I'd give their manager a -5 star review, if I could. Trusted them with a $450 comforter only to come back worse than when we dropped it off. We got there on the original pickup date of the 16th and were told it wasn't ready. We gave them two extra days and noticed a massive gaping hole that night. We went back the next day to show them and were told by the manager that it was wear and tear. The manager said they'll fix it and I asked them to re-wash it after. He said they'll fix it and re-wash it for free, like they were doing us a favor and not just fixing their mistake. He said it'll be ready Fri, which is today. We just picked it up and you can very clearly tell the poor "alteration" job they did at the seam and clearly wasn't rewashed, but the manager was adamant that they washed and dried it this morning. It's not even noon yet, there's no way they had enough time for that. I've been coming here for years - I know what it's supposed to smell and feel like when it's washed. I had to ask for a refund on the original service since the comforter still came back worse than before. Crazy that they didn't offer it in the first place after their mistake. This is an outstanding company! Not only do they do great work, with extremely reasonable prices, but their pickup and delivery service makes the process so convenient! Just download their app and set up an account and payment. They have the schedule available, so pick the pickup date and leave the garments outside in a bag. Can't get any easier than that! The turnaround time is even impressive and on the app I noticed they have a rush option. After they picked up and examined my load of suits to be dry cleaned, they identified an issue with a couple of my garments and the manager Geo promptly called me, explained the situation, gave me options, and took care of the issue. I came here on a Sunday as it was the only dry cleaner available and open. My coat would be ready Tuesday after 5 PM, which is brilliant cause I would fly out on Wednesday AM. Get my coat on Tuesday, they didn't clean it because it was DIRTY! Uh, isn't that the WHOLE point of taking it to a dry CLEANER?! No one called. Couldn't take my coat on my trip. What a joke. Okay, i am extremely disappointed with this place. Came here because it's close to my house and they give 50% off your first order. I had 5 shirts and 4 pants dry cleaned and it took 2 nights to get my clothes back. Every employee I interacted with were nice but every single shirt/pants I got back were still dirty! Even simple black shirts had like white stains on them (I wanted to dry clean instead of wash at home because I didn't want it to fade). I had to use water and manually rub out the white spots myself after (pretty much did their job). It was every single article of clothing I brought in. It's as if I just gave them $30 and they put my clothes on a hanger with a plastic cover and handed it back to me. I probably have use a dry cleaning service like a hand full of times in my life. I am in my 40's. So recently this year I needed to use it for my wife's new career. So we been using it on the a weekly basis. First, the set up is great. Drive by and drop things off. Also you can pick it up after hours with the machine. I haven't use that yet or have the need too. So the speed of the service, the quality of the service is fantastic. While every staff memeber I have encountered are great. The two I deal with the most, I like to point out. I think her name is Rosa ( sorry if I am wrong). She is great and always so nice and helpful. One of the pants I dropped off wasn't creased. She literally told me if my wife needed to be done bring it back so they could get it done. Look all business can make mistakes. I appreciate the honesty and the offer to fix it. It wasn't needed so it was totally fine. But I think that is fantastic business practice. The other person they call him Junior. For a young kid, he has great work ethics. He always friendly. I go so much he doesn't even need to ask for my info, already knows what to do. When it needs to be done. That's when you know you come to the right spot. I am sure the people behind the scenes are great I can only judge them by their work, and the work is excellent from what we get on a weekly basis. So I am sorry without knowning everyone's name. On September 17 2023 at around 8:30am I came in to the Cleaners to drop off 2 pairs of 501 Levi's Jeans and London Fog Jacket for my wife I was approached by a Young Lady by the name of Jessica I clearly asked her to please not wash my Jeans but to dry clean them only and add heavy starch when she printed the receipt I asked her to add exactly what I requested and she rudely told me that she would put it into the system. Everything I asked her to do was very rude and her demeanor was not pleasant. When I came to pick my clothes up around 3:30 pm on September 21 2023. I was appalled when I looked at my clothes they were very faded as they had been washed and not dry clean there was not starch on my clothes and they looked as if they were shrunk. I have given this place more than a fair shake, but it's unfortunately been an abject disaster. The first time I was here, I dropped off two shirts for dry cleaning, and a pair of pants to be brought up. I know the employee understood what I needed, because I showed him the hem that I had marked myself to the appropriate length. When I returned with my claim ticket, they totally lost the entire order. Even though my ticket had all the items listed with my phone number, they couldn't find the shirts or the pants. This was particularly inconvenient because I was leaving for a trip that day and had planned on simply adding these items to my luggage. I got a call the next day that they found my items, but when I dropped by