put together. The delivery professionals are just great too as they are always so kind, considerate and dressed like they take pride in their job. That is important to me when someone takes pride in their job. This place is a class act and I for one am glad they opened so close to me so I can indulge whenever I get the craving for those fantastically, addicting wings! I have read a lot of really great things about Roasti's but my experience was less than thrilling. Called my order in to an inexperienced order taker. Ordered fried mushrooms and two sandwiches. Inquired if subs were toasted or not - she was not sure about this. Checked with someone and assured all sandwiches were toasted and that order would be able to be picked up in 45 min. ??? Said that they were busy. OK , went to pick up order after 30 min. - order already sitting in pick-up area. Subs not toasted but they were soggy, my classic combo very dry & wet soggy bread. Ordered thin crust pizza on 01/16/19 at 5:14pm. Received order at 7pm. Pizza was cold. Driver stated that, "This is normally done on my phone but it isn't working, so I need you to sign the reciept. Your total does not include any kind of tip". Fact is, I paid online using my credit card and I included a $6 tip, which the reciept indicated was in the total 0f $30. Man if the review was off taste it'd be higher. But this is the delivery aftermath. Honestly this place is definitely on the more expensive side for pizza. Not exactly sure why. But this is definitely not the expectations for delivery. I understand the need to deliver hot pizza but if they can't deliver without the pizza sliding then they should maybe let it cool a bit.
