    Margerita Pizza with mushrooms

Excellent pizza with high-quality ingredients and a perfectly cooked crust. Staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the owners are wonderful. One of the better pizza spots around.

We just tried here for the first time, and definitely won't be back. The pizza was very much undercooked, our garlic bread was 1/2 overcooked and 1/2 under, and the spaghetti tasted like a Barilla package. Very disappointed!

I've bought pizza here a few times and each time it's a little bit different. I ordered the pepperoni pizza each time. Once it was just okay and the next time it was very good. One Wednesdays there a car show in the parking lot. I've found the men's room to be clean and stocked. The employees are friendly

Pizza will be the death of me. Especially at places like this. A friend recommended this place a while back so I decided to stop by and give it a try. First impression... Right when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and told I could sit wherever I'd like. Perfect. While walking to my table I noticed the place was nice and clean. So far we're off to a good start. Now the food... When I think of a Calzone I think greased up dough with toppings just stuffed inside. Not here at The Pizza Store. Their Calzones are made to perfection. The dough? Flaky and golden brown. I damn near wanted to call the person who made it out and hug 'em. It was that good. Every bite was delicious. I even got a side of ranch to dip that ball of joy in. (Yes, I'm one of those people) Next time I'm in the area I will be stopping by and throwing them my money with a smile because I want to try their veggie pizza next. I highly recommend this place. It's tasty.

Is the pizza crust thin or thick?

Somewhere in between. Not fluffy but not thin. It has a bit more chew than I'd like personally but still good.

Tony's Little Italy "authentic" Chicago Deep Dish Pizza is a $10 pizza masquerading as a $42 pizza…read more Tony's "Chicago-Style" (it only looks like one) is closer to Little Caesar's than a true Chicago masterpiece. I tried Tony's Little Italy Pizza in Placentia for the first time and I can attest that THIS IS IN NO-WAY AN "AUTHENTIC CHICAGO DEEP DISH PIZZA" as advertised. It's not even close. I can't fault the enthusiasm of family frontmen like Taylor or his Uncle, Tony, for their contagious enthusiasm for their product, but all other comparisons end there. I lived in Chicago for more than a decade working for Leo Burnett Advertising/Chicago where the real Chicago deep dish pizza's, the standards by which you would judge "authentic," are Giordano's, Gino's East, Pizzaria Uno, and Lou Malnati's (a distant 4th in the rankings). These pizzas are HEAVY with quality ingredients and though deep dish, the crust is something that never gets in the way. In TRUE CHICAGO DEEP DISH PIZZA ingredients are 90% of the pizza, the crust 10% or less. The opposite is the case at Tony's where they make pizza's that are ALL dough and FEW ingredients. Tony's Little Italy Pizza offers a poor rendition of true Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. I ordered a 12" sausage, spinach, and mushroom - the exact same pizza I'd order at Giordano's, Gino's East, Pizzaria UNO, or Lou Malnati's countless times. What I got was a pizza that is 90% tasteless dried bread called a crust and a few tablespoons of ingredients (sausage, spinach, mushrooms) disguised under a heavy tomato sauce. In many places the unappetizing crust extended all the way to the surface hidden only by the tomato sauce topping on my pizza. Looks good but the deception ends there. I got almost no cheese, few mushrooms, skimpy sausage, and miserly spinach. This may be what one call's Chicago STYLE (and that's what Tony's should call it) pizza out here on the west coast, but this pizza definitely would not carry its own weight in Chicago. If you've eaten Chicago Deep Dish Pizza in Chicago where I've been you will easily be able to relate to everything I am saying. If you've never had a real Chicago Deep Dish Pizza then be forewarned. This isn't the real deal. It's what Little Caesar's would do if they tried to sell Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. All dough, no substance. As Scotty said in Star Trek TOS, " Fool me once-shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." We won't be going back. Appearances are deceiving!

