Cheese lunch combo (sorry had to take a bite)

I feel like my last review didn't do justice. Rosa's is really good pizza. I love the lunch specials. It reminds me of New York pizza. I always get great customer service and the ambiance inside feels like home. That nostalgic smell of pizza after my softball games when I was a kid. Love Rosa's!

I love this place. We get the Big Mama pizza whenever we're in town here. The pizza is a whopping 28 inches in diameter so it's a perfect pizza spot, if you have a big party. It's almost become a tradition whenever we all get together.

It was okay not worth $28 for one large pizza, I would recommend lowering prices or offering deals otherwise I would not recommend sorry.

    Pepperoni pizza!

The Pepperoni pizza was very good. Cheese on it was very tasty. Has a old school ms pac man game. 25 cents too lol. Tv to watch soccer/futbol. Mom and pops vibes! And the ladies working thereare so nice! And the crust was soft.

omg! if you need a pizza for a party come to Rosa's! look at how huge the Big Mama is. and so delicious! every time i come in, whoever's behind the counter is so friendly and kind. i also love the actual restaurant, very nostalgic atmosphere-- they even have 50c sticker machines.

King sized pepperoni and pineapple pizza!

Great experience! The pizza is amazing! If you live in, or close to Placentia, Rosa's Pizza is a must!

It was a late night, so we didn't want to eat too much. We asked to split the lasagna, and it ended up being the perfect portion for two. The lasagna itself was meaty, rich, and really satisfying. We also ordered the garlic cheese bread. It wasn't as crunchy as we had hoped at first, but the staff was more than happy to remake it for us, which we really appreciated. It definitely tasted better after. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with good food and attentive service. We'll definitely be back.

I'm not gonna lie though... it is kinda pricey for pasta but the recipes really remind me of grandma cooking -- super traditional, hearty, old-school Italian style. Nothing wrong with that at all, it's just personally I'm more of a pink sauce, creamy vodka sauce kinda guy these days Usually my go-to order is the Chef's Special rigatoni with sausage and mushrooms in that porcini sauce That dish never really misses for me. I also ALWAYS gotta get the breaded lamb chops with the peppercorn sauce because those are honestly one of the best things on the menu in my opinion. Crispy outside, juicy inside, sauce goes crazy This time though I decided to switch it up and tried the Linguine Sarno. It was good overall, seafood was solid, pasta cooked right, but I honestly wish it had more spice to it I kept waiting for a little kick that never fully came. Still decent though if you like lighter seafood pasta flavors. Also quick warning about the calamari because I learned the hard way last time make sure you finish it the SAME day. Once it sits overnight it turns super hard and chewy. Even tossing it in the air fryer the next day couldn't save it lol. One thing I will say is the service can be a little slower than expected sometimes. I usually call my order in like an hour ahead before getting off work, and this time when I got there it still wasn't ready yet But to be fair, the staff has always been really friendly, professional, and respectful every time I come through, so it kinda balances out. Ambiance is pretty much your standard quiet Italian restaurant vibes Nothing super modern or trendy, no loud music, just calm, chill, old-school dinner atmosphere where everybody's just there to eat good pasta and mind their business Overall still a solid comfort food spot when you're in the mood for classic Italian flavors

I love that you can customize your own pasta with different noodles and sauces, which made it extra fun for my kids too. The braised beef pasta was flavorful and tender, and the chopped salad was super fresh and delicious. My kids absolutely loved the pink sauce pasta with shrimp and chicken. We also tried the meat lover pizza. It was a little bit salty for my personal taste, but overall still pretty good! The atmosphere felt cozy, casual, and family-friendly. The staff was very patient and kind while explaining the menu, and the service made the whole experience even better. Free parking was also a huge plus!! Friendly service, yummy food, and a great spot for families. If you're looking for comforting Italian food with generous portions and fresh ingredients in Orange, definitely give this spot a try! It's been a…read morewhile since I came back from the first time I came here, and I don't know if I'll be coming back. I placed a DoorDash order for ASAP pickup of a 16" pizza. Placed the order at 4:35 pm with an ETA of 15-20 minutes. The app said it should be ready before 5 pm. Keep in mind, I intentionally placed the order early so that my 2 year old would have food at her normal dinner time. When I entered the restaurant, there were a few customers who didn't know what's going on. Neither did I. There wasn't anyone at the cashier's area. I had to flag the lady down to ask about my order. This was around 4:50 ish, so I don't mind waiting 10 minutes for my pizza. However, at 5, they didn't even start making my pizza, let alone put it in the oven. It's not until 5:21 pm that the pizza finally made its way out of the oven. It was disappointingly slow. Good news, though, I was able to write this review while I waited for my pizza and I finally got out of there by 5:23 pm. Also, one more thing to note, it felt like they were definitely short staffed and the person who was taking the orders at the front was also the person who was making the pizza. However, I noticed that she didn't use any gloves when making the pizza after transitioning from taking orders nor did I see her wash her hands. Just for that reason alone I don't know if I'd be coming back or would I recommend this place.

I will be back for these knots because they were the best I've ever had. The wings were not that great in my opinion, they lacked sauce and the skin was very chewy. I am not sure if the wings are fried or baked but I definitely think they needed to be a little crispier. The pizza was phenomenal. I love a thick crust and Gina Maria's did not disappoint.
