Flair Cleaners has no equipment on site. This tells me they are a drop off location that sends out clothing and comforters to another location. I generally use this location for their quick turn around. I can drop off my clothing before 11:00 a.m. and pick-up the next business day after 5:00 p.m. This convenient service is only offered Monday- Friday. If you take your clothes on a Saturday, clothes will be available for pick-up on Tuesday after 5:00. It's important to note, I've never taken any comforters or stained clothing that need extra TLC. I generally take my husbands jeans, work shirts and sweaters. Occasionally I sneak in a couple casual dresses and for the most part I can say, I'm happy with the service for my everyday clothing. However, I can't say I feel confident about dropping off my special pieces of clothing. For example, I do not use this location for my husbands suits, my gowns and comforters. I feel these types of clothing are more elaborate and should be taken to a specialist/someone who holds more expertise and can explain the cleaning process in detail. read more

This is the third cleaners I've tried in the area and definitely the one I'll be sticking with. It's $1.50 for almost any item and they do a really good job. They're also very friendly- regardless of the circumstances. This is a little embarrassing, but in the wake of new mommy-dom I completely forgot that I had dropped off four shirts here. Two months later.... Flair left me a quite friendly reminder message to let me know that my shirts were still hanging out there and that (in about the nicest way they could have said it) they would be donated to charity if not picked up. I saved my shirtly friends from donation the next day and the lady behind the counter was very nice about my abhorrent forgetfulness. This cleaners is a JOKE. I dropped a dress off there on March 9th to get the zipper repaired. They said it would take about a week. I paid and left. They called two weeks later and said they ordered the wrong zipper and were going to have to wait for a new one. Today is April 2nd, almost a month after i dropped it off when they left me a voicemail saying that the second zipper they ordered didn't match and that the seamstress couldn't do it. After an entire month of waiting now I'm left at the same place I started, a dress with a broken zipper. I will not ever do business with this cleaners again and if you want your clothes in a timely fashion, I wouldn't either. read more

This place used to charge only 9.99$ for comforters. They changed management and ever since it has been going downhill. The woman who I dropped the clothes off too was extremely rude to me. She wouldn't take certain clothes, she told me comforters were going to be 15$ when I asked about the new price. When I gave them to her she said they charge 25$ I asked why she just had said 15$ she said your blankets will be 25$.. doesn't make sense. When I specifically asked how much do you charge for queen size comforters.. I understand if I had a King size but it was a queen comforter.. it wasn't down or anything special. Worst experience!! Been going there years. Got a coupon for $5 off so I went to use it and was told I can't because I didn't give it when I dropped off my clothes. Who gives the coupon before the service is delivered?? The lady up front was unwilling to help or make any exceptions and simply said she would lose her job. What happened to customer service? It's not as though I was a new client though that shouldn't matter. With all the dry cleaners in town you would think they could have done right by the client. This place was out of the way for me but liked the service so I still went to this establishment. The Staff is pleasant. Dropping off during the earlier part of the week will net you a decent time of completion. However, I am tired of losing buttons and tired of dropping things off only to find that things I mentioned were not taken care of. I'm not talking about hidden things. Absolutely do not bring your clothes to this establishment!!! I brought my dress shirts to this store and two days later I picked them up and there were two holes in the same spot on both of the shirts. I explained to more than one person that the holes obviously were not there beforehand and that somehow during the cleaning process they were punctured. Also, the shirts were in practically the same uncleaned condition that they were in before I brought them there. I spoke to two different people before receiving the runaround about speaking to a manager who was supposed to call me back but never did, even after leaving two messages. Flair Cleaners on West Sahara ruined two pieces of expensive clothing. Both work garments had two holes in the sleeves and cannot be worn. Everything that comes back needs ironing. I do not recommend this dry cleaner or any of its affiliates for any services. read more

Since the new owners took over the prices increased. The 5 buck coupon is generally useless to me because I have to save up 15.00 worth of cleaning. Since I do not wear a lot of clothing that needs to be cleaned it' not a bargain. When I asked about getting my comforter cleaned they quoted $27.00. Outrageous !! Terrible customer service! I liked the one in Aliante so I figured centennial would be compatible. First, centennial is more expensive per garment 3.99 versus 1.99 in Aliante. However, wgen i dropped off my clothes , the lady, Dianne told me that I can print off coupons - which then would drop it down to 1.99 upon picking up my clothes. When I picked up, Vicki told me the coupons should have been presented when I dropped off the clothes. I told her what happened and what Diane had told me about the coupons. Vicki said Diane would not say that and she would not change the price unless it was their fault! Um... But it was their fault. In addition, she told me to then pick up my clothes when Diane was there. Furthermore, I asked to speak with the owner or her boss and she told me the owner would not want to talk to me and the General manager, Grace is not available on weekends. Great! Just moved into the area and seeking a new local dry cleaner. While I appreciate their convenient location, I don't appreciate companies that charge you a FEE for paying them. Flair Cleaners charge an additional 50 cents if you pay using your debit or credit card. (??) If they were swap meet vendor, I would prepared to pay with cash...but a dry cleaner in the Aliante area?! When I picked up my items, my options were to pay the extra fee or drive to my bank a couple miles away to get cash and return to pick up my items later. First and last time I will use drop off my items. Sad, because we drop off hundreds of troop uniforms every month, but of course, we would have to use our assigned credit card for accounting purposes. I went to the Flair Cleaners on Cimarron Rd in Las Vegas a few days ago to get my pants hemmed and dry cleaned. They were supposed to be done Thursday after 5pm. I tried to pick them up Friday morning at 10am and they weren't ready yet. The manager said they now wouldn't be ready until after 5pm Friday. I asked if she offered a discount for the pants being a day later than she had promised and she said, "no". There are plenty of other dry cleaners near this location, so I strongly suggest trying another. The manager is very rude and has very poor business practice. Took a comforter in and got it back with "hard areas" on two corners (like the size of a dinner plate). Took it back only to be told there was nothing they could do (they'd re-clean but it wouldn't help is what I was told). They refused to give me my money back.
