Our family typically 90% of time loves cauliflower pizza. Once we heard JETS had it a few weeks ago we have been eating here ever since. The cauliflower is excellent we either get mushroom/pepperoni or sausage. In the past prior to having a baby this year we would get this type of pizza from fireside which would usually be around $15. JETS delivers, the cauliflower is just as good as firesides, and it's a few dollars cheaper. It was a win for us. My daughter wanted to try their deep dish last night so we order an XL which I found out for us is way too big but it was amazing! Best I have had in FL since moving a few years ago. It's just enough dough not too crazy, edges are cooked perfectly, and just the amount of toppings without being too soggy. I would highly recommend. We have been here hundreds of times and I never wrote a review before because I never check in so I figured I better give them props for having the best pizza. We usually pick up our pizzas. My husband calls it in and I pick it up. We always ask to have a medium stretched to large. A lot of people love the pan pizza but I feel like it is too much bread. They also have thin crust pizza, which is awesome, but my husband doesn't like it so we go for the hand tossed medium stretched to a large. We also get turbo crust of garlic butter sauce. Jets makes their dough in the store daily.They shred their own cheese, which is 100 percent mozzarella and they mix their own sauce. Most of the chains do not do any of this and it is a big reason why Jet's pizza is the best. We always get the spicy pepperoni (there is regular pepperoni as well but the spicy is smaller and better) and my husband either gets double pep or another meat on his half while I get a variety of veggies. I've also had the Greek salads and they are also really good. They also have sandwiches and wings. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas but was only delivered one. I contacted Jets directly and an employee argued I had only ordered one pizza. I had a physical reciept, digital receipt, and capital one charge, there was nothing to argue. I offered to email the receipt and he refused. I asked for his name thinking he must be a confused employee but he declared he was the owner. Owner told me he would get to the bottom of the problem and let me know. I called an hour later and he told me he was busy but I should call my bank to dispute the charges. If I wanted another pizza I would have to place another order. I ended up having to call my credit card company and disputing the charges. Unbelievable that an owner of a business would behave like this to a frequent customer. I uploaded the digital receipt, be careful that they deliver what you are charged for. UPDATE: 4/2/19 2 months later I received a call from a manager at Jets offering me an apology and 50% off a future order. I told him it was never about the money and I accepted 50% of his apology. Everyone has different "Pizza Preferences", but for fast-service carry out pizza, Jet's is MY preference, even though there is a Domino's and a Westshore literally within walking distance, a Papa John's a few minute's drive away, and a few other independent "pizza providers" close by. Jet's specializes in a thick-crust "Detroit-style" pizza. While they DO have other pizza on the menu, my "rule of thumb" is that one orders what the establishment specializes in. If you prefer a thin crust pizza, a New York style pizza or some other variety of pizza, perhaps you may wish to seek a pizza place that specializes in the type of pizza that you prefer. I always order online, either with the app or at my desktop. I prefer NOT to call because of the challenging environment at the pizza place. The telephone order taker is simultaneously taking phone orders, walk-in orders, preparing orders for customers and doing this all when it's exceptionally noisy, making verbal communications difficult. I always pick up the pizza in person. I get there early so I get my pizza when it comes out of the oven, and if there's a problem with a missing item, I can address the problem when it can be corrected right away, My recommendations: Select their "Detroit Style" specialty pizza, specify "spicy pepperoni" if you like spicy, order online to bypass communication breakdowns, and pick up in person to eliminate delivery difficulties. read more

I will have to say I was impressed with both & so was my father in law. Pizza was very soft , no burnt parts at all. The salad was great as well, no brown pieces at all. The pizza is OK, the Jetzees were awesome, but corporate took those away. I ordered a pizza tonight and a Coke. Normal people tell you if they don't have Coke products, this girl didn't tell me that so when that little livery guy showed up with the Pepsi I was like "oh no no no!" True Coke drinkers like Coke, true Pepsi drinkers like Pepsi. So I spent $1.79 on a little Pepsi when I could've got a 2 L of Coke. What this ended up doing is costing them a customer. Their last order taker screwed up my order, and now this one so I am done with this location. I suggest you go to any other location especially the Dunedin location if you want your order correct. Had a couple of pizzas delivered to our work place. Pizza was very tasty but the ordering process and actually getting it delivered was an ordeal. Whoever took our order had a difficult time understanding what we wanted. It was the same person who delivered the pizza and the individual had difficulty finding our location as well. It took well over an hour from ordering to delivery because they didn't know where to go despite directions. Yes, a review for chain-pizza, but for a good reason... Jet's 8-corner, pepperoni pizza with turbo crust is really a unique pizza beyond compare! (For those older Yelpers...) Pizza Hut has totally changed since, but if you were a fan of PH's decadent pan pizza during the 70-80's? This particular Jet's offering will be a bit like a pizza-flashback in your mouth. They call it "Detroit-style" here. It has a thick crust and is very cheesy, with cheese pushed all the way to pan edges, so it TRANSFORMS in the oven and gets totally crispy! Decadent and glorious... I have a big appetite and have never dared to eat more than 2 pieces in one sitting. That is the whole draw here for me. I once made the mistake by ordering a "normal" round pizza here and was left totally disappointed. Avoid those... Oh, but that 8-corner delight! Even that LC pizza chain has recently tried to borrow/steal Jet's idea and duplicate it, but fails miserably. $16 for just one take-out Jet's pizza is pricey, but well worth a first try or the occasional indulgence. You just may get hooked. Want a supreme or other "loaded" 8-corner pizza? Expect to pay almost $24, which is ridiculous! Charging $8 more for additional toppings is silly and is very likely hurting Jet's business model. They really should rethink this. It's a huge bummer. But here, we do thank you JET'S for the retro-pepperoni-pan-pizza-FUN !