It's come to my attention that someone made instagram video about the situation but let me tell you my side of the story the one who made the instagram video did in fact throw things and as soon as he got caught and asked to leave he started to play victim and record himself saying he didn't throw anything but that is a lie I seen him with my own eyes . Some people need to learn to take responsibility. I don't believe the securities did anything wrong just simply told him to leave but since he didn't want to and blab his mouth he went straight to pull out his phone and try and make a scene which was very uncalled for . If you're asked to leave you should leave no questions asked gotta learn to grow up . Idk who that chick was with the grey shirt and some shorts but she deserves a raise because she was able to mitigate everything and try to calm the guy down but honestly seemed like he just wanted to create a scene for getting kicked out after throwing cans trying to make the place look bad . He honestly should be banned and have a photo on the wall saying male Karen not welcomed . He thinking he an instagram influencer but just some nobody that has no respect for workers or establishment. He was indeed drunk . Other than that drinks were ice cold and vibes were on point . I will go again just maybe not during any games lol

This is my new go to place for pizza and I've been telling my fellow foodies in the area about it…read more Let me preface this review by saying that I'm usually a Pizza Hut customer and had been pretty happy with my local location, great pizza, frequent discounts and friendly service. I came across Pizza Guys, because my child's school was running a fundraiser here, so I didn't have high expectations, I mean, it's a fundraiser after all... Wow was I in for a surprise! There are 3 reasons why I would give a restaurant my business, all 3 reasons being equally important. One, it has to be yummy. The pizza here was surprisingly yummy and they didn't skimp on the toppings! Two, the price has to be right. The prices were reasonable and when they run a sale, I am getting excellent value for my money. Three, it should have decent service at a minimum. This is where it blew me away! The service here was not only excellent, it was the kind that retains customers and loyalty. In fact, I will buy from this location regardless of whether there was an active sale at the time and even if the location is out of my way. The people at the Katella location are usually friendly and nice. However, the dynamic duo that has earned my loyalty to this location are Bruno and Josh. Long story short, my kids like their pizza square cut, but at some point, the app ordering system was changed so that I can no longer choose that option and it's too much hassle to call in every time, so I went several orders/months with the typical cut/slice. When I went in last night for my app placed pizza, I was happy to see that Bruno and Josh were behind the counter, since I hadn't seen them in a long time (I've been visiting on their off days), but what surprised me was that Bruno actually remembered that I prefer my pizza square cut and Josh had the pizza/toppings just the way my kids like it. The guys did that for me, without my asking! Wow!!! I can't believe that Bruno actually remembered my preference after all this time!!! As busy and lazy as I am, I feel compelled to write this review, because what they did was above and beyond expectations. Bruno and Josh are young men, I have no doubt that if/when they outgrow this location, just the attitude and attention to detail alone, both essential entrepreneur mindsets, will get them far in life. I wouldn't be surprised if they have their own franchised Pizza Guys locations later and I'd be one of the first customers to visit and say, I told you so! ;)

My sister originally chose Terra because she saw a picture of one of their salads with salmon and knew immediately that was what she wanted. We had no idea we were about to discover a new favorite restaurant. 10/10 -- I've already bookmarked Terra because I will absolutely be back. When we arrived, we told our server we had never been there before and asked what she recommended. Her descriptions of the food were fantastic, and she steered us toward the wood-grilled peaches with burrata and arugula. Oh. My. Goodness. Absolutely delicious! The grilled peaches, creamy burrata and arugula were such a wonderful combination. Then the salad came out, with salmon added. I took my first bite and was literally speechless. It was an explosion of flavor -- the avocado, salmon, sesame dressing and everything else going on in that salad just worked. The salmon costs extra, but it was absolutely worth it. The peach dish and the salad were completely different flavor experiences, and honestly I would happily order both of them again. We were talking about how we were gonna come back and try to resist ordering the same thing over again, but that will be a challenge. Of course, we were at a wood-fired pizza restaurant, so we HAD to try the pizza. We ordered half-and-half. One side was the fingerling potato pizza, especially after our server told us the story about the owner's daughter wanting fingerling potatoes on her pizza and how that helped inspire the restaurant. Obviously, after hearing that story, we had to try the pizza that started it all! And it did not disappoint. I can definitely see myself ordering that again. The other half was the salami pizza with the honey drizzle. It was supposed to have some heat -- my sister could taste it, although I couldn't -- and the honey made it a really interesting combination. Not something I would normally think to order, but definitely worth trying. I also ordered the citrus agave, thinking it was basically a fancy name for lemonade. It wasn't! Lemon, orange and lime made it much more interesting, with just a slight bitterness from the citrus that balanced the sweetness. Delicious and different. We sat upstairs, where there was a wonderful breeze coming through on a summer evening. The whole atmosphere was charming and relaxed, the service was excellent, and the food was memorable. The biggest surprise? Terra is right near my office, and I never knew it was there. Definitely a 10/10. I came because of a recommendation, and now I'm recommending it to everyone else. I will absolutely be back.
