I came here the Halloween theme and it was amazing I loved the decorations and the food was tasty the steak frites was my favorite and I loved their espresso martini flight! Rodalia's is a charming restaurant. I know some of us were here for the Holiday party from 2023. They make good use of their space, inside and out. We sat at a communal table. It was very busy. Service was pretty good considering. We each ordered bottled water due to the taste of the tap water. I enjoyed my salad. It was a good size and the fried chicken had a good flavor. I bet the salad dressing was homemade because it was really good. There were lots of olives but they were bburied at the bottom of the bowl. My family and I decided to try this restaurant after hearing so many positive reviews. It was Halloween evening, a Friday night and I thought it was going to be very busy. Inside is decorated nicely for Halloween, so what a great idea to come here. We arrived and the hostess was stationed outside, she was nice. She stated they were fully booked and they only had seats outside. The weather was great so why not? As I peeked inside, I noticed quite a few seats available, no big deal we sat outside. Our waitress came within a reasonable amount of time. There was a secret menu and the main menu and a few options to choose from. My son chose the steak, my husband the lasagna and I chose the lobster ravioli. After placing our orders we were told we can sit inside since someone canceled. We gladly accepted. Once seated inside, we were told that the ravioli had ran out and they went to purchase more. ... At this point I chose to wait the 20 minutes. My husband and son received their meals while I waited for mine.. As I looked around, the place had many tables available. Our waitress was NOT attentive at all.. for a restaurant that was "completely booked" (but in reality empty), her service was POOR.. I believe the manager was more attentive than the assigned waitress.. Let's talk about the food.... My ravioli was not amazing, great or good in anyway... it lacked so much flavor... there was no love put into this dish.. my son said his steak was good but it did look very dry, so he left a big portion......my husband's lasagna... ehhhhh, very very basic...nothing to brag about.. Once I finished my meal, I was ready to go. We were never offered the dessert menu or coffee, Nothing... she handed my the device to pay and told us have a great day... I stopped by Rosalia's Kitchen for brunch and was surprised by this tucked away spot. The space inside is a bit tight and gets busy, but it has a welcoming vibe. I decided to sit outside for a more relaxed experience. I tried the pistachio waffle and the Israeli crispy chicken & waffles. Both dishes were flavorful and plated beautifully. Portion sizes were decent. It leaves you satisfied without feeling overly full. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. My only real critique is the pricing. The two dishes alone came out to about $50 (before drinks), which feels more in line with a spot in Brickell than a spot in a strip plaza. While the food was good, the location doesn't quite match the slightly elevated price, in my opinion. That said, I'm definitely curious to return and try out their main menu to see what their traditional food is all about. read more

They were packed but we were sasat quickly at a communal table. Our server was very nice. We each ordered tap water and could not drink it. It did not taste right. This was my third time visiting Rosalia's Kitchen, and the second time I chose it to celebrate my birthday because I've always loved the atmosphere, the food, and especially the service. Until today, this place stood out to me for having some of the best customer treatment. I planned this visit over a month in advance and made my reservation on time, fully understanding how important reservations are since the space is small. We arrived on time, were seated, and everything started off great. We were already ordering and consuming while waiting for one friend who was running a bit late. I ordered a seasonal drink, which was very good, and my friend ordered a pizza that was delicious. The issue came when our waitress told us we needed to order as soon as possible because a large group had a reservation at 6:15, and that we would probably need to move outside or leave. This was said while we were already seated, consuming, and celebrating a special occasion. At that moment, the restaurant was almost empty, with only about three tables occupied. What made this even more uncomfortable is that after being told this, another couple was seated right next to us, at the same table where the reservation was supposedly going to arrive. This contradiction made us feel rushed and unwelcome for no valid reason. Being made to feel uncomfortable, especially on my birthday, felt rude and disrespectful. This experience was completely different from what I had come to expect from this place and left me genuinely disappointed. I'm giving 2 stars strictly for the quality of the food and drinks, which were still very good. Unfortunately, the service and how the situation was handled were exceptionally disappointing and overshadowed what should have been a special experience. read more

