Ive been a return customer because the employee are amazing! Anthony has the best customer service and truly care about his job. Thank you Anthony, thank you Jets! read more

It's delicious! It's very good quality! The service is great! (especially doordash) It's very good deep dish and is my favorite pizza place that I've tried so far! And I've tried lots of pizza places! It comes second to my home countries pizza! And I come from Italy!!! read more

The workers name was Anthony who helped me amazing service. Honestly made my day genuinely felt cared about as a customer all around 10 out of 10 if he's not the manager already, he should be promoted immediately read more

Pizza is consistent and they deliver... It's not New York, Philly, Jersey shore or Chicago, but it's really good Florida pizza. Ask for coupons... Enjoy! read more

I've never been to a pizza place that takes this long to make a pizza. Every time, you end up waiting way too long to pick up your order

I wish I could give the a zero. Thought I would order a delivery pizza and surprise visitor friends with a delivery pizza. That was two hours ago. I call and they say they can not say they can even deliver it. $65 bucks plus's a tip and they say it might might make it out. I know this is the season but ripping people off is wrong. We are year rounders and I hope we can make them change their rip off ways!! Waited til the morning to post. Never received or heard anything and are charges show as still pending. I think they are ruining a decent reputation. read more

Love the style and taste, but it's a bit greasy. Prob the pepperoni. Love the antipasto salad!

Great pizza! Quick delivery. Arrived hot and fresh. Friendly service. Will definitely order again.

$7 delivery fee? Unacceptable when they want me to tip the driver in addition. I did tip the driver online but $7 fee on top of a $16 pizza? read more

Late, cold, hard, made incorrectly, dry and disgusting! I have never had a pizza made from jets like this. Very disappointed. And still hungry! read more

Excellent pizza actually the best I've ever eaten. The service was efficient and timely for carry out pizza.

Great pizza just like Detroit! I love it. Ranch is homemade four corner crust well done.

Pizza with extra sauce and garlic crust is excellent. Quick turn around for pick up or delivery.

Ordered through Yelp but use the Jet's website instead and save $$. Delish pizza ready within 15 minutes.

Best chain pizza. Consistently good food. Employees are friendly and kind and competent. I've been going here for years and I'm never disappointed. read more

From Boston... We are very critical of our pizza. After getting a four piece, Detroit style pizza, half with pepperoni and half with mushrooms straight out of the oven, it was one of the best we've had. The crust was perfectly light with the great crispy edge , the sauce was tasty. The cheese was stretchy And the toppings were perfect. This is the best pizza we have had in Florida for sure and right up there with the best of Boston's pizza--Regina's and Santarpios! We're going back again and again. We jumped into the eating of the pizza, so we never took a photo, but it was quite beautiful. read more

talk about GREAT PIZZA. Can not get over how tangy the aloha pizza was paired with the fresh BLT pizza. But let's talk about the Aloha pizza. It's the perfect combination of tang and spice- the flavor is endless. Imagine the scene in Ratatouille where Remi describes the flavors of cheese and strawberries with beautiful swirling colors. We were so hungry and we're THRILLED to find that parking was so convenient. There was a spot right in front of the pickup. We couldn't believe it and we're so thankful we didn't have to walk far to get our pizza. Highly recommend if you want good pizza WITH GOOD PARKING. also order through text to get 20% read more

I don't leave many reviews, but need to for this. We love love love this pizza BUT... we have ordered delivery from them 3 times and it has consistently gotten to us more than 30 min past the estimated time. This last time we pre-ordered for delivery, they called us and said they lost the ticket and the pizza was in the oven. They gave back us the delivery fee, but we still received the pizza an hour after we had requested it. Given that I ordered it 2 hours before, I would expect maybe a 15min delay. Definitely get it, but also definitely pick it up! read more

Fuck you Jet's. I ordered a large deep dish with extra cheese and pepperoni. Good job on the pepperoni and shit on the extra cheese. I guess you think if it's delivered you can just shove it in the box with no consequences. The pizza deserves better and you are a joke. Fuck yourself!! read more

The pizza is ok but the guy working here is rude and argumentative. I won't come back. There's 50 pizza restaurants nearby. I'll go to one of those. read more

Never order from this location! I would give zero stars if I could! The pizza was so terrible! The cheese is like rubber, the pizza was drenched in grease, soggy, yet still burned! manager is worthless and will not help. Instead he said, this is the way they make NY style pizza! Waste of money! Never again! read more

Delivery was quick, and the Detroit Style Pizza was excellent. We will order another one soon. Try it, you'll like it! read more

Best pizza!! Cooked to perfection and quick!! Ordered the 8 cut all pieces are ends,,, omg sooooo good!!!!

