Very disappointed. I ordered the classic combo double dough crust - when it finally arrived it looked good, but the crust was utterly tasteless, like eating cardboard. The food is good. However this is probably the worst managed placeI have ever eaten/order at/from. I have ordered numerous times only to show up and being told my order will take another 30 plus minutes past the time they indicated when I ordered. I have also ordered a couple of times and shown up and they said they did not have the order. What makes it all the worse is the woman who owns/manages the place. When I see other patrons complain about the the same issues, she gets confrontational with them. She is awful. Need to find a better place in North Naples than this. The people who work there were friendly. The mild wings were hot so my kids didn't eat them. And they really were not good either. The breading was funny, they just should have made them naked. The pizza and calzone were "Chicago Style" and I failed to understand that when I ordered online. I honestly don't know how people can claim to like that style of pizza or calzone over NY style like the rest of the country does. It's like eating a heavy greasy pastry when you want a pizza. Nasty. I almost got Little Caesar's, would have paid half as much and would have enjoy it more. I am a fan of east coast pizza and this place has a Chicago slant. Having said that, I felt the dough was basically a step up from Papa Johns... quality ingredients, but missing the overall flavor expectation I had... again, an east coast guy. We also had the calzone, which I was excited because it's more of a Stromboli style as they don't use ricotta, just mozzarella and you choose your ingredients. Again, the dough left me feeling "ok" about the experience. They skimped on the meet (sliced beef) I requested and the vegetables were undercooked. I was going for the steak Stromboli effect and it fell flat. Unfortunately none of us had the deep dish pizza which I think is their specialty. On the upside, good service, clean environment and family friendly. I also enjoyed my first Naples Beach Ale from tap. If you are looking for NY style, skip this place. If you come from Chicago or looking for something other than a pizza chain, this is a good spot. read more

We arrived on a Sunday night at about 6 o'clock and wanted to try the CHICAGO pizza. The waitress told us it would take about an hour to make it. We were in no hurry so we agreed. The pizza came out about a half hour later and was very tasty. Worth the wait. It was quite busy but the waitress did check on us a couple of times and finally offered to refill our drinks once the pizza arrived. We ate here on a lark as we were in the area looking at condos. This really IS the best pizza in Naples, hands down. We had written off pizza while here for the season because we love pizza & couldn't find a good one. We had the thin crust with half pepperoni & half sausage wonderful!! Beers are kinda high @ $5.00 ea for bud light draft. But we'll be back because the pizza is THE BEST! The owner/chef came out to make sure we liked it...that is why it's great. Sadly the one star is for the customer service and delivery. The actual pizza was good. We ordered a deep dish and the driver clearly dropped the box or took a sharp turn and the pizza paid the price. This is common, right? Not if you ask the manager Tom. Tom said in his 20+ years he has never heard of a pizza getting delivered this way... This is the MOST common issue with pizza deliveries but anyhow.... I wanted to keep the pizza because half of it was edible and we didn't have time to wait on another one but, of course, I wanted a refund for the one item. Tom said that in order to provide a refund he would need to pick up the damaged pizza. I've never heard of a pizza place paying a driver to return to the scene to pick up a damaged pizza in order to give you a refund for an item they delivered damaged. What would Tom have done with the pizza? Recycle it? Financially it doesn't even make any sense but the best part was when Tom said they practiced this to "protect the restaurant from fraud". Yes! That makes sense... I totally damaged my own pizza that I paid $18 for just to end up getting a refund. I offered to take half a refund for the half that was damaged but he proceeded to argue with me for over 30 mins. The most condescending person I've ever dealt with. I'm calling the corporate office first thing tomorrow morning. I will never visit another Rosati's again thanks to Mr. Tom. *the owner called me directly to offer me 50% off the damaged pizza. I just moved to the area from up north and eat calzones probably once a week or every other week so I was super excited to order from Rosatis for the first time yesterday. The mozzarella sticks and wings were good but the calzone was super disappointing. First of all, it's not even a calzone, it's technically a stromboli. Stromboli is served with sauce inside, calzones come with the sauce on the side. Mine had sauce inside with the filling. Additionally, calzones contain both mozzarella AND ricotta cheese; strombolis only have mozzarella. Mine only had mozzarella. The menu doesn't mention that the sauce comes on the inside so that's an issue for me because I don't like sauce. If it had said as much, I would have requested it on the side. The worst part, though, was the bread-to-filling ratio and the resulting cavernous inside of the stromboli. Seriously, there was more empty space inside than there was filling. It was like the Subway sandwich of strombolis. The filling I ordered was just cheese and veggies - veggies are cheap. Why are we skimping on the cheap stuff?? Anyway, service was good, mozzarella sticks and wings were good, but my search continues for a well-made local CALZONE. read more