At first, we thought there was some type of festivity or Birthday celebration when we first stepped into Rosalia's. The restaurant's decor was all under the sea theme with Mermaids, Crabs, fishing nets and all things sea. Honestly, was interesting and entertaining as it serves as great topic of conversation. Server was great immediately took our order and recommended we checked the Secret menu which is seasonal as well as the decor. The Sea theme ran from March and ends September 2nd. Coming September 3rd they are changing the menu and switching to Halloween theme. Great marketing strategy on their end by keeping a menu and decor constantly ever changing! Can't wait to try the new secret menu and admire the new decor. The food was very good had octopus very tender and seasoned nicely. Caprese Salad can never go wrong and from the secret menu gnocchi a la vodka over chicken parm. They pour the gnocchi themselves get your videos ready. They also have a great variety of cocktails and drinks. We were asked for reservation but none was needed as the place was not packed. I came here for the first time at the end of February to celebrate a late Galentines with a group of 12 friends. The decor was absolutely adorable and cozy. The drinks were creative and interactive, mine was in a treasure chest! I also like that they have a secret menu for those who are more observant. This little gem of a restaurant is located in Pembroke Pines. Reservations is a must because it does get crowded and it's a small establishment. The host a waitress were all very friendly. Came to Rosalia's Kitchen with high expectations because of the Christmas hype all over social media -- and I'll give them full credit where it's due: the holiday decor is genuinely festive and cheerful, the Christmas cocktails (D'Grinch and Santa's Sleigh Ride Buzz) are beautifully presented and fun, and our server Humberto was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Unfortunately, the food completely let the experience down. Everything we ordered tasted strikingly similar to mid-tier frozen meals you'd heat up from Trader Joe's or Publix -- nothing felt fresh or house-made. For the prices they're charging, that's simply not acceptable. We left feeling disappointed and overcharged. Rosalia's might be worth a quick drink for the ambiance, but we won't be back for dinner. If you're looking for authentic, homemade Italian in the area with far better food at similar (or lower) prices, Il Toscano Restaurante in West Pines is a much better choice. read more

Pros - We were seated early--our 6:15pm reservation was honored by 6:10pm with no wait. (This was on a Sunday) - The restaurant is beautifully decorated and festive. The ceilings and walls are covered in colorful ornaments, holiday wallpaper, and whimsical Christmas décor. - Many guests were dressed up in fun, holiday-themed outfits, which really helped complete the vibe and added to the experience. - Despite the bar limitations, the drinks were actually very good. The Pistachio Martini was amazing! - Our server was attentive for the most part and checked on us frequently, despite being clearly overwhelmed. Cons - The space is much smaller and tighter than it appears on Instagram--very cramped. - Service was extremely slow. After being seated at 6:10pm, it took 15 minutes just to get water and another 15-20 minutes for the server to take our order. - The restaurant only had a half bar that night, so all alcohol was substituted with wine. - Drink wait times were long, and our appetizer didn't arrive until 7:30pm--over an hour after being seated. - The Rosalia's Sampler ($39) was disappointing and tasted like something you could get from the frozen aisle. - The restaurant was clearly understaffed, with only two servers struggling to handle all the tables. - Food and drinks felt overpriced for what we received. Overall Experience While the decorations and festive atmosphere were stunning and made for great holiday photos, the overall dining experience fell short. The space is cramped, the service was extremely slow due to understaffing, and the food was not worth the price. The drinks--despite being made with wine instead of liquor--were solid, but not enough to make up for the long waits and underwhelming appetizer. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless your main goal is to take pretty pictures for social media. The ambiance is fun, but the service and value for the price just aren't there. read more

