This was the first time trying out this shop based on a recommendation and they were awesome! I needed a Jean hem and my boyfriend needed a inside pocket liner fixed. They did a great job and my boyfriends pocket liners were perfect. We had taken them to another alteration location, they looked at his jean pockets, said they couldn't fix and might as well throw away! Well, this shop fixed them! They were on time ready as promised! We will be back again and recommend highly this shop! read more

Scammer Alert!!!! Ran away from this place. The old, grumpy and rude guy (Angel) will overcharge you. For cut short and stitch he charged me $70 for 2 pants. Angel, you don't deserve that name. I gave you 1 star because there's no option for zero star. Your business doesn't deserve a star at all!!! read more

Have always had excellent dry cleaning and laundry service here. Wouldn't recommend it for tailoring. Slight language barrier, but easy to deal with. read more

I had a small rip in my pants, and the owner wanted to charge me $20 to fix it, which I felt was pretty high. When I came back to the shop the week after to pick it up, the rip was not completely repaired. When I brought it to their attention, the owner was very rude and not apologetic at all. They are over priced and have horrible customer service ethics. I will never use "Angel" Cleaners again. read more

Needed a item sewn, brought it in to see if they would be able to help me and the older man looked at the item and told me he couldn't do it and to just do it myself. The tone in his very was very nasty and rude. Sometimes it's not what you say but how you say it! Not to mention he smelled like cigarettes. 0/10 would not recommend! read more

My regular seamstress is no longer available and I decided to try Angel's based on the recommendations here. My formal gown was shortened and hemmed perfectly. The quoted charge was a bit pricier than I expected since my gown had 4 layers of fabric. In the end, it was money well spent and I will be back. read more

I recently got a few pairs of pants hemmed and dry cleaned at Angel Cleaners. To be completely honest, I loved their tailoring. I have had some pants hemmed here in the past and they did a good job, but I felt that they did a better job this time. I spoke and interacted with both the man and woman that work here and both were pleasant and professional with me. I plan on using Angel Cleaners for my tailoring and dry cleaning. read more

I went in for a simple alteration of a dress and they told me they could do it but it wasn't worth the money. They even gave me ways to style the garment . It was amazing service with honesty and integrity. I will be using them in the future for any of my dry cleaning needs or alterations. read more

I made the mistake of taking several items of clothing to be repaired instead of just taking one item to see the workmanship of the Tailor first. A couple of items of clothing required straight stitching and it wasn't straight. Two items the tension of the stitch was incorrect so the seam started breaking down immediately. One item was a total mess with zig-zag stitching instead one straight line of stitching. It is not worth my time and energy to return the items for another repair when quite frankly, I don't think the Tailor is capable of doing a better job. read more

Such nice people. Great work. They did my alterations and I'm very happy! Would highly recommend.

This place are scammers do not go here! Paid for 3 zippers to be replaced. When picked up none were replaced. Left a second time to replace when picked up they only replaced 1! Asked for my money back, and they refused. read more

Shitty attitudes & shitty service. I had a brand new dress that was a little loose on the top. I wanted to get it altered so I wasn't completely exposed. The older male (the owner) recommended a small clasp button, and I thought this was a great idea. When I tried it on after the alteration, the top was incredibly tight- it was pulled so tight that the fabric created a hole in between the clasp and the bottom part of the top. The same guy told me it wasn't his problem because he marked the fabric when I originally tried it on & I agreed to where he marked it. I explained that it needed to be fixed. He called his female coworker over. She looked at the top & told me it couldn't be fixed. It gets better...he wanted to CHARGE me to take the clasp off. My husband and I used this cleaner frequently because it is conveniently located for us. This hasn't been the first disappointing incident, but the other incidents were minor in comparison. I may have overlooked it if the man had not been so completely rude to me. read more

Completely shocked at what happened tonight. I came here to see if a snap could be added to a jacket. I waited while the male (owner) finished with a customer and I had one person waiting behind me. When it was my turn the owner motioned for me to step up. No hello, nothing. I started to explain what I needed and in the middle of my sentence he puts his hand up in my face, I assumed so I would stop talking which I did because I was shocked that he would do that. And then he walks over to his sewing area. I looked back at the gentlemen behind me and he looked at me in a shocked state too! Who does this? I will never return to a place where they treat customers so rudely. read more

I always take all of my dry cleaning here. Each time I've been here, they are very accommodating and make sure you always get your things back when you need them. I get pen marks on my clothes pretty often working in an office and they always get the marks out. We also brought a large homemade quilt in that needed some hefty duty cleaning (and no, I will not tell you why...) They cleaned it so well, it looked brand new. Lastly, due to my procrastination...I bought in my brides made dress to have altered. I needed in literally in 2 days to give me enough time to make sure it fit. They had to take in all of the sides and had it done the next day for me! They are awesome and very nice people. Love this place! read more

I walked in with a pleated raw silk skirt that I need tailored to be taken in. The owner had me try it on. And started pinning on one side. I pointed out that it had a zipper and that it it must be taken in on both sides for symmetry since it is pleaded. He swapped my hand off the skirt and said he was the tailor. Poor listening skills and rudeness made me walk out. I drove across the street to All Star Cleaners, Alterations by Edwin. Amazing job! Highly recommend him. read more

