I understand that busy nights can be stressful, but the consistent rudeness seems to be part of the overall experience rather than an isolated incident. What made the experience especially uncomfortable is that, after reading many positive reviews, I found myself wondering why my interactions felt so different. As a Mexicana, I can't help but question whether my ethnicity played a role in the way I was treated. I can't say for certain that it did, but the contrast was significant enough that it left me feeling unwelcome and concerned.

My fiancée tried the traditional brat, and preferred that one. We enjoyed these with the Czech Plz slow-pour and the Sugoi! green melon mochi IPA. We also recently ordered the Smorgasbord, which consists of two types of sausage, beer cheese, radishes, pickles, and warm pretzels (we ordered ours without the pretzels). It was the ideal shareable meal. We paired that with the Evocation, a delicious farmhouse ale, along with the Resinate, an American IPA. These beers went perfectly with the meal. The ambiance is very welcoming, suggesting a German Biergarten. They host different theme nights throughout the month, from tabletop gaming to trivia. They have a selection of board games, and are family friendly. This is a great stop anytime when visiting the Booze District.

As I've heard this ALoft is a very new hotel, and it shows (in a good way!). They have a nice ambiance and between their furniture and the rest of the ALoft lobby, there is a pool table, there are board games and TVs, there's also an outdoor patio to take drinks. I've tried their food once, their burgers were pretty good. For drinks, I tried one of their seasonal Smoked Old Fashioned's (made with Buffalo Trace) which was pretty good and a good price ($13), as well as their frozen drinks (pina coladas and strawberry daiquiris, $15 each). Two different bartenders worked my drinks this trip and they both did a good job. I've enjoyed hanging out in Vegas off-strip and Henderson, I still have a fun time, I've gotten good food and drinks that weren't so pricy. Very good experience from a hotel bar that didn't break the bank.

We were all given a round of tequila shots, where I selected the silver tequila, their lightest one that they had available. They did two more rounds of tequila shots later that night, but I only did one because I drove here. One of my friends had another Jack Daniel's, which was her third one of the night. Their full drinks come with a cool light-up marble that changes color. While my friends went to go dance along with the live band that was playing various music from the 80's and 90's, I stayed behind and ordered some food, which was well needed for me. I ordered the grill cheese sandwich (stylized as THE Grilled Cheese on their menu) with fries on the side. Various cheeses were inside this sandwich, such as brie, mozzarella, and boursin. A guy dressed up as a squirrel saw me eating this and we struck up a short conversation on how he makes grilled cheese sandwiches the easy way. Though I don't eat these very often, I took his advice. Later on, our waitress approached me and told me that the bartenders were getting ready to close out all open tabs at the bar, and that it would be a great time for me to grab a drink before they stopped all sales for the night. To make matters worse, the bartender with the large lip fillers was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. We never even got a chance to order because the lack of basic customer service completely turned us off. We simply walked out and spent our money somewhere else.