Rosalias is a charming little place that is a social media haven. The decor is built for sharing on your favorite platforms. The decor is one thing and food is another. I will tell you that we went during happy hour and that is the time that I recommend you go bc the drinks are great and they are discounted and the appetizers are also on special and it's a good deal. We had the S'Mores Espresso Martini which was delicious and the glass was rimmed with graham crackers and a onside was a floating roasted marshmallow. Simply divine. We started with the appetizer sampler. The arancini was seasoned and perfectly crispy and reminded me of a croqueta. The potato cigars were reminiscent of spring rolls and the spanakopita and other delights were tasty. It was a good start to the meal. We ordered the ossobucco ravioli which was hugely disappointing. Ossobucco is so tasty and has its own juices that can be made into an excellent pasta sauce. Why someone would smother these delicious raviolis in marinara is besides me. It battled the juices of the ossobucco and completely negated that great taste. To boot, you get three ravioli's which is shocking considering the price. Let's move on to the second main course, the secret menu chicken Marsala. So, these are two thick pieces of grilled chicken with mushrooms on top of it. There is no Marsala....maybe that's the secret. Marsala is made with Marsala wine and the pieces of chicken are typically pounded. This is far from what we received. The pasta with the lemon sauce, however, was on point and I would have that again. We ordered a Capuccino which was good and o the. Ordered our servers favorite dessert...the apple pie cheesecake. Ours came to the table frozen which is a shame bc the flavors were there but the texture was off. I know this place is the new hot spot and that's why we went. I feel like they are still trying to find their identity. I understand fusions but Mediterranean with Italian with Asian is a bit much. The appetizer sampler was not cohesive although the individual components were pretty good. I am giving Rosalia's three stars bc they are new and I want to support local business but my advice for this restaurant is to stop focusing so much on the social media gimmicks and secret menus and focus on the food and finding your voice through the food. That will keep people coming back and coming in outside of Happy Hour. You have the potential, Rosalia's! Response to owner: Rafael, I did address a couple of the issues above while in the restaurant and the dessert was taken off of our bill. I also am giving you all the benefit of the doubt, hence three stars versus less. It is very clear that this restaurant is your baby and that your are rightfully sensitive to reviews. Consistency is key in the restaurant biz and based on the reviews I've seen that seems to be missing. Saying "perhaps it wasn't made right that night" is a problem in itself. Please take this as constructive because your passion is obviously there and, as I stated, there is potential here. I love Rosalia's! I've been twice recently and I definitely understand the hype. Important to know: it's a small place that's super popular for a good reason. I'd highly recommend making a reservation-but again, it's worth the planning ahead. The food is amazing and fresh, the staff are nice and great to talk to, and the drinks and decor are amazing. Let's start with the theming. You can go to Rosalia's multiple times and always have a different experience. They're great at decorating for holidays, with fun seasonal food and drink menus to match. I went in October for Halloween and December for Christmas and both were incredible. They both also happened to be for birthday celebrations, and turned out to be a great choice. Also keep an eye out for the secret menu! Rosalia's was voted one of the best cocktail spots, and it's easy to see why. You won't find these unique presentations anywhere else. Plus they're constantly coming up with new ones, so you'll never be bored. They are definitely expensive, so be warned, but they also have specials. Finally, the food. I got the build-your-own pasta with rigatoni and vodka sauce and it's so good. It's fresh, flavorful, and everything you want pasta allá vodka to be. I understand why it's so liked and popular. A friend and I came for dinner on a Tuesday night at 7:30 pm and reservations are necessary. We had a two hour seating time as in we can only dine in for up to two hours because of how high demand the restaurant is. Our host was able to accommodate us a couple minutes early and his customer service along with the waiters was amazing. The food was good. What I love most about this place is they have a happy hour menu that ends at 8 PM. Which is usually unheard of considering happy hour will usually end anywhere between 6 to 7. My friend and I ordered bites from their happy hour menu and splurged on their drinks. The splurge was worth it on drinks. We had their seasonal drinks, the Grinch and the cookie batter martini. The aesthetic during the holiday season was really nice. Ornaments hanging from the ceiling,Christmas music playing and Santa came out to give candy and take pictures. I had never seen a room full of adults get excited to see Santa,it was special. Service,attention,reservation placement and even use of space (though narrow) was extremely efficient.