Absolutely the worst. Completely ruined my $100 silk shirt and wouldn't do anything about it except offer to dry clean it again which wouldn't do anything. It was returned to me ripped in the back and stained on the front. A reputable dry cleaner would pay to replace it but no he only insulted me by saying I bought it in like that and said it was too tight on me and I spilled food on it. No, it's a silk shirt. Who wears a silk shirt tight? Nobody. This is bullshit. Don't give them your business. Wouldn't even refund the $5 to clean it. read more

While I was visiting Vegas for a wedding, I needed to get my dress dry cleaned. When I got in there one of the workers was arguing with a customer. One I have never heard a worker argue with a customer in such a hostile manner. I was very appalled. They were speaking in Korean and I didn't know what they were saying, but the tone of the whole conversation was a very hostile one. Another customer was there and told me that the worker called the customer a female dog. I immediately left and went to a different dry cleaner. Rude, unprofessional, hostile, and lacking in customer service. I would not recommend going to a toxic environment. read more

I have been using Angel Cleaners for several years now for all my alterations. They have done an amazing job with tailoring my pants and shirts. The turnaround time is fast and the price is right. I highly recommend this business for any tailoring and alterations. read more

Went to pick up my item today. Sign and website says it closes at 6pm. Showed up at 5:35pm and doors were locked. Called store no one answered. What a poor quality to have for a store. I will not be a returning customer once I receive my items. Went again on 12/19 doors are still locked and sign says open and so do the hours! So this place is taking my money and wasting my time. Finally was able to pick my item (a king comforter). There is now a hole in it that wasn't there before. They didn't get the blood (puppy cut his paw) out. How do you justify me paying $50 for your service if you can't show up to work nor do your job. I will not be returning read more

They are great! So personable. They know me by name and when I'm parking they are pulling up my dry cleaning. When i walk in to get my clothes they already have them sitting there waiting for me. Great service! read more

Always drop my clothes off here. Quick convenient and easy. Never had a problem. Prices are affordable to me. Nice and friendly people working. read more

My son is thrilled with the hem on his gi (jiu jitsu uniform). He was impressed with how professional it looked and super happy that they rushed his alteration so he didn't miss a class. Great experience. :) read more

Says "same day service" on the front window yet they turned away an order that needed to be done in 2 days instead of the whole weekend. Lame. read more

Over priced for the poor quality dry cleaning they provide. I have taken the same suit in on 3 separate occasions for one small stain that they could never get out yet charged me for every time. I recently took that same suit with that same stain to One Click Cleaners and they took it out with no problems! read more

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have marked that, but instead I HAVE to get them the benefit of having at least one. You can't hold anyone accountable for the clothes you dropped off. If they lose it, its your fault, they don't help compensate for anything. They don't take responsibility for damages. DON'T SETTLE FOR LESS you will get less if you keep coming here. read more

Excellent business. I had a pair of pants altered and two suits cleaned. Turn around time was just a day. Pants for absolutely perfect. Won't go anywhere else. read more

I was in Vegas for my cousin's bachelor party and needless to say, our suits and clothes all needed a good cleaning after the first night out. This was the closest cleaners to the place we were staying at. This was our first mistake, we should have checked the reviews first and went to the place across the street. When we went to pickup our clothes it looked like our suits were only ironed. None of the stains were removed. When we complained that it was not cleaned, he said that it was not his fault. How is it not his fault? He assured us that the stains would be gone when we dropped our clothes off the day before. After arguing back and forth he kept saying he would not give us a refund. Needless to say we were all very mad and while we obviously won't be returning, I am writing this to dissuade anyone thinking of going here. Just go to the All Star Cleaners. Save yourself a whole lot of stress and trouble and do NOT give them your clothes. read more

Negative Stars! Went here to get some shirts dry cleaned. As soon as I walked in I noticed an overpowering scent of cigarette smoke so I walked out. Why would I leave my clothes there? Who wants their clothes smelling like smoke? Not me! read more

Just tried to take my shirt back so he could fix it he wanted to charge me 15 more dollars. Never again will i wver go back there.

Angel cleaners are the best place to take my clothes to dry clean and alternation. They are always on time and best service. Way to go thanks! read more

Go somewhere else. Trust me. The owner is rude and overcharges, when I pointed out the overcharge, no apology no nothing just muttered under his breath. Never coming back. read more

Angel is great. I dropped off an order on Friday and asked if I could pick it up the next day. She explained that they were closed over the weekend and that I could pick it up Tuesday. That wouldn't work as my husband needed his shirts for work Tuesday morning. I pleaded with her to pick them up on Monday, and even though it was late Friday and they were almost shut down for the weekend, she told me they could do it. It was a pretty large order and I think it helped that they didn't want to lose our business. Sure enough, they were ready Monday and Angel said "I promised you!" While we likely won't be able to go back because we'll need to find a cleaner to use over the weekends, I definitely appreciate that she sensed my stress and made sure that everything was ready in time despite the fact that it would cause them to rush. She didn't even charge me extra! Kindness goes a long way when you are trying to get good service. read more

The guy is nice but that's about it . They are WAY over priced . They always put clips on the clothes that crease and dent the clothes which is so annoying because when you go to wear the clothes it's so obvious that it's there ! I would NOT recommend coming here . There are definitely cheaper and better quality cleaners . read more

Took my clean dress pants here to get altered. The alterations were fine, thats why the two stars, however just make sure you pay for the cleaning of your clean clothes if you want them back clean. They will deny to all ends that it was your own fault. Disappointed after the good reviews. read more
