Quality of cleaning was great! Very helpful and cheerful cleaners. Very thorough and willing to do whatever was asked!

Vilma and Marie were very nice and friendly. They did a great job and did their best to fit in my time constraints.

Jojina and her cleaning services are AMAZING! I'm a busy mom of 4 and cleaning is always on my to do List. I had rung a few services but was never pleased with the over the phone service and prices quoted. I accidentally met Jojina as she was Cleaning the Neighbours house - 3 houses up. I saw her and her crew loading all their cleaning gear into the neighbors house - I did a u-turn and asked for a business card and that very same day she came knocking back on my door and was happy to quote me right there and then. I love that! I have a 3300 square foot house with upstairs and downstairs.. a lot to do in one day so I made arrangements for Jojina to do upstairs at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month do downstairs. She agreed and I have had Jojina and her crew clean my house 3 times now. I love how thoroughly my house is cleaned- dusted-vacuum-mopped. My bathrooms are spotless and my toilets look brand new (I'm serious) What shocked me the most is that they even went through my kids toy baskets and arranged everything so neatly! Her personality is sweet, friendly and she always tries her best to Accommodate me with her and my crazy busy schedules. Plus Pricing is very reasonable. I would Highly recommend JJ Cleaning services to everyone! Thank you Jojina and company! My lifesavers! Ps: * she brings all her own cleaning products and ladders* read more

Jojina is a person that will bring joy to any household! She's the type of person that will come give you a hug and who you'd love to hug! I called Jojina last minute because our cleaner left on FMLA the day we expected her and we're kinda desperate because everyone else we had tried has been doing a very sloppy work. I did not expect her to show up at our doorstep within the hour and I definitely did not expect her to send three cleaners within two hours! Our house is more or less very clean however these ladies other than the fact they also were super happy and so much fun (imagine a house full of laughter) they left the whole house spotless and shiny. On a usual basis now we have two cleaners coming, always on time and always super happy, with laughter happiness and joy! We just love them! Their service is consistent, doesn't have "fancy" price catalogs like other crews do, your money go a long way here and Jojina has built a very reliable business model with people who love what they do! The best part is that Jojina is one of her crew members - she's also a cleaning crew member that works two and some times three houses a day while taking calls and meeting new customers. A true leader. If you thought your house was clean, or that your cleaning crew is doing a terrific job, wait until you see your house after Jojina and her ladies are done with it. Thank you Jojina and team! read more

JoJina and Vicki did a deep clean of our home today. They were on time, easy to talk to, and super detail oriented! Our home looks amazing and cleaner than when we first moved in, highly recommend! read more

Wow! Jojina and her crew did an amazing job for my move-in cleaning! She was done in a timely manner and was priced fairly (came up to less than the flat rates I was being quoted). Jojina sent a text about 20-30 minutes before she and her crew would be done, so my husband and I would know when to drive back to the house. She walked us through all of the rooms and everything they cleaned. I really appreciated how thorough she was. From the floors, to the chandelier, the toilets, showers, baseboards, walls, cabinets and garage, to that weird, square-shaped cut-out in the master bedroom to the bathroom, she and her crew cleaned it all! Immediately, I knew their standards would match up to mine when she initially said they don't wear shoes as they clean! Not only was she wearing socks while she cleaned, but I even noticed she changed her socks when they were all done. I call this "the sock test" and I could tell right away that my floors were squeaky clean by the shine. I am so pleased that I am looking forward to using JJ Cleaning Services again. . read more

Most amazing and professional service I've ever had. Jojina respondes to my Yelp inquiry, called back, scheduled the service. The night before, she sent a reminder/confirmation. Jojina and her crew were on time and prepared to work. They cleaned the house as if it was their own. If you are looking for a professional, courteous, thorough service, please hire JJ Cleaning Services. They had every tool necessary on hand and cleaned vents, windows, blinds, stove, walls, baseboards, bathrooms and everything else in between. I've never been happier by a cleaning service and highly recommend them. We've hired them on regular basis after today. read more

JoJina and her team were fast and very efficient! They did a great job cleaning and were very polite and kind. We had one person cleaning our home for years but JJ Cleaning was much more professional and thorough. Highly recommend! read more

We hired Jojina due to the excellent reviews. Jojina did not disappoint. They did a move out cleaning. Our priorities were the bathrooms, appliances and a deep cleaning. WOW WOW WOW did their team do a deep cleaning! Everything was like brand new. If I lived in Las Vegas I would hire Jojina on a weekly basis. Her team gives 100 percent! read more

Watch out! There are "plans" that you sign up for if you think you are buying a one time cleaning. They say the agreement is clear, but it is not. When told "I only want a one time cleaning" BEFORE BUYING they responded saying "go ahead and schedule a one time cleaning. You can cancel at any time with no charge." Then they want to charge me $187 for one cleaning because their "plan" was cancelled "BEFORE 6 MONTHS!!!" Despite explaining what I thought I was buying, and that I don't even live here except a few months of the year they refuse to budge. The website is confusing. Now they say I have "Forever Clean" membership which is "separate" And which I NEVER ASKED FOR !!! I feel very mislead and tricked. don't recommend this to anyone! read more

