First time here and I give it a 10/10. I loved the environment, the food was great and the drinks WERE AMAZING. Loved everything about this place. It is fairly small but it's nothing to complain about. The service was amazing and fast. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of the food because of how hungry we were, but the meatballs and burger sliders were so yummy. I've been here a handful of times and have never been blow-away - Unfortunately this most recent visit my food did not feel "scratch kitchen" but more like microwaved. Had meatballs, some were cold and some were too hot. Perhaps frozen and they were reheated? I don't know but this made me switch things up and instead of ordering an entree instead I ordered arancini balls, those were yum! This was my second time eating at this restaurant. We didn't have reservations but Daphne was able to seat my party of four. They change the menu and decor based on the season, and it was mermaid season today. lol. Anyway, we arrived in time for happy hour so my dad, brother, and I had their old fashion. It was ok. Too sweet for my liking, but my dad and brother liked theirs. My mom had an unsweet tea. For appetizers we tried the cigar potatoes that all the Yelpers raved about and boozy meatballs that our waitress suggested. They were both pretty good. For the entree I had the Sicilian Chicken Parm from their secret menu , my brother and mom had the creamy Italian rice dish with their choice of protein and my dad had the Oh No! Mr. Krabs. The restaurant was a lot smaller than I thought it was. I've seen it many times on social media ads to come in during different holidays and my MIL decided to do a girls dinner here. The decor is cute. The service was good. The waitstaff were all really helpful. But that's about it. The tap water tasted disgusting. Two of our meals had to be sent back to be reheat d. My pumpkin risotto was so salty that I didn't taste a pumpkin flavor whatsoever. My cousin had the hummus pasta which I didn't try. But it came with a side of chickpeas and those were cold. I'm not sure if that's the way it was supposed to be served but it was odd? We ordered the meatball sampler, which was agreed was the best food we ate. But I would compare it to cocktail meatballs you get at quince parties at banquet halls. They don't have a liquor license so all drinks are wine based. It's not advertised anywhere as when you look qt the menu it does say "gin" or whatever spirit it's based off of. Overall I was extremely disappointed. Food-5 stars. Everything is fresh and tastes delicious. The portions are very generous. Service- 2 stars. For a restaurant that is this small and is so strict with reservations, you would expect the service to be impeccable. However, the initial greeting was great and it went downhill from there. After getting the martini flight and a banana trio with appetizers, we had numerous plates and glasses on the table. In order to make it easier for our server, we put everything to the front of the table, but she acted like she did not see them. Our food came and the prior dishes were still on the table. We had to constantly ask for more water and refill of drinks. We felt the service was lacking. Ambiance-4 stars. The only reason I'm giving you four stars is because the decorations and the ambience are fantastic. I love that the servers play into the theme and we're wearing capes (for Halloween). The unfortunate part of our ambience was that we were seated right next to a table of two mothers and three children. The children were extremely ruckus and loud frequently playing around our table and running in the restaurant. They would periodically go in and out of the restaurant with no parental supervision. The children were loud and at one point, the little boy flung a plastic duck on our table, nearly missing my son's food. Both mothers did not parent their children, nor tell them that they were in a restaurant and educate them how to act appropriately. Unfortunately, the staff did not approach them or request for their children to remain seated. The only time they address them was to let them know that the next reservation for their table was already here and they had to vacate. By that time the experience was ruined. Our son was leaving for college the next day and that was our farewell dinner. It's one to remember maybe not in a great way. read more

