Upon reading all of the stellar reviews, I had to try out Clean Queen! I initially called and left a voicemail, but found out it was easier to text in order to make an appointment. I provided my square footage and Kenia provided a quote over text. The service included a deep clean, which was the following Wiping baseboards Doors Door Frames Window Sills Blinds Fans Wall decorations/pictures dusted Bathrooms cleaned Kitchen including wiping/polishing cabinets and appliances, countertops stove top, and microwave. Laundry room Floors are swept, mopped, and dried Carpets, rugs, and stairs are vacuumed. The team arrived on time and they were absolutely awesome! The house looked wonderful afterwards!! I'd highly recommend Clean Queen cleaning services!

Since there was enough notice, they were able to reschedule us at no additional charge. The actual cleaning was superb. While we were at work, their team thoroughly cleaned our home. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. It was so refreshing to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house. The next time we need a cleaning service, we already know who we are calling!

They also kept their masks on when anywhere close to me and my 1 year old son which helped me feel more comfortable as well. I went back to the apartment during my lunch break & it felt like the stress of having to move out instantly subsided. The team went above and beyond for me and even helped dispose of some of the items I needed to get rid of (floor mats, shower curtain, etc). After reaching out again, I eventually received a quote that was shockingly high--more than double the other estimates I had received. Despite that, I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt based on their reviews. I asked if that price was just for the initial deep clean or for all future cleanings. I was told it was only for the first visit. When I inquired about the cost of regular cleanings going forward, they said they would find out and get back to me--then I never heard from them again. It felt like pulling teeth just trying to give them a fair chance. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect. Fortunately, I found another company with much more reasonable pricing and a stronger sense of professionalism to clean my home.

I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. The ladies that came to clean our house did a good job, I won't deny that. But the whole process would have been a lot smoother and less frustrating had the coordination and billing been more upfront. I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.

They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.

I was asked to pay 270, I asked to pay 200 since I didn't think the job was well done and I felt like they had taken their time purposefully and I sent her 225 in the end because I don't want to harm a small business. Afterwards, I privately messaged the issues I had with the cleaning hoping to receive some sort of apology but when she insisted I was in the wrong I decided to write a review with the facts. Update with pictures: I was working remotely so I didn't get to see the house right away. However, 1. they didn't clean behind toilets 2. They took decent sized chunks out of three of my doorframes(how??) And 3. They messed up the seal on my dishwasher while mopping which is totally OK however, they didn't tell me about it so while I was working it was flooding my kitchen(I know they knew about it because they left a large pile of paper towels). I also heard glass shattering while I was working and I have no idea where that came from so hopefully no one gets injured. My communication with the lead lady was initially fine, she seemed nice as well as the maids that came over. However, for the time and value, I can't be a repeat customer. $270 and 4.5 hours with two ladies for a regular cleaning (not deep clean) 1920sq ft house with very little furniture in it. Apparently my house was very dusty, which was why it took so long so I'll them give the benefit of the doubt. However, I'll probably choose a quicker and more cost efficient option in the future.