JJ Cleaning Service is by far the best cleaning service in Las Vegas! With only a 3 day notice, Jojina and her partner came to the rescue! Talk about PERFECTION! They did an IMPECCABLE JOB! Our home was spotless, smelled fresh, and looked brand new! I recommend Jojina and her team! They will not disappoint! read more

I have used JJ cleaning 3x now and I am so happy to have found a reliable cleaning service. All the ladies are so friendly and you can tell that they care about the level of service they are providing. Their attention to detail is unmatched, they clean things you wouldn't even think to remember. The first service was a deep clean and Jojina did not stop cleaning until it was spotless! I was so impressed with her cleaning that I have kept them on monthly. Let me tell you it is my favorite day of the month when they come to clean, as a working mom of 2 it is so nice to have one less thing to worry about. Try them out you will not be disappointed. read more

Absolutely phenomenal!!! I had read the reviews about toilets looking brand new, which is why I decided to give them a chance and LET ME TELL YOU.... THEY ARE NOT LYING ABOUT THE TOILETS!! My jaw dropped after I saw how brand new they looked. Fe & Flow did absolutely amazing and worked so hard. The smallest things I wouldn't think to clean, they did it. It's the small details that really have me blown away. You guys definitely have a loyal customer for the future! Thank you so much again ladies for your absolutely amazing job. read more

I recently moved to the city and was looking for someone to clean only the bathrooms in my house, since I had taken care of the rest of the cleaning myself. Jojina was the only one out of the 3 people I contacted who accommodated me from the get go and was willing to work with my situation. I got an availability pretty quickly and 2 days later, Karen and Fe showed up to do the cleaning. They did a fabulous job, left the bathrooms sparkly clean and are really sweet and warm hearted people! I'll definitely be reaching out to these guys again! :) read more

Jojina's team is unmatched in their attention to detail. We've tried other people but no one can compare. We just had them deep clean our house, two ladies worked from 8:30-3:30pm and I clean regularly. Our house looks amazing! I can't wait until we are in a position to have them coming every other week again! They're also incredibly sweet and trustworthy. Can't say enough good things about Jojina and her team. read more

JJ Cleaning is by far the best cleaning service I've come across since moving to the Las Vegas area 4 years ago! If I were to grade the first four companies I tried, they would barely a squeak by with a D grade. Their main a goal was to get in and out as quickly as possible while doing the least amount of work possible. Jojina and her crew are amazing, professional, on time, thorough, trustworthy, fantastic cleaners and genuinely care about their customers and their needs. I can't say enough good things about them. read more

Just called to confirm my appointment in 3 days. The cleaning lady said she scheduled someone else for that day because I never texted her the address. I admit I sometimes forget things but this time I was confident I had texted her my information. I researched my texts and Shazam there was the text I sent her number - delivered. This left me scrambling to find another cleaner on short notice. I'm disappointed in the record keeping and attention to detail dealing with scheduling obligations with me. Their cleaning may be top notch- I'll never find out though! Since this post. I received a nice reply back. I'm changing 1 to 3 star. Her response... I will do apologized for any convinienced . I already re scheduled one of our client on the different day. If you guys still okay with our company and I will give you one hour discounts. It's been myself lately all in one with my growing company. Multi task. You were on my schedule this Saturday not wrote down your address. I've lost all my text when my screen saver was broken. So that's why it's hard for me to search all the texted. I understand. I am trying to figure it out that re schedule one of our regular client. And will call you back. Once again I do apologized sir. read more

So because we are a new client they did a deep cleaning and went thru the entire house.. 4 hours later they did a FANTASTIC job! The ladies went thru areas my old house cleaning lady did not! Highly recommend.. Awesome job and very down to earth ladies.. thank you again JJ Cleaning.. read more

We had JJ Cleaning Service come out and deep clean our house yesterday. Jojina and her partner were super friendly. I gave them the tour of the house and let them know what are main focus was. They went beyond what we could have expected. They really pay attention to details. They did baseboards, blinds, the oven and fridge. Our house looks and smells amazing. We look forward to their visit every other week. So glad we found someone who we feel comfortable with and does such an amazing job! read more

I've been getting house cleaned on a monthly basis and Jojina's rates are minimal compared to the work her and her team does. She continues to deliver A-1 service and I recommend her every opportunity I can. read more

I have had many a different cleaning services come to my house but out of all of them, Jojina and her team are the best I've hired. They are warm and friendly and easy to talk to. If I want them to concentrate on cleaning a certain area, all I have to do is tell them. They can clean out my fridge, my garage and I can request them to use gentle non toxic ingredients for cleaning my house or use the stronger stuff if I wanted areas sanitized. read more

