That pizza is a steal! Well my kids only want the basic pizza (cheese) and suddenly asks if they can have it half in pepperoni too, and they have it! The pizza we ordered is the 12" and lemme tell you, the pizza is really tasty and the sauce is not too much, it was right and yes flavorful like the review I read also! Next oh yeah, there will be next for us, since the place is good and also I need to try their pasta. I came in my diet day hahahaha so one slice only that I ate that day, that slice is powerful enough to make me craving for their pizza again! The service is best, clean restaurant and bathroom also and it's just that friendly feeling that builds the hunger more hahaha! We will be back for sure! read more

Really good food, fun environment for kids and kind staff but honestly it's just pretty pricey.

Always a great slice or 2 be4 work, great service as well. If you've got time watch a game or 2. Plenty of big screens to choose from. read more

Came for a pizza dinner on a Sunday evening with my two boys. The restaurant was busy but the line moved quickly. Ordered a large pizza with half of the pizza no toppings (one kid is picky). They let me know up front it'd be about 25 mins given the number of orders; no problem, arcade games to pass the time! Kids enjoyed the air hockey and video games. Pizza came out with toppings on the whole pizza instead of half. Worker apologized and stated chef was going to fire up a plain cheese real quick. I said it's no problem as I can pick off the toppings but they insisted and gave us a medium cheese pizza on the house. Really nice snd friendly service going the extra mile. Will be back again real soon ! read more

I just ordered delivery. The last two times I've ordered I've been disappointed. The chicken tenders are much smaller than they used to be, and for some reason, they are now cutting them in half. I wonder if they do that to make the portion seem larger. I got shorted on a side of ranch this time and last time. It makes me wonder if they think customers won't notice. read more

We've come here a handful of times before karate and I must say their pizza is delicious! Everyone is helpful and their service is fast even when I'm on a time crunch to get the kids to class, it saves me the headache of worrying about dinner or even lunch the next day! read more

Went in for one of the many lunch special's. I picked the sandwich, salad and a drink for about $13. The warm Italian sandwich was so good, I don't care for ham so asked for turkey instead and they were more than happy to accommodate my taste. I had to save the salad for later because the sub filled me up alone. Great deal for a fast delicious lunch. read more

Used their order online feature, over half of the order did not get delivered. Tried to ask the driver what happened but they said they don't speak English. They have no help or way of reporting the issue online. Tried to call in but was stuck on hold for well over 30 minutes. Loved going here and the food is good but this experience makes it so I will never go there again. read more

Got a heart shaped pizza and salad tonight as a Great surprise so I didn't have to cook on Valentine's Day. Thanks guys!!!

I haven't been to Pepz Placentia in awhile, but recently came here in hopes of having a fun family night. Sadly, our pizzas were overly hard and burnt, plus the environment and service were terrible. The cashier who helped us seemed very annoyed when it took awhile for us to decide on our order. Also, at one point an entire baseball team came in and were rude, loud and kept hovering over our table and food. It was so bad that we barely got a chance to eat before feeling so frustrated that we had to leave. When I shared what happened with the owner, he literally blew me off for months. At one point, he offered me a very minimal discount on a future visit, which was downright insulting considering I'm not planning on returning. What a shame, considering I was hopeful the new ownership would be an improvement, but it actually seems like Pepz has only gotten worse. read more

Halloween night at a pizza place is going to be crazy busy so I was prepared for the wait. The staff was overwhelmed, didn't seem that anyone was in charge and people were waiting a long time for their orders even when they ordered in the morning. As I was waiting for my online order to be ready I noticed that one of the workers was preparing the pizzas without using gloves. I'm not one to be overly concerned about this, if bare hands briefly touch the food they are preparing I'm not too worried. But to have someone's bare hands dipping into the cheese and the various toppings to build the pizza does not seem like a good practice. Even the guy stretching the dough had gloves on. But I brushed it off, ate the pizza and we all got sick. Learned my lesson. read more