THIS PIZZA DOES NOT TRAVEL WELL (OR EXPEDIENTLY) I could not be more disappointed. We read the reviews and thought we'd have an awesome pizza and hoped we wouldn't have to deal with the jerks listed in previous reviews. Order placed at 5:05PM. The guy said "30 minutes". We asked him if he needed a gate code or anything - he said - just tell your security guards we're coming. We did. 6:15: Called and asked where our pizza was. "It takes an hour to cook, and it's leaving now". 7:05 pizza arrives (yep - TWO HOURS after we ordered it) and while this might have been an awesome pizza (it looked good), the actual crust was floppy and soft instead of crispy. I LOVE pizza, and I stopped eating this after the first slice of this 35 dollar pizza. I think it might be great dining in, but do not waste your dollars ordering delivery. In hindsight, I would have done Dominos vs. this high expectation low delivery experience. read more

Friday night carry-out order at 6:30 pm. Total price $91.00 for three pizzas, you read that correctly, $91.00 for three pizzas. One ordered with extra mushrooms since their website states: "ROSATI'S VEGETABLES: Our vegetables are delivered fresh daily....", apparently not to Naples. Drove it home, no mushrooms at all. Amanda who identified herself as the front manager took our call and said, "Oh we ran out of mushrooms and tried to call people who had ordered them". Our reply, "We left our phone number with our order and you did not call us but still charged us $4.00 for the mushrooms when we picked up the pizza". Amanda, "Would you like a refund for the mushrooms?" Our next question to Amanda, "with a Publix grocery store 300 feet away, how do you run out of mushrooms, Publix's sells mushrooms?" Amanda's reply, "I do not control that, that is the back of the house manager" Transferred to the back of the house & the restaurant's general manager Tom. Tom answers the phone with an angered tone, "what is wrong?" We asked about the missing mushrooms which we were charged for, Tom barks out "we ran out!" On a Friday at 6:30 pm going into a Winter Tourist Season Weekend, we ask, "You ran out of mushrooms?" Tom, "yes, do you want your money back?" We then asked the same question we asked Amanda, "with a Publix grocery store 300 feet away, how do you run out of mushrooms, Publix's sell mushrooms?" Tom bunt reply, "we were slammed, we could not go over and buy mushrooms!". We then began to ask, "the other two pizzas which we ordered were ordered with extra cheese and extra green peppers but only one of the two had extra cheese and neither had extra green peppers, in fact barely had any green peppers and we were charged $18.00 for the missing ingredients" then Tom interrupted, "I cut the pizzas, there were green peppers so where is this going, what do you want?" We replied, we would like some honesty. Tom, "are you calling me a lier?" Our reply, "Our order was order number 66 and they had been open since lunch began at 11:00 AM. As we were there to pick-up the three $91.00 pizzas there were four tables sat. You were not slammed!" (Truthfully if they only have 66 orders by 6:30 PM on a Friday night during one of the busiest tourist weekends in Naples, they are in serious trouble of remaining in business") Tom reply, "I do not need this" Which we replied, "we are from the Chicago Illinois area. One of us sold the Rosati family dozens upon dozens of pizza equipment in the late 90's and early 2000's. We know Rosati family's reputation and his attitude was not consistent with the dedicated hard work that the Rosati family had done for years." Tom wanted no further with the conversation and we informed him that we would leave this review as a response to his ignorance and disrespect of customers who paid $91.00 for three pizzas and had not only not received what they had paid for, but the staff knew they did not have the ingredients they were selling the customer and the customer was scolded as a result. read more

Friends told us that Rosati's Pizza was the best in SouthWest Florida. They were only partially right. It's the best in the country. I'm a New Yorker and we know pizza. I placed an order for delivery. At the time of order I was made aware that the system was down, but that my order would be put in any way. I am from Chicago and wanted to give them a shot. 1 hour passes and no.pizza. I called to check on delivery status. I was told that due to technical difficulties my pizzas were never ordered. Then was told it would be another hour before delivery. I asked if I could come and pick them up to make it faster. Upon pick up, I was never greeted by manager or offered discount for inconvenience. Had a funny feeling when I walked in here. Chicken parm, wasn't bad, garlic bread was great but super salty. Wish that was the end of it but stomach is destroyed a day later. Went here with my boyfriend for a little pizza date night. We ordered a pepperoni deep dish, which was delectable. We watched indigenous people build clay houses on the tv. Very interesting. The restaurant is casual and clean. The staff is very friendly! The prices of the food it a bit pricy but feeds 4-6 people. The Chicago Style pizza is delicious. Although it takes about an hour to cook, it's worth the wait. The salads are large and shareable. The house dressing is delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant. read more
