I provided my square footage and Kenia provided a quote over text. The service included a deep clean, which was the following Wiping baseboards Doors Door Frames Window Sills Blinds Fans Wall decorations/pictures dusted Bathrooms cleaned Kitchen including wiping/polishing cabinets and appliances, countertops stove top, and microwave. I went to their website and entered my home stats and received a response from Marcelo quickly. The price was decent for a deep clean and he could actually do Thursday!!! Communication was top notch and his vibe set my mind at ease. 2 ladies, Renata and Silmara showed up on time and were incredibly professional. They were very nice and hustled the entire time and worked hard for 7 hours cleaning more than I even expected. Marcelo explained there was no extra charge if time went over as it was a flat rate for the size of my home. I literally could not be happier with the girls and their efforts and Marcelo and Rita were kind and communicative the entire time. My mother in law told the lady to skip the 2 bedrooms upstairs which was not part of the agreement. However, in the kitchen... the stove top, floor, counters, and dishwasher door were not cleaned. In fact, the floor had a pile of crumbs on it and same for in front of the sofa. Downstairs in the primary bedroom, the furniture was not dusted, and the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned. I know it wasn't discussed, but also the laundry area was not cleaned at all. Which would have been nice to clean since she didn't have to clean 2 of the bedrooms. I see now from prior reviews that this appears to be a pattern of behavior with this company--quoting one price upfront and then demanding a significant increase once the job is already underway. This practice is misleading and unprofessional. Their preference for hourly billing over flat-rate bids for residential cleaning is impractical and rather misleading.

I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I was at work at my time of service and, thankfully, was able to let the team in through an automatic door lock. I am moving out of my apartment and needed everything cleaned before turning in my keys. I went back to the apartment during my lunch break & it felt like the stress of having to move out instantly subsided.