Went to Rosalia's yesterday for the first time to attend an ugly Christmas sweater brunch. The restaurant is kind of small but it gave an intimate lowkey vibe. I loved the holiday decorations throughout the restaurant. Definitely had the place feeling more festive. I also loved the photo ops they had. I started off with mimosa flight and after a lengthy wait I finally got my drinks. They were really delicious and refreshing. I then ordered the crispy chicken eggs Benedict and it was really good. The chicken was tender, moist and flavorful. It definitely complimented the rest of the ingredients. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars was the wait time for the drinks and food so anticipate that when going especially for brunch. Had a pretty good lunch here with my gal pals. Their dedication to decorating in theme was certainly above and beyond. I do recommend making a reservation, as others suggested. Made for a smooth lunch. Regarding the food, we enjoyed the following dishes, which are worth trying: - spanakopita - arancini - boozy meatballs -- cranberry Pinot Noir meatballs - chicken schnitzel served over à la vodka gnocchi - Mediterranean Temptation salad. All the food was well-seasoned and flavorful. My personal favorites were the Cranberry Pinot Noir meatballs and Spanakopita. The Chicken Schnitzel and gnocchi was a close second. I was a bit disappointed that the pinsas/pizzas weren't available, since we really wanted to try them. Supposedly, they ran out--which is odd for a restaurant to be already out of their pizzas for a Tuesday lunch service. While the decorations were cute, they had an odor--like decorations stored in a storage unit--which was a bit off-putting. The staff made no effort to accommodate or explain, and the attitude came off as dismissive and poorly managed. Been seeing this place online and came in to try their summer menu! OMG I'm in love! Owners are from Sicily and Israel and the dishes prove they have a taste of the old country with a bit of new world flare. The decorate the entire restaurant by the season and create a seasonal menu on top of their regular dishes. They also have a secret menu to indulge in (password required). We decided to try their seasonal menu and for starters had the Sea You in Positano which was an amazing burrata with blueberry, pistachio, olive oil and basil. Paired with their homemade challah bread = amazing! We also had their Sea You in Santorini, which was a grilled to perfection octopus. For the mains, we had their Truffle Pasta and l Crab Pasta. Both were amazing hand made pastas delicious in their own right. I lived the detail of the crab shaped bowl and red ravioli for the crab version. For dessert, we had the Israeli cheesecake...a recipe from the owners mother. Let me just say, speechless! Soooo light but creamy, flavorful and overall spectacular. For drinks we had the Flock Yeah, which was a frozen rum based drink served in a flamingo glass! We also had the Beach Please which was vodka based with some coconut cream and blue curaçao. This one was served in a cute mermaid. We finished the meal with a Dubai Chocolate Martini and an Espresso Martini Flight. The Dubai chocolate was soooo creamy and each of the espressos were so tasty! I really enjoyed our experience and Denise was absolutely amazing. Rodalia's is a charming restaurant. I know some of us were here for the Holiday party from 2023. They make good use of their space, inside and out. We sat at a communal table. It was very busy. Service was pretty good considering. We each ordered bottled water due to the taste of the tap water. I enjoyed my salad. It was a good size and the fried chicken had a good flavor. I bet the salad dressing was homemade because it was really good. There were lots of olives but they were bburied at the bottom of the bowl. The pasta looked good but I have been eating so much of that lately. Pricing was higher on the bill compared to the menu. It's a great spot for a date night or family get together. read more