after my trip the pants had not been altered. I don't know why, but I gave this place another shot. My girlfriend and I dropped off some clothing for wash and fold. I had my items in a separate nylon laundry bag, and my girl had her stuff in a plastic bag. But when we got our clothing back, all of our clothing was mixed together, and my nylon laundry bag was long gone. We also found a random pair of socks in there that didn't belong to us, which is gross. My lady also lost some stuff, including an expensive pair of jeans. And it was horrendously expensive. I brought in a suit to be cleaned. Plus I had them lower the hem of the pants. I picked it up, and saw that they did lower the hem, but didn't even attempt to iron out the remaining creases. So I brought it back. They said no problem, they will fix it, and it will be ready the next day no extra charge. I went back three days later, and they said it wasn't ready, it would be another three days. I went back additional days after that and gave them the claim slip. They handed me not just my pair of pants, but also an additional pair that was not mine. From my slip showing one item, they were also additionally giving me someone else's clothes! I pointed out only one was mine. Then I looked at my pants. One leg looked perfect. The other leg still had the crease. So it was fixable, they just didn't once again finish fixing their work. So much for their huge signs showing their inspection stations that insures their work is done correctly. I took my pants. They are lighting quick with majority of my items being ready the next business day! They offer after hour pickup options via a kiosk. Who wouldn't love this as an option?! They provide email notifications when your cleaning is ready. No need to call and check in for a status. My clothes always come back undamaged, clean, and smelling super 'Tide' fresh. They offer drive through/curb side service. There is little to no waiting. If you have to wait, it's from the comfort of your own vehicle. Cons: This is not your most economical option. Super disappointing service! My husband and I spend allot of money here. My husband wears a 3 piece suit daily for work. We have asked several times to have buttons tightened/repaired and normal maintenance stuff. Every request has been forgotten. In the past month they have failed to repair the requests, have sent us home with someone else's clothing, and they lost one of my husbands suits. We have given them way to many chances. Today my husband just went to get dressed. As he was putting on a suit that he just picked up, he noticed the button was still missing. This is the 2nd request for this specific button repair. The quality of the cleaning is not bad, so I won't leave a 1-star review. However, when dropping my clothes off on June 20 BEFORE 9a (which allows same day service if dropped off before 9a), the person at the front seemed irritated because it was 8:54a which was unpleasant. But later that day, I received an email at 1p stating that my order was ready for pickup, however, I was unable to get the clothes before closing, but the point is the clothes were said to be ready at 1p. So because I wasn't able to make it in before closing, my only other option was to go in very early before work to pick up the clothes and I did. I went in to get it and guess what? Only part of my order was ready. That's some major bs. I had to be at work within the next half hour and they told me if I need the shirts in the next hour, I could go home and call them to let them know. At this point, I'm frustrated and confused. Why did I have to drive home before telling them? Why wasn't my entire order ready the following day if I had same day service done? Like I said, the quality of their cleaning isn't bad and it's relatively close to home but they really lacked on their business etiquette and delivery. This location ruined two dresses and did not return a fallen button! I've been using Tide for years but previously at the Henderson location. I never had an issue. Recently, I dropped off six pieces to be cleaned. Two of them were royal blue and white dresses; they were returned to me royal blue and grey! One clearly has black marks that were not present when I dropped the dress off. I wasn't given then courtesy of having this damage marked, shown, discussed, etc. when I picked up my order today (I won't even get into them not being able to find my order because the employee misspelled my name). When I called to speak to a manager moments ago, I was told there is no manager in today, and the employee didn't know when the manager would be available. That might be a fundamental problem in how business is being done here. The missing button is not the biggest of issues, but in the past, I've had that acknowledged at pick up and the button returned. Pictures show discoloration and damage along with tags that are clearly labeled "Dry Clean Only." Not only will I not return to Tide, I will encourage people to avoid this business at all costs. read more

Their "convenient" 24-hour kiosk doesn't work and God forbid you rush across town to get there just before close, the doors will be locked and you'll be told "the system is already down." For years I used Thrift-D-Lux and the only reason I gave Tide a shot is because is was soooo "convenient." Half of the time my uniforms don't look clean and would still have stains on them. This Tide place is not a full device dry cleaners that they claim to be on their website. We took in a few of my peacoats, and my husbands suit. We were amazed at the turn around time! Dropped off our items at 8am and received them by 5pm that very same day. Nice job Tide! The only down side is they are a little pricey. Even with a 50% off coupon our bill was about 30 bucks for just 3 items.
