Okey Smokey onion smash burger on keto bread

Popular among the locals it was pretty busy yet my food came out fast and piping hot if I'm ever back in Rochester I'll be back my burger was amazing and I really like they can do anything on their menu gluten free

Old Fashioned

We had dinner here on a Friday night. Not too long ago wait to get a table, despite the probably new hostess seating two other couples who came in after us, and another party ahead of us. She admitted that she forgot to check the waitlist, so hopefully just a simple mistake and not a sign of management not training their staff properly. Either way, still seated within about 15 minutes. They don't do call ahead/reservations/not on Open Table at this time. The waitress was very nice and on top of things. Plenty of staff to take care of everyone, with additional food runners. The Old Fashioned was great! I had the chicken tacos and they were delish. Generously stuffed-- 2 come with the entree and that was plenty. The chips and salsa that came with were great too. Ambiance is a typical bar & grill. Large bar in the middle of the restaurant. Lots of TV's to watch the game. Clean, modern decor.

Elote Steak Tacos with Chicken

Amazing service and food! Great vibe in general- comfy booths and clean! My wife is a picky eater and they were very very understanding and flexible. I got the Elote Steak Tacos with chicken instead of steak and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We're here for the day from Des Moines- will definitely be back if we're in town again!!

We stopped in on a Saturday at 4:45pm. We found the place was already bustling, and it was full by the time we left--so get there early, it's popular! We were seated right away in a section near the entrance. Though there are televisions all around tuned to different games, the noise level wasn't bad, for which I was thankful. About 5:15, they turned on a fire wall right behind my husband's seat, and that looked really cool. Our service was adequate throughout our visit. I ordered a cider. We shared a cheese curds appetizer. They get their curds from Little Red Dairy, a local maker, and you can truly taste the freshness. The curds were huge and absolutely delicious. For my entree, I had the Strawberry Goat Salad. I didn't add protein, and that worked out great, because the salad was huge with generous amounts of candied walnuts and cheese. Loved it! I would definitely come here and order this again. My husband had the Roasted Prime Rib Sandwich. It was a nice big sandwich and came with a lot of fries. He really enjoyed it. In all, a great supper together. I'd like to come again in warmer weather and try the patio, as it looked quite nice.

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

The store is a nice vibe with side rooms for private parties. While place is known for their burgers, I tried their featured Buffalo Chicken Flatbread. The flavors were great and represent the flavor buffalo chicken wings with tiny pieces of celery and ranch/blue cheese on the side. The bread was a bit lacking as it was quite thin and lack a crisp that I prefer. The server was prompt in getting to us and refilling our waters. Overall, a great experience!

Perfect lunch spot. Busy but not too busy. Good prices. The rotisserie chicken was amazing. Excellent mashed potatoes (with skins! ) and a huge serving of perfectly seasoned cooked asparagus. I had to share it. We will be back! Soon!

This is a strange name for a restaurant. Let me explain why I had dinner here. Hubby and I went to Rochester, Minnesota to visit my cousin and his wife. They treated us to dinner. After ordering a margarita and chicken wrap, I asked the server how the restaurant got its name. She said the owner likes goats and his wife's favorite color is purple. Okay, I thought. (crickets) The name is not as exotic as I thought it would be. Now for the wrap: It consisted of croutons, spinach, bacon, grilled chicken, onions, romaine lettuce and very light mayo (I'm not a fan of mayonnaise). I had a garden salad as my side, which I shared with my husband. Overall, the food was just okay. Will I return? Probably not.

My Purple Goat patty melt.

Saturday night, place was hopping! But not so much that we waited for a table. Was a bit noisy but, hopping! I ordered the patty melt on rye burger and partner ordered a chicken bacon wrap. Both came with the usual great frys. The patty melt was very good, cooked just the way I asked. The wrap was chicken oh hum. Light on the bacon and dressing, too bad. Oh, and the service was just ok. Overall a 3, if the wrap had been as good as the burger and frys and the service a little better it would have been a 5 star Saturday. Too bad.

Chicken Alfredo

Overall the food was as expected. Decent . I ordered the Caesar Salad with Salmon and I asked for no Croutons. Nothing really stood out . The dressing was average and the Romaine was almost it shredded . The Salmon was cooked well and it did come out without croutons as asked . My daughter ordered the Chicken Alfredo. This talked about being all homemade in the description but it too was very basic and the frozen garlic toast that everyone uses was at best . I'll just say average at best . I'll return and try the burger but not in any big rush . I will say the service was fantastic. I believe his name was Reilly. He's highly recommended.

This is probably a 3.5-star, but I'll lean toward 4 because of the fast and prompt service! Food was decent. Burger had some solid flavors as I tried one of the more interesting combinations after asking for a recommendation between a couple that I was considering. With peanut butter, bacon, and strawberry rhubarb jam, how could you go wrong? Definitely not the best burger ever, but was solid enough to get a burger fix should you need one. The fries were also on par without any sogginess at all, but a nice crisp texture. All around, food was a solid average to slightly above average for a burger. The service really stood out to push this one closer to a 4-star review!

After a long day at Mayo, I door dashed the rotisserie chicken. Omg. Heaven. I dream about that chicken.
