So here we are again. Another place another time this time was a simple dinner meet up with hubby n boss.... So let's get into it : Food: Atmosphere: Personnel: Cleanliness: Parking: The food was actually tasty and not over seasoned The staff were great attentive The place is small so it's best to make reservations I had the Dubai chocolat martini (2 of them) they were goooood... Had a mix of things as tapas and enjoyed the food and company. They already set up for Halloween must be taking a Disney lead on their getting set up but I love Halloween so it was up my alley... Yeas and yes to this place But as I always say: "Check it out for yourself and you decide. " Be safe and peace out .
It was a surprise to arrive at Rosalia's in August and find it all decked out for Halloween! What? Nonetheless, the decor surrounded us and we were further surprised by Halloween cocktails (with a happy hour until 7 pm where they were $3 less) (as well as appetizers for $5 less!) and the full Menu was Halloweened too! Not to worry: I am including all The pictures so you will Not Be surprised! The food was as good as ever, no surprises there! Boo!
We had a wonderful time, it was definitely an experience. The food was delicious. The drinks were very different.
We had a girls' night and decided to try Rosalia's. Only one of us has been to Rosalia's before, so we knew we would enjoy it. Rosalia's is very small, so you absolutely need reservations for weekend nights and possibly during the week. We arrived on time and we were promptly seated. They have a lot of fun sounding/looking cocktails - many of the ones I would have liked seem to have a sweet profile, so I stuck with Coke Zero. We checked out the secret menu and decided that we would all share whatever we ordered. We got the chicken parm from the secret menu the cheese and sauce is poured over the chicken schnitzel. It is served with a choice of mashed potatoes, fries or rice. We chose the mashed potatoes. We also got the Whispering Pines pinsa (pizza). 2 of us like mushrooms and one of us hates it. So get out all the mushrooms on 1/2. The pizza was overloaded with toppings and was very good. Our 3rd choice, which came out first, was the Rosalia sampler. It had a little bit of everything was was an amazing introduction to they food style of Italian and multiple Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food. We ended the night with the Israeli Cheesecake. It was so light and delicious. It was the best cheesecake I have ever tasted. The restaurant was decorated in a fairy garden theme and there were menu items that were in theme. The meal was perfectly paced and we never felt rushed. Our server was very nice and helped us decide on our menu selections. Would love the check out brunch and will definitely return when the menu flips to Halloween.
If you love a theme, this place is for you! They always have cute decorations, but they have a "secret" food and drink menu to match the theme along with music. Their latest theme (Jul 2026) was Fairy Garden. The staff was super sweet, attentive, and accommodating when it came to splitting the bill. The food was good! Their secret menu definitely had better options than their regular menu. I did get a Smores Espresso Martini from their regular menu, which was good. I like a creamier espresso martini. The location is fairly small. So, it can get packed fast, but when we went (Thursday night), it wasn't too bad. It is also located in a plaza. So, there is free, readily available parking.
I had Samantha H as my server and oh my days! She was the best!! Very social and great vibes the restaurant was gorgeous and very perfect for the spooky season! very fast service at the place and nice delicious food
The food was really good. They don't have Sambuca or Anta and they don't do side salads. They only do soup but yet they sell salad on the menu so why can't they do side salads and in Italian restaurant doesn't have Sambuca or Anar but overall the food was good. We were going to go to Rosialis but the garlic knots are so good. Decent price we were the only ones in there.
First time here and we were lucky enough to see the Halloween decor (it's august), it was a nice surprise! They have a few different menus: seasonal, brunch, lunch, dinner, and a secret menu. We had to try some of the seasonal drinks and they tasted great! We had the seasonal pumpkin ravioli and the not so seasonal chicken sandwich. The food and drinks were delicious, we will be back to try more stuff! The bathroom was also a spooky experience with lots of decor and spoooky sounds. Try to either get a reservation or come early and sit at the bar (that's what we did) this place fills up quickly. Plenty of parking.
