We have enough family members and friends that are either vegan, or gluten intolerant, or dairy intolerant, that we really appreciate how well Rosanna's handles it. There are plenty of choices, and with some dishes, like their patatas bravas, where the aioli is so good that we double checked that it was, in fact, vegan. Now it just so happens that the ones with the most restrictions are the most difficult ones as well, when it comes to ordering, and the staff never lost the smile on their face. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place itself is very cute, with an upstairs, a downstairs, and some large rooms for private parties.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's not a inexpensive meal, but I know that they use quality ingredients, and appreciate the choices and selection. While we can't afford to eat here on a regular basis, it's our go to for those special family gatherings where everyone needs to be accommodated.

The food at Rosanna's is all amazing. I love that they have such a decent selection of vegan options, which makes it a great choice for when my parents are visiting. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is quite pleasant, warm and inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service is attentive while not being too hovering. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Friendly service, great ambience without the stuffiness.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The braised short rib beef was very satisfying- tender and flavorful, served over soft creamy polenta accented by sweet mini peppers. Delicious. Our server recommended the crispy artichokes over the Brussels sprouts which would otherwise have been my default, and I'm glad he did- I've never had artichokes that interesting in texture and flavor. He also strongly recommended the chicken which I need to try next time. Great meal!

We came to Rosanna's to celebrate after some friends were sworn into the New York bar, and this was a great place to celebrate. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant interior is cute and homey, and we were seated quickly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The servers were kind enough to congratulate us and make us feel celebrated throughout the experience, which was great. Though they were understaffed that day, they did their best to check in on us and were attentive. The drinks were good and very strong - the alcohol content really sneaks up on you. The salad was delicious and a good start to the meal. The restaurant had a bucatini bar for lunch, which was a great concept. I was sadly a bit disappointed with my dish. The sauce was not salted enough and lacked flavor and the pasta was a bit too hard. My non-celiac friends said their dishes were tasty, though, so it could just have been the gluten free version that didn't live up to expectations.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a lovely little spot in Center Square![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking was surprisingly easy on a weekday at 530. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a cute patio which I would love to return to to sit on during a cool summer evening.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My friend and I were seated right away; the table decor and ambiance are chef's kiss.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the lemon mushroom tagliatelle with added lemon airline chicken. It was delicious! Lemon is kinda my thing so this was meant for me. It was a large enough portion to bring some home. My dining companion tried the swordfish and ate every bite. Both of us got the lemon berry marscapone cake to go. Also incredible! The 1 star was lost because I wanted pasta with a protein but no dishes come like that. So it adds up. $23 for pasta then $13-$15 to add a protein. I wish they had like 2 options with pasta and protein for like $30 maybe. I will return but not necessarily add to my frequent stop list. (Also I'm a middle aged mom that gets little free time and doesn't know how to parallel park anymore so take that with a grain of salt.)

A beautiful spot for a romantic dinner or cozy spot to meet friends or family! I dined here on a weeknight and I absolutely love how beautifully designed the space is from the floral wallpaper to the dark walls. They did an incredible job on the design! Their wine list is super impressive. They really took the time to curate a list of wines that aren't common and perfectly compliment the food. They also have a selection of cocktails and beer too. Their menu is full of pasta dishes with various sauces and you have the ability to add protein as well. They also have a variety of larger and smaller plates to share. I went with the Roast Butternut Bucatini and I added some roast chicken. The sauce was so creamy and delicious. I also loved the herb ricotta that came with the pasta. Highly recommend! Reservations are recommended especially if you have a larger party. They also host private events in their private event space upstairs.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Italian food highlighted by a thoughtful wine list and cozy decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bar area immediately to the left of the entrance is petite but welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat upstairs in a dining room directly across from a party space. The party size space had beautiful wooden beams and smoky sconces on the walls[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The tone reminded me of the fantasy restaurant in the series The Rabbit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My favorite wine of the evening was a Vermintino. Not surprised because I love sauvugnon blanc. We also had a glass of refreshing not too sweet prosecco. The chefs passion at Rosannas shines through in the quality of the food. They offer many gluten free items which is not custom with American Italian fare. I enjoyed the boar bolognese most but the arancini was a close second. Also the starter focacia bread with arugula pesto is an absolute flavor bomb. Make sure you visit Rosannas when near Dove Street.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Rosanna's is the perfect restaurant for a romantic dinner or intimate girl's night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The entrees were delicious and perfect portion. Highly recommend the espresso short ribs. It melts in your mouth. Tiramisu was not overly sweet and the espresso martini complimented it perfectly. It was also priced fairly compared to other places.

