I ordered a calzone , my wife ordered a meatball pizza. It was absolutely great. The service was friendly and fast. There's only seven booths and a few tables. It was quite warm inside to go would be better choice for your order. Food tasted good though very happy. read more

I realize that this is an unusual situation, but when I was there (21 July 2026) I was hit by a falling sign and got a nasty cut on my leg (total accident -- it could have happened to anyone). The problem is that I have tried to contact the manager several times (NOT to threaten a lawsuit but, rather, to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else) but I have gotten ZERO contact. If this is how they treat their customers, I have no intention of returning. read more

This place was good! We came for lunch and ordered mozzarella sticks (they come with meat sauce - wow!), the meat sauce was good, wings and pizza. We ordered the wings extra crispy and they were perfectly crunchy. Pizza was solid, and the icing on the entire experience was Valeria who was our waitress - she was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, had the best attitude, never any tone of complaint anytime we asked for something, which is so refreshing. Most places we go to have young people working with bad attitudes, but not Valeria, she was an absolute doll, and that made our day! Love the old school pizza place feel of the restaurant. Looking forward to coming back soon! read more

Enjoyed a great bbq chicken pizza. Kind service, reasonable prices. Anxious to return.

Excellent pizza with high-quality ingredients and a perfectly cooked crust. Staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the owners are wonderful. One of the better pizza spots around. read more

Pizza was cold and not much taste. Also my husband was injured by one of the signs that fell in the store and they cared more about the sign than the huge sore it made on his leg. We will never be back, horrible treatment to my husband and not great pizza. read more

We just tried here for the first time, and definitely won't be back. The pizza was very much undercooked, our garlic bread was 1/2 overcooked and 1/2 under, and the spaghetti tasted like a Barilla package. Very disappointed! read more

Family run, fresh ingredients, reasonable prices. Never disappoints. Always tasty. Tonight we had the meat lovers pizza, fully loaded with meats, also a super salad which usually has more toppings than lettuce which is as it should be. read more

My favorite wing spot is a pizza store! The Pizza Store makes amazing pizza and wings. The pizza is nice and cheesy with really good toppings. The pepperoni and sausage is perfectly spiced so you can share with the littles in the house. The wings are not for sharing though. We always get the wings su!c!de flavor. They're spicy but not overwhelming. We ask for extra sauce so we can dip our crust in them. Speaking of the crust, it's so good. I sometimes pass on other places crust, but not the pizza store. It's light, fluffy, and crisp. We live really close, and we always call to order. It's usually ready within 15-20 mins. The staff is always friendly and orders are always correct. See their website for specials! read more

The best pepperoni pizza in the area! My family is picky with our pizza and this place has it

I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and it was so good! The service was wonderful as well! Would totally recommend this place to anyone

I've bought pizza here a few times and each time it's a little bit different. I ordered the pepperoni pizza each time. Once it was just okay and the next time it was very good. One Wednesdays there a car show in the parking lot. I've found the men's room to be clean and stocked. The employees are friendly read more

They used to be great, but the last two times, the pizza base was undercooked and the salads were drenched.

Amazing little hole in the wall pizza place! Roommate came home with some takeout and had some wings. Roommate offered me a couple wings and they were so good I left my house and drove to pick up my own order. Not exaggerating when I say the best wings I've ever had that were not home cooked! Customer service was great too speaking to the employees at the restaurant. read more

Found hair in my food and when I went back to show the manager, he laughed at us and called us liars. All he had to do was apologize and I would've felt a little better. He was very rude. Customer service is horrible. read more

You can't beat the price and the flavor of this place. I personally love the crust here, if you're familiar with bolillo bread, that's what it tastes like to me. The works pizza is our favorite, but I also love the classic pepperoni. Pizza sauce is flavorful and the ratio of all the toppings is perfect. I have family that drives in from the IE just for their wings. If you like em crispy and vinegary, this is your place. Pasta, garlic bread, and salads are also delicious! I'm glad they're so close by. read more

Delicious antipasto salad, good wings, even the mild were a bit hot, pasta was good. Looking forward to trying their calzone