We went to Pepz pizza (732 N Rose Dr, Placentia, CA 92870) for the very first time at the recommendation of a friend. We were so pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the place and more importantly the quality of the pizza's we ate. We ordered a meat lovers and a veggie lovers pizza on a thin crust. The pizza was so flavorful and delicious. The pizza dough was so soft and tasty and the ingredients were also so fresh. The staff was very friendly and courteous and attended to our request attentively and efficiently. The pizzas came to us in a timely manner and hot and tasty. In addition to tasty food, the area was very clean and inviting with large screen TV everywhere for the patrons to enjoy. There was also a play area for the kids that kept them busy. Lastly, the toilets were also very clean. This experience was excellent and we will definitely be back again here very soon. The owners should be proud to provide such an excellent overall experience to they customers. This is one sure way to bring customers (and their friends) back again to Pepz pizza. Sunil read more

Still a five star! Ordered a couple nights ago, and actually ordered a couple weeks before that I meant to share my review then, but sharing now. Everything we have tried so far from this place is good, fresh and full of flavor. Great ranch, fresh salad, and the wings are tasty, but I would probably ask them to cook them a little bit longer, because I like them a little crispy. read more

We love the $12 lunch special at the Brookhurst and Ball location. At there once and it's fine - big dining room and we tucked ourselves into a corner for a work lunch - not too disruptive. The owner is super friendly and we appreciate their quick service, especially during the week. read more

Don't understand how this place has 4.8 on doordash. Ordered based off hype. Bad choice. They confirmed my order early in the morning. Waited 1.5 hrs and the doordash cancelled because they said that a pizza place ran out of pizza???? How do you run out of pizza? That's like a Starbucks running out of any form of coffee. I don't plan on eating here ever. Don't accept or confirm an order placed if you're not open or if you are supposedly out of pizza at a pizza shop read more

Good food, good service... we choose pepz over any other pizza around. So yummy always friendly and fresh,

I came to Pepz after not coming for a couple years because of a bad experience I had. With the end of the soccer season, I decided to give them another try. For sports team events, they offer free pizza and drinks for the team, which is a really great deal! The customer service was amazing and the food was delicious as well. The arcade area is perfect to keep the busy long enough for the duration of the party and the prices for the arcade games are not too much like some other places. Ekta and the rest of the staff at Pepz made our experience one to remember and I will definitely be back. Thank you! read more

Came here on a Monday (Lincoln's Birthday) for a YLHS basketball team/family dinner. The pizzas and wings were very good. Great price ($12) for 34 ounces of beer on draft. The Blood Orange Hefeweizen was delicious. Overall, while everything was great, there was one thing that stood out. This review is because of Esperanza. From the moment I arrived with my son, she came up to the cash register to greet us and asked if we were ready to order or had any questions but in a casually warm and special way. As I started ordering items a-la-carte, she asked if I wanted one of the combo deals instead that would include everything I wanted and more for just a few extra dollars. I asked for recommendations in which Esperanza was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She sold me on the value deal upgrade. This might seem like all normal things a good server should be doing but that's not true, especially nowadays. I don't usually take the time to leave a review, good or bad but Esperanza deserves recognition. She was running around that night serving a full house by herself from the bar, to the cash register, to bringing things out to the tables. She was super friendly, fast, and attentive to all. I don't know how, but, she did an excellent job accommodating and taking care of an unexpected large party. To the owner: You are very lucky to have yourself a superstar employee. Esperanza deserves a raise. She's sweet and personable, and very good at what she does. She can easily do the job of 2 to 3 employees by herself. read more

Not safe during Covid-19 We went to this place to get dinner on Monday night 5/25 of the holiday and when I walked in to pick it up no employees were wearing masks behind the counter they were preparing all of their food without a mask. When I called and explained that I didn't feel comfortable eating the food and wanted a refund and that they could have their food back as it is sitting in my garage in the pic, I was told that you can't get coronavirus from food so I wasn't going to be receiving a refund. Do not eat here It is not safe read more