A hidden gem! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everything was fresh, perfectly balanced and seasoned with excellent ambiance and service to top it off.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the beans and Greens with Rigatoni, husband had the swordfish. Super happy with our meal.

Came here while visiting family in Albany. If I lived close by I'd come here often. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The historic building is cozy and beautifully restored.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was friendly and attentive. I had the sausage and polenta, which was delicious; my companions enjoyed the seafood skewer and salmon as well. It made for a lovely evening.

Initially went to the original location in Troy, but was given an estimated wait time of 2.5 hours. Called this location to see if the wait time for take out would be just as long; it wasn't, but we still had to wait an hour. The menu at this location is not as extensive as the original. Their pizzas are also sold as 10" and 14" pies, rather than 12" & 16" pies at the original location. We ordered a 14" cheese pie, which totaled to ~$15. There's a 4% discount if you pay in cash! The pizza shop appears to just be a small take-out spot, but you can take your pizza next door to the brewery and dine in the outdoor patio. The patio space is quite the vibe -- a great space for a casual hangout. As we picked up the pizza slice, we noticed the undercarriage was a little weak. Maybe it needed to be in the oven a little longer. The ingredients, on the other hand, were very fresh and well-seasoned; even the cheese had a distinctively fresh taste. The flavors of the pizza alone were able to carry it. Crust was pleasantly airy and had nice chew to it, but I would've enjoyed it more if it was a smidge toastier. Don't think I can agreeably rate this spot an 8.3, but I give it a solid 7. A good pizza overall, but not my top pick.

We added some gourmet crackers that were neutral enough to not overpower the cheese. The next day, we made the three cheeses the focus of our lunch. That said, I think it's totally fair to bring a restaurant's wine list into the conversation when talking about a place where "Tapas" is in the name of the business itself. While I have nothing against a short wine list, there was only one Spanish wine on the list of whites. There are were two on the reds. With prices hovering around $30 a bottle, the wines were modestly priced. However, none of the vintages were included on the list, which made me concerned. But when our bottle of Albariño arrived, it was thankfully a current vintage. I've never had a waiter cast doubt on my wine selection before, so that was new to me. He thought we might be happier with a red. However, he wasn't privy to the food we were going to order. White was definitely the right call for the night. We were there as the first snow of the season began to fall. So maybe that's why the place was understaffed. The news really likes to hype up snow fall. Perhaps the best thing we ordered was the guacamole, which was billed as being prepared at the table. However, last Thursday ours was not. The waiter did make a display of chopping at the bowl with the serving spoon as he walked it over to our table. But that's not quite the same thing. Still, that was the best thing we had to eat that night. The company was great, and I actually enjoyed the more relaxed pacing of the meal. Although my suggestion to the waiter about the order in which we would like to food to arrive was rebuffed. He told us, to let him know what we wanted to eat, and he'd take care of the rest. In the end, that worked out fine. Minus the hiccups of dropping off the wrong food at the table, twice. Well, and the food being mostly satisfactory, if unremarkable. Beyond the guacamole, there isn't really anything I would order again. Maybe we ordered wrong? Perhaps it was a mistake to go for Spanish dishes at a Mexican restaurant. I really don't know. All told, the four of us ordered six dishes, a bottle of wine, and split a flan. We all left feeling sated, and enjoyed our night out. The whole experience came to just over thirty bucks per person, including tax and tip. Which isn't bad. Especially since the waiter treated three of us to tequila shooters, which also included a bit of sprite and coffee liqueur. I abstained, since I'm not the best at driving in heavy snow on unplowed roads. Still, it was a lovely gesture.
