I paid for a "deep clean" of my Mother in laws place. They cleaned on a Friday. Now, understand that I paid for a deep clean of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen and living room. My mother in law told the lady to skip the 2 bedrooms upstairs which was not part of the agreement. However, in the kitchen... the stove top, floor, counters, and dishwasher door were not cleaned. In fact, the floor had a pile of crumbs on it and same for in front of the sofa. Downstairs in the primary bedroom, the furniture was not dusted, and the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned. I know it wasn't discussed, but also the laundry area was not cleaned at all. Which would have been nice to clean since she didn't have to clean 2 of the bedrooms. We were very disappointed in this "deep clean" since it was hardly a normal cleaning. I don't think this employee did a good job at all.

They cleaned them but didn't remove the soap before applying a semi-gloss sealer, trapping residue underneath and leaving ugly, blotchy stains. When I called, they came back, admitted the employee was new and inexperienced, and promised to fix it. After several visits and me pointing out missed areas, the technician started blaming my floors and even called me "picky." In the end, the sealer was stripped off but never reapplied, so my floors were left looking worse than before. For the amount I paid, this was unacceptable. A company acting in good faith would have refunded my money after delivering such poor, damaging work. Instead, I'm left with uneven, unsealed, and blotchy marble floors. Save yourself the headache--do not hire this company!

At the appointment we really liked him and were hopeful they would do a great job. His military connection was mentioned highlighting his attention to detail. During this initial appointment I reinforced STEAM cleaning of tile floors and dusting everything with a top (pictures, fridge, tvs, shelves, window stills and so on). What we got: Floors were wet mopped (not steam cleaned) without being swept prior. I watched as a chair at a time was pulled from our dining room table, the mop pushed under the table, then the chair replaced. Essentially nothing else was moved. Sectional rugs were not moved nor vacuumed during this deep cleaning. A small floor air purifying system was not moved nor cleaned behind. You get the idea. Dusting: On larger surfaces you could see where the rag touched the open spaces (and where it didn't) about 30% of the pictures frames and window sills were dusted. Attached are pictures of our fridge top (not touched), the result of running my finger on top of our master bedroom TV and a night stand in our bedroom. They did a really good job on the counter tops and inside of the oven door. Basically we got a maintenance clean. Given they arrived at around 4, and there was a tremendous gap in what was discussed and our definitions of DEEP clean, I chose not to say anything. As I did not want to instruct a professional cleaning crew deep into the evening. My wife did follow up a couple days later asking if there was a misunderstanding as to what we asked for. While they read the message, it's been a week and we've yet to get a response.