Pizza will be the death of me. Especially at places like this. A friend recommended this place a while back so I decided to stop by and give it a try. First impression... Right when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and told I could sit wherever I'd like. Perfect. While walking to my table I noticed the place was nice and clean. So far we're off to a good start. Now the food... When I think of a Calzone I think greased up dough with toppings just stuffed inside. Not here at The Pizza Store. Their Calzones are made to perfection. The dough? Flaky and golden brown. I damn near wanted to call the person who made it out and hug 'em. It was that good. Every bite was delicious. I even got a side of ranch to dip that ball of joy in. (Yes, I'm one of those people) Next time I'm in the area I will be stopping by and throwing them my money with a smile because I want to try their veggie pizza next. I highly recommend this place. It's tasty. read more

How in the WORLD has this place been around so long and I never knew about it? We lived in an apartment two blocks from here for two years. I now live maybe two miles from it, yet had no idea! My coworker comes here often for lunch. He always raves about the food. Where did you get it? "That pizza store." Ok, what is it called? "I think The Pizza Store, I don't know." I thought the guy was crazy. Then I drove by the other day and saw the sign, THE PIZZA STORE. LOL he wasn't crazy after all! For vegan cheat night my husband decided to order pizza from here. He got a pepperoni with garlic and onions, I got a vegetarian. We also got garlic bread. WOW! This pizza is LEGIT. We both loved it! From the dough, to the sauce, to the toppings, to the crust, we are now huge fans now and this will be our new pizza place! The garlic bread is pretty plain, but it did the trick. Both of our pizzas were delicious! Prices are super cheap and delivery was fast. What more can you ask for? So glad I drove by and found out it is really called The Pizza Store! Bummed I didn't know about this place years ago! read more

My wife has to bring food to an event that is near this facility so we stopped by for lunch to check it out. We ordered a Caesar salad and a small pizza. The place was nicely decorated and staff was awesome. The salad was very large and they didn't skimp on anything. The pizza was the same lots of pepperonis and pineapple. That was around noon and it 5:30 and still stuffed. Found another hidden gem. Thank you for a great meal read more

Driver said he called and called and I never answered. So he took the pizza back. Then he shows up with 2 (I ordered 4). Asked for plates and didn't receive any. When I called they said whoops chef read the order wrong contact grub hub for a refund they will refund the order 100%. I don't have an account because I ordered it through Yelp. Seems like since it was their mistake they should be doing all of the leg work. Worst part is I couldn't feed all of the students. I called and the manager wouldn't speak to me because he doesn't speak good English gal on the phone says we refunded the pizzas you didn't get but we're charging you for the 2 you received and I ask "what do I tell the students who don't eat" she says "sorry". Yes sorry I spent my hard earned money to look like an ass in front of my students. They all said don't worry but you know some of the ones who missed were Bummed out. Worst part is that I called after ordering to make sure everything was clearly understood so there wouldn't be any issues. read more

Tuesday 1pm takeout 11/2020 First visit, read reviews and wanted to sample lots of items. They are now allowing dine in seating. I observed all staff wearing masks when I went in to pick up my order. Ready on time, all items correct. 2 med 2 topping pizzas + 2 liter special Mushroom and olive Pepperoni and sausage - love this type of Italian sausage shaped in random sizes Pizza Sauce is slightly sweet. Crust is good (I always try it with no extras). I prefer a slightly longer cook but the crust is done nicely overall. Sausage roll - Sausage is sliced in half lengthwise and placed face down on a bed of cheese with dough wrapped around. Each roll is cut into fifths and dusted with Parmesan. One order is two sausage rolls that come with marinara. As with most meat and cheese bakes, this will be best fresh from the oven so manage your expectations accordingly if you are going to have lag time during delivery. The marinara is of the sweeter type and is a meat sauce with tomato bits. The sauce is not puréed to thickness if you prefer that. Zucchini fries are breaded and seasoned, come with ranch. Eggplant parmigiana is a good amount way more than a single serving. Solid food. read more