My family and I decided to try this restaurant after hearing so many positive reviews. It was Halloween evening, a Friday night and I thought it was going to be very busy. Inside is decorated nicely for Halloween, so what a great idea to come here. We arrived and the hostess was stationed outside, she was nice. She stated they were fully booked and they only had seats outside. The weather was great so why not? As I peeked inside, I noticed quite a few seats available, no big deal we sat outside. Our waitress came within a reasonable amount of time. There was a secret menu and the main menu and a few options to choose from. My son chose the steak, my husband the lasagna and I chose the lobster ravioli. After placing our orders we were told we can sit inside since someone canceled. We gladly accepted. Once seated inside, we were told that the ravioli had ran out and they went to purchase more. ... At this point I chose to wait the 20 minutes. My husband and son received their meals while I waited for mine.. As I looked around, the place had many tables available. Our waitress was NOT attentive at all.. for a restaurant that was "completely booked" (but in reality empty), her service was POOR.. I believe the manager was more attentive than the assigned waitress.. Let's talk about the food.... My ravioli was not amazing, great or good in anyway... it lacked so much flavor... there was no love put into this dish.. my son said his steak was good but it did look very dry, so he left a big portion......my husband's lasagna... ehhhhh, very very basic...nothing to brag about.. Once I finished my meal, I was ready to go. We were never offered the dessert menu or coffee, Nothing... she handed my the device to pay and told us have a great day... I left this restaurant unsatisfied and very disappointed.. after reading great reviews I was convinced this was going to be amazing, and sadly it was no where close to being good... I stopped by Rosalia's Kitchen for brunch and was surprised by this tucked away spot. The space inside is a bit tight and gets busy, but it has a welcoming vibe. I decided to sit outside for a more relaxed experience. I tried the pistachio waffle and the Israeli crispy chicken & waffles. Both dishes were flavorful and plated beautifully. Portion sizes were decent. It leaves you satisfied without feeling overly full. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. My only real critique is the pricing. The two dishes alone came out to about $50 (before drinks), which feels more in line with a spot in Brickell than a spot in a strip plaza. While the food was good, the location doesn't quite match the slightly elevated price, in my opinion. That said, I'm definitely curious to return and try out their main menu to see what their traditional food is all about. read more

I added fried chicken and it was very good. There lots of black and green olives towards the bottom of the bowl. The dressing was great. They were packed but we were sasat quickly at a communal table. Our server was very nice. We each ordered tap water and could not drink it. It did not taste right. I ordered a Coke and that was not too good either, but much better than the water. I suggest you order bottled water here. Otherwise, saad and service were A+. read more

This was my third time visiting Rosalia's Kitchen, and the second time I chose it to celebrate my birthday because I've always loved the atmosphere, the food, and especially the service. Until today, this place stood out to me for having some of the best customer treatment. I planned this visit over a month in advance and made my reservation on time, fully understanding how important reservations are since the space is small. We arrived on time, were seated, and everything started off great. We were already ordering and consuming while waiting for one friend who was running a bit late. I ordered a seasonal drink, which was very good, and my friend ordered a pizza that was delicious. The issue came when our waitress told us we needed to order as soon as possible because a large group had a reservation at 6:15, and that we would probably need to move outside or leave. This was said while we were already seated, consuming, and celebrating a special occasion. At that moment, the restaurant was almost empty, with only about three tables occupied. What made this even more uncomfortable is that after being told this, another couple was seated right next to us, at the same table where the reservation was supposedly going to arrive. This contradiction made us feel rushed and unwelcome for no valid reason. Being made to feel uncomfortable, especially on my birthday, felt rude and disrespectful. This experience was completely different from what I had come to expect from this place and left me genuinely disappointed. I'm giving 2 stars strictly for the quality of the food and drinks, which were still very good. Unfortunately, the service and how the situation was handled were exceptionally disappointing and overshadowed what should have been a special experience. read more

At first, we thought there was some type of festivity or Birthday celebration when we first stepped into Rosalia's. The restaurant's decor was all under the sea theme with Mermaids, Crabs, fishing nets and all things sea. Honestly, was interesting and entertaining as it serves as great topic of conversation. Server was great immediately took our order and recommended we checked the Secret menu which is seasonal as well as the decor. The Sea theme ran from March and ends September 2nd. Coming September 3rd they are changing the menu and switching to Halloween theme. Great marketing strategy on their end by keeping a menu and decor constantly ever changing! Can't wait to try the new secret menu and admire the new decor. The food was very good had octopus very tender and seasoned nicely. Caprese Salad can never go wrong and from the secret menu gnocchi a la vodka over chicken parm. They pour the gnocchi themselves get your videos ready. They also have a great variety of cocktails and drinks. We were asked for reservation but none was needed as the place was not packed. I came here for the first time at the end of February to celebrate a late Galentines with a group of 12 friends. The decor was absolutely adorable and cozy. The drinks were creative and interactive, mine was in a treasure chest! I also like that they have a secret menu for those who are more observant.
