My parents like Rosati's Pizza, so they brought me here when I came to visit them. I haven't had good Chicago Style Pizza in a long time, and in Austin we don't really have anything here anymore that comes close. Overall we had a really good experience here, the pizza was very good and tasted great. It's a small footprint, limited seating, probably has 4-5 tables, plus a couple of outside tables, and bench seating along the windows. If you are a new customer you can join their rewards program and get 10% off your first purchase, so we got the large Chicago Style Pizza with Sausage, Onions, Green Peppers. My dad said the double dough pizza is really good too. They bring the pizza out piping hot in the cardboard box, and it was superb. They don't skimp on the cheese here that's for sure. I would have liked a little more sauce with my pizza. But the taste was superb and quality was very good. Crust was flavorful, you will want to eat it all - maybe dip it in garlic butter or some red sauce. The large was plenty for 3 of us as we had about 3 large slices left over to take home. They do specials here, today was a pasta special but we were set on the pizza which was good enough. I gave them 5-stars because the food was really good and the service was helpful and attentive. I think they could tweak a couple of things to make it better - - for example we wanted ice water but they do not have an ice machine (huh?). So we got lukewarm tap water from their sink. Tasted fine, but I think an ice machine would be nice added touch. I think maybe they want you to buy the bottled water. Also - I think when they serve pizza in-house, they should serve it on a platter, and then when there are leftovers to give the customer the right-sized (smaller) box. We only had 3 pieces left yet had to take the very large box home which doesn't fit in the fridge. Plus it's waste and over utilization. We could have gotten smaller to-go boxes, that way it's a win win for everyone. But overall we were very happy with our meal here. I would definitely come back, and I wish I had more time to try their double dough pizza as my dad said he really likes it. This tiny strip mall spot has a lot to offer. The menu has a variety of offerings to choose from, but primarily this seems like a place for pizza, calzones and similar fair. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a combo pizza on thin crust and it was fantastic. My only regret was not signing up for the rewards program right away. read more

We went in specifically for the Chicago style deep dish pizza. We ordered at the counter - the place was really clean, and the gent behind the counter seemed attentive and polite. We told him that we were new customers, and we're excited to try the deep dish pizza! We ordered that, and some "dough bites", which looked interesting. It was dinner and a show from that point forward. The gent was making phone calls to tell customers that their delivery pizzas would be a few minutes late due to a driver shortage, and he was also trying to sort out issues with a couple of grub hub orders...he never lost his cool, and he was polite to everyone - but you could see that he was having a hell of a night. After 20 minutes or so, we went back to the counter to check on our dough bites - and they were ready. These were delicious - great marinara with them too. About 20 minutes after that, our pizza was ready. Well, not the pizza we'd wanted...but the pizza that got ordered. He'd ordered a large pizza for us, all of the toppings were right, but it was a traditional style thin crust pizza. We were already 40 minutes into the process, and we took the pizza and said we'd enjoy it either way. He was apologetic, offered us a credit (we declined) and he seemed genuinely sorry that our order wasn't what we'd hoped. The pizza was fantastic - amazing crust, more of that delicious sauce, and loaded with toppings - all three of us agreed that it was epic pizza! So - in all honesty - the food was 10/10, and we'll definitely go back. It seems to me like they could surely do a better job with getting orders correct, but maybe they were just having an off night. If nothing else, it was fun to watch while we ate - one guy handling phone orders, internet orders, coordinating deliveries, cleaning tables, and taking care of the counter orders too. Whatever he's getting paid probably isn't enough. Rochester is blessed to have a couple of great pizza places - and I believe that Rosati's is one of them! read more

Chicago Pizza is the best not too bad of price. Need to have more coupons. Wish they had a bigger store

We tried an on-line order of a large Chicago style pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Website said it would be 30 min for a pickup. When I went in, 30 min later, I noticed the place was packed with people. The staff apologized and said it would be another 30 minutes as they were behind. They offered to cancel the order but it had been 3 years since I was last in Chicago and I wanted that type of pizza! My wife and I waited outside in the car and 30 min later staff brought out the pizza for us. I thought that they showed great customer service in a stressful time. We got home, unboxed the pizza, and immediately realized this would be a two meal pizza. It was just delicious. Excellent crust - perfectly baked - loads of cheese and tasty sauce with a.e portions of sausage and pepperoni. Two slices each filled us right up. We took the other half of the pizza and placed it into the refrigerator. The next day we reheated the pizza and enjoyed it for lunch. Service, food, and price were all fine. You might be able to eat there as there were a few tables to the side of the ordering counter. Fresh pizza by the slice was present. This pizza was as close to Chicago style as I've had.