They're still open! Call in your order or order online. Hubby and I have ordered from Pizza Store pre-COVID and during COVID. Food quality is still good, and the amount of food is still worthy of its price. I wouldn't necessarily call their pizzas excellent, but I'd prefer them over huge pizza chains; there's something home-y about their food that makes it a true comfort food for me. We've had mainly only their pizzas, wings, salads, and sides so far! Still need to try out their pastas and sandwiches, but it's been difficult since we really like their pizzas. *Chef's kiss* We've only always ordered to go, but, whenever dining in is an option again, they do have quite a number of tables and TVs to sit down and enjoy your order! Staff has always been great. Never any issues. And orders have always come out correctly. Thanks, guys! Also, just a head's up that you may get a pretty majestic cheese pull with the pizzas. SO GOOD. Probably one of the grade-A reasons why I really enjoy this place. read more

Went to their shop and ordered the Meat Lovers Pizza which was loaded with meats! The Buffalo pizza was tasty and had fresh jalapeños on it!! And the Calzone was dense and flavorful, definitely a meal for one person. The Super Salad easily fed 3 of us as a starter...the staff was friendly and the cashier said they have great wings, so that will be on the order next time. This place has a good menu and we will go back and try the pasta dishes. Very good value for the price!! Check out the pics... read more

I've been coming here since I was 12. My favorite wing spot and sausage rolls. Always get my fix when coming here

I worked at the Pizza Store in Orange when I was younger and always loved their food. Being that I work a few blocks from the Placentia Pizza Store I stopped in the first time probably a year or more ago. The gal working there was friendly and the service was great. The pizza and salad was every bit as good as I remember having at the location I worked at. Since that time I have been back to this location numerous times and have always had great experiences. Their staff is always friendly and their food is cooked perfectly. The cook needs to be commended highly as he (I believe the same gentleman has been there cooking the last few times I have visited??) always seems to know how to get the dough cooked perfectly. Not overdone and not underdone.....great job!! Today we had a server named Shania and not only was she as friendly as any other of the wait staff, she went above and beyond and was extremely attentive and present. Employees like Shania are harder and harder to come by the way things are in today's work environment when many don't have to work if they choose not to, so you have a winner with her! Thank you Pizza Store! I'm not sure what the relation is if any to the Orange location but the food is equally as great at either place but it's the service levels that put the dining experience over the top and keep people coming back. See you again soon and keep up the great work read more

Best wings in town been coming here for years great small family business and comfy family environment

We really love this place. The Monday carry out special with the super salad is our go to.

Great service, yummy pizza and Salad!!! Perfect crust! It's a most go to for pizza! Quiet Ambiance.

I am annoyed. I wanted to support the local business but apparently an hour order ahead could get lost!!!! So here I am sitting waiting for my food during my lunch hour! And my delivery address is only 5/10min drive if you caught the train. And so upon delivery, no sodas that were supposed to be with my orders!!! No utensils, no napkins. I'm to eat the salad with??? Or even the ravioli that I ordered? Luckily I'm a bit of a hoarder and have chopsticks so that was used for the salad. As for the ravioli, it'll be a meal another time. I was told the money can be giving back to me for the trouble and the delay. The reason was "Friday lunch rush". Because it's Friday, I called in an hour early. I did not want the money back because I had my food...but it's the principle of it all. read more

I was in the area and decided to pick up a pizza before heading over to a friends house. I picked this place based on the reviews, but personally I was disappointed. Service was a little weird, i called in my order and it was like they were surprised to be getting an order. When I went to pick it up, the place was empty. Overall the pizza was below average. Crust and sauce bland, cheese tasted off. The toppings were the only good part and tasted really fresh. I'm read more

So I have been eating here for well over 20 years. Love the wings, pepperoni burrito and the pizza. The food is still good. However over the last year or so the service has declined drastically. Seems they are only hiring servers who don't seem to know what they are doing. Orders incorrect, not checking on tables regularly, bringing the wrong items to the wrong tables and more....sad to see they need better servers and more training. read more
