I will say, being here at night for dinner, the view is spectacular, even from the parking lot. Unfortunately we weren't seated by the windows to appreciate the view, but we didn't ask, so no fault to the business. We were welcomed as soon as we entered. We had reservations but I actually don't think it was necessary at the time we dined, it wasn't too packed. Parking was interesting, there's the main lot and decent amount of parking, but then it seemed to overflow to the street side, which seemed odd. We got lucky and found main lot parking, but it was surprisingly full for a not full restaurant. Huge menu selection. I opted for the Carnitas Plate, which was yummy but salty. I made the mistake of filling up on chips and salsa, lol, but who doesn't? My husband said his steak was gristly, and my daughter enjoyed her chicken quesadilla. We did end the night with desserts, I got the fried banana, it brought me back to my childhood, it was so good. But I'd be remiss if I didn't mention one of the servers, a quieter, taller middle aged man with a kind smile that came by as if psychically, when an empty plate was ready to be taken away or a drink was running low - our glasses never emptied! He was amazing, best service I've seen in a long while. I just wish I remembered his name to give him the proper credit. He made the experience amazing.

They literally had their chips, salsa, water etc. 10 minutes before we did and we weren't even there. When we did get a waitress she was perfunctory and less than friendly. When I told her we were there for my wife's birthday her answer was "oh that's nice". Far cry from "we will make the evening special for you". We got our food which was fine but absolutely nothing. Throughout the meal the waitress spent all of her time chatting with the large group in the middle - obviously her friends or whatever because they got five star service while we were simply ignored. If we wanted to get a refill of a glass of water or in my father-in-law's case, some sour cream, had to literally get up and pull her away from her buddy table to get service. In addition, not a happy birthday, dessert nothing. So much for trusting the manager when she said that she was going to comp the meal or even at the minimum do something to celebrate the birthday. If we went to something as mundane as Applebee's my wife would've got a piece of cheesecake lol. Very disappointed in this place. We love the food but the service is just crap.
