I finished my drink and as I prepared to leave I asked the bartender how much the draft beer was. He said, $4.50. HE NEVER RETURNED MY CHANGE and simply kept the 50 cents without saying a word. I thought that action was pretty ballsy. So whether it's 50 cents or 50 dollars your change should always be returned to you unless the customer says to keep the change. A small grievance - yes.