Best pan pizza in town! Perfect texture, great ingredients, and super nice staff. They are always BUSY. It's bc they work hard, are friendly, accurate, and prompt. And if they're not?? It's bc they're overwhelmed w orders bc their pizza is that good. Ironically they are close to the worst run Pizza place in town. Leonis. Lmao oh, the irony. read more

OMG! I am not one to write about a place where I get pizza but I have to say something about Jet's From the initial ordering ,where you build your own pie to getting and eating the final product including Jet's Bread, it was perfect and delicious!!! You need to check this place out! read more

They've really gone downhill. Both food and service have declined to the point where I'm not returning. They're opening a new location on Vanderbilt in Feb 22 so hopefully they are better. read more

First time at Jets pizza, was recommended by several people. Very impressed by the Detroit style crust. Thick and relatively airy. Crispy on bottom and sides from baking in pan with oil. Love the crispness. Pepperoni and mild peppers, hard to beat. And a great price. read more

I love this place and have recruited many others. I grew up with Jets in Michigan and am obsessed, slightly hehe. My favs are the BBQ Chicken deep dish and Jalapeño Pineapple deep dish.. With a side of ranch. Tonight the guy who answered the phone sounded like he was struggling so instead of my usual delivery, I went into the store to make sure everything was correct. When I got it, it was wrong. Can I just mention how awesome Jesse is? He has dreads and glasses and is always so pleasant and smiley. He made everything right and I felt happy leaving. Every time he rings me up he makes me smile. You can tell he is one of those people who actually care when they go to work and want to make others happy. Yay Jets, you're my favorite and yay Jesse. You're a sweetie. Jets is fortunate to have an employee who works so diligently to keep the customers happy. read more

For the love of God, don't. I've been in the kitchen. I can count the number of times I've walked in to the manager sleeping on the kitchen floor. It's two. Not once. Twice. On the floor. The manager. The delivery drivers do all the dishes. If you're a delivery driver, whats your main concern? Right! Not dishes! Nothing is properly cleaned because the drivers just want to get out and make their tips. To their credit, they do make their dough fresh every day. They rotate properly. Problem lies with all their toppings being fresh out of a bag. I know that basically the norm but there are so many better, honest, legitimate pizza places where the managers aren't napping in the kitchen. Salads are prepared without gloves. No employee remembers the recipes so theres a list of what goes in which salad posted on the station. As a fellow human, I strongly suggest against visiting this pizza joint. +1 star for quick delivery times. And you can likely buy drugs off your driver. read more

Awful strong sauce with way too many spices. Crust was good but the pizza was something I would never want again

Really impressed with everything. Ordered online 1 small pizza. 1 large pizza and 1 Caesar salad. It was under $40, so I wasn't expecting much. I asked for a 6:45pm pickup time and it was ready when I arrived. The guy who rang me up was friendly. Once at home. we all loved it. Simple salad was great- and pizza sauce was delicious. 3 of us were full with salad and pizza leftovers. Simple, tasty, easy. Definitely will return and recommend. read more

Ordered a pizza online for pickup. It was so easy and ready in exactly 20 min like it states it would be. I drove to the store and their is a sign that will tell you to call when you arrive. They knew who I was and brought it out to my car, It was great. The pizza was so good. We will be back. Thank you Jet's Pizza. read more

Ordered online and got a call ten minutes before the order was supposed to be ready that they had an issue charging the card. They had over half an hour before that to address any of their computer issues. There is no problem with the card, my bank even confirmed they charged it!! They wouldn't make the order, hadn't even started so it would have been way late anyway. Now I get to call my bank and dispute the charge because it was run anyways. They were not even remotely helpful, wanted me to give them another card or cash even though they already charged me!! Absolutely TERRIBLE service, will make sure everyone I know does NOT go to this location. read more

Jets pizza is also consistently delicious!! My favorite chain pizza and honestly I find myself ordering this more than "specialty" pizza shops. The crust is buttery and addicting! My typical order is the deep dish eight corner with pepperoni and the deep dish jets bread. The ranch dressing is amazing if you like to dip the pizza. My only complaint is that the sauce containers are too small. I recently moved here and my local Jets had sauce ramekins twice the size. You pay for extra sauce so it would be nice for them to upgrade. Pick up was quick and I had no issues. read more

Tried for first time. Curbside takeout. Large NY style cheese pizza (asked for lightly done) boneless chicken tenders and garden salad. Pizza overcooked, server forgot salad and had to remind her. Salad was very fresh and cold. Dressing good. Boneless wings were the worst we have ever had. See pictures. Will not return. read more

I've never had a bad experience with Jet's pizza until tonight. I believe that because they were about to close they got my order mixed up with an inquiry I was making in a particular pizza. Being under the impression that I would receive a large pizza for the price I paid to my surprise I receive the wrong pizza and wrong size . I was surprised with this service they still make great pizza but need to pay close attention to an order before closing time to avoid things like this form happening read more

One of my favorite pizza places in naples, and by far the best chain. Love the different crust options. Deep dish is a must!

Don't get me wrong, I love Jets Pizza, but I just went here to get a gift card and they REFUSED to give me one. The poor guy up front said his boss is in the back and will not come help him. I heard this lady screaming in the back to come back in 5 minutes because she was busy. Um, no thanks. TERRIBLE customer service. Guess I will drive to Bonita from now on to get Jets. read more

Really enjoyable deep dish pizza. They have tons of options if deep dish isn't your thing, fast hot delivery by far the best pizza chain in town. read more