I hired Jojina from reading the YELP Reviews and man, there is not enough time in the day or room on this message board to say to please my husband and I are with how well her team cleaned our house. I have NEVER had anyone clean like they cleaned. They were work horses! My husband who is never quick to give out compliments, kept going on and on about how he saw them cleaning this or that (stuff other cleaning services seemed to neglect). We are going to have them come on a regular basis, because he both work long hours and they are simply THAT GOOD! I can't recommend them enough! read more

Jojina and Victoria came over and cleaned for 6 hours! They busted their butts the whole time, they detailed the house and it looks amazing!! I am SO GLAD I found them! The ladies are friendly, professional, and good at what they do. I found her prices to be very fair and the results to be exceptional. I work 50+ hours a week and have an infant who I'd like to spend my time with. Having some help with the house allows me to focus on her. read more

I've lived in Las Vegas for over 16 years and businesses like JJ Cleaning make it a great place to live. Great service - great family - great people! They keep my rental properties in pristine condition and make my own home a comfortable place to live. Had to write a review about it. read more

Amazing, professional staff. Jojina was a great lady to hire. Very affordable move-out cleaning service. Best out of what I was searching for, hands down! Thank you again, ladies! read more

Very nice crew.my home was cleaned very well. The service took about 3 hours for a team of two (one person got sick and had to sit out). My bathroom was cleaned immaculately. My shower looks so good I didn't even want to get in it. They also cleaned out my toaster over which was random to me, but they did a great job! It is sparkling and shining. My only complaints are that I couldn't really tell if they vacuumed my bedroom(maybe it wasn't included in the cost). My dressers also weren't wiped off and I could feel the crumbs or particles on both dressers. I feel that this company is trust worthy and I would hire them again. Thanks again! read more

This review is long overdue! Jojina and her family are nothing short of INCREDIBLE. I found her last year and her prices are so low compared to quality of work they do and the time they put into my house! They did my move out cleaning last year, and my house was spotless and looked brand new. Then, when we ended up moving back into the same house she was happy to come back. Now I have her and her family coming monthly. She is so worth it!!!! You won't find better in Vegas. Thank you Jojina and family! read more

I dont usually post reviews, but because I was so happy with my service, I felt that this cleaning service deserved a shoutout. The tenants prior to us moving in did not clean the house on a regular basis. I requested for the blinds/windows and bathrooms to be cleaned specifically and Jojina and her partner did a great job at making sure it was cleaned and free of dust. She also quoted me an hourly rate, but because she was so kind, she only charged me the standard cleaning fee. They worked so hard to ensure that my house was clean and I appreciate great service that she and her partner provided. I would highly recommend her services! read more

I am very particular with how I like my house cleaned, went through several services before I found JJ's. She and her team are a cleaning dream come true! Not exaggerating her monthly maintenance cleaning services are better than most deep cleaners I've paid for in NV. If your looking for character and hard work with a dazzling sparkle clean result look no further! JJ's is the best in my opinion and I'm lucky to have found them!! read more

I have lived in Las Vegas for two years in the time I have needed several service providers I came from Chicago area where services are mostly extremely professional however here in Nevada so far they are not. One of the services I am so happy to have stumbled upon because they are so professional the owner of the business is so caring about each and every client and they do the best job ever for a very reasonable price. JJ cleaning service does the best job ever I hired them a couple of months ago and lately I have not been able to be at home when they arrive or when they leave but when I come home it does not matter if I'm there or not they do an absolute exemplary beautiful professional job on my home today I had to leave early in the morning I left the door open for them by the time I came home my house. Totally passed the white glove test every inch of it was shining and beautiful ! You can trust this company to come into your house and clean nothing will be touched that shouldn't be be taken there the most professional and wonderful I have ever had and that includes Chicago area and Las Vegas area I highly highly highly recommend this company for any and all of your cleaning needs! read more

Jojina and her team did an exceptional job! Our house has never been so clean! Their attention to detail was absolutely perfect and they were so efficient. They paid attention to EVERY detail and were so friendly and kind as well. Highly recommend! read more

Jojina and her family did a fantastic 1st time clean post having our kitchen renovated. Highlights: They cleaned on top of that weird wall cut out that a lot of the Vegas houses have but never gets cleaned, they moved the couch (found some tape measures and things we thought we had lost), they cleaned the slider to the glass door that I didn't know was dirty, they cleaned the windows and all the blinds/fan blades, and baseboards.... all the things we don't like to do. They were prompt, friendly, and when I came home not only were they working hard and sweating, but Jojina had me show her that my house key was actually to the front door before she would let me in, which I really appreciated. So I know she doesn't just let anyone into the house. I love that it is her family and friends too, so I'd much rather support them than a large business. read more