Let me start by saying there is no witch! We were told after we asked "The real "witch" is the one in all of us." Okaaaay... After seeing this place all over Instagram we finally decided to make the hour long drive. The decor absolutely lived up to the hype! it was beautifully designed. The ladies working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming which made for a great first impression. Now for the cons. While the staff was attentive at times it felt like we were being rushed. We had barely started enjoying our appetizer when both entrées arrived. Our table was small, so we ended up placing the pizza on the bench just to make room for the chicken schnitzel. It made the dining experience feel a bit cramped and honestly a little tacky! The biggest disappointment was the drinks! They do not have a liquor license and this really should be made clear before ordering. We let the waitress know how this should be stated on their menu. The menu lists cocktails like a Vodka drink and an Old Fashioned but they're actually made with a wine based substitute not liquor. Paying around $25 for a wine based cocktail doesn't make much sense when you could simply order a glass of wine or Prosecco for about $10. The drink presentations are beautiful (just like you see on Instagram), but the taste didn't quite deliver. I ordered the Devil's Advocate and it was far too lime. After that I stuck with Prosecco. As for the food the prosciutto pizza was delicious. The chicken schnitzel had a very cool presentation but it was overly salty. To top it off just before we were ready to leave my friend still had Prosecco left in her glass when we were told they needed the table for a 745pm reservation. It definitely felt like we were being pushed out the door. Would I go back? No. Not because it was terrible, but because: 1. It's an hour drive for us. 2. It's one of those Instagram places that's fun to experience once but not somewhere I'd make the trip to visit again. Overall it's a beautiful spot with fantastic ambiance and friendly staff but the rushed service, misleading cocktail menu, and lack of a liquor license made it fall short of the expectations Instagram created.
This is a fantastic, cozy brunch spot with traditional brunch food, but the deliciously different menu options are totally worth the adventure! Strawberry and regular mimosas are hand poured, not premade in a batch! For an appetizer we ordered the Sicilian Arancini and however they make their bolognese sauce is soooo good. Hearty, flavorful and perfectly paired with the cheesy arancini's. The Traditional Eggs Benedict tasted freshly made, the hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy. The Israeli Crispy Chicken was my favorite!! The chicken was crispy, the meat was tender. The Matbucha with the Morrancan spices, tomato, roasted red peppers reminded me of a dish we ate in Sicily. So LOVED it! Both our eggs were poached to perfection, too. The service by Isaac was excellent! Attentive, but not overbearing, and friendly. Steph, the manager, was also the mixologist and she makes a mean Espresso Martini. Pricing is reasonable! Fairytale, intimate ambiance with delicious food and superior service makes this place totally brunch worthy!
UPDATE: Tonight was the fairy tale theme and had an incredible server named "Charlie" - Yes, just like in 1984, Drew Barrymore played "Charlie" McGee in Firestarter. She was super attentive with a superb personality, but did not possess any supernatural powers. They no longer offer the chicken parmigiana on the menu which is a shame, but redeemed themselves tonight with a risk on the Saucy Clucker - kinda a massive chicken parm sandwich on challah - it was amazing. Still a strong 4.7 stars and would have easily jumped to 5 stars if the chicken parm was available. Please bring it back...
Rosalia's kitchen is quite the adventure. From what I gather, they change up the theme so that you get something a little different when you go! I went during the Enchanted theme and it was nicely decorated and had a lot of cool drink options to match. I started off with a "Sherwood prince" to drink. The server asked if I liked Old fashioned style drinks and I said yes and he wanted to make sure since a lot of people aren't sure what they may be ordering. Overall the drink was way too on the sweet side, wasn't balanced and I couldn't finish it. For the Appetizer, we got the meatball sampler. The cranberry Pinot Noire, peach Bellini, and limoncello were all delicious and honestly could have eaten those things the whole night. For the main dish, I ordered the Gnocchi Alla Vucciria. It was a hefty portion of Chicken Schnitzel topped with a Gnocchi in a Vodka sauce. This was a very tasty dish and even though I was full, I kept eating! Two things made this visit less than desired but I hope to give it another chance. My server was young and was too playful in a picking on you, making fun kind of way which I did not appreciate. It got to the point where if he said something else to my wife in a playful mean way I was going to put him in his place. And lastly, the drink menu was talked up a lot and felt like my drink was overly sweet and not balanced. Not sure if the customer base just likes sweet drinks but I would hope if you are saying your drinks are top of the line that it includes the balance of ingredients as well. Overall Rosalia's kitchen has great food and a nice environment but think the service and drink fell short. I hope to give it another shot. Please tell your staff that playful mean is not the way to treat customers.
The food is so good, pasta is 10/10. They always have fun drinks and themes that is so worth going! Truffle fries are really good too! I can't wait to be back. Service is very nice too.

Rosalia's has never missed! I loved the entire experience from our server JT greeting us at the door in full character complete with costume to the food. It was fantastic! The empanadas were juicy not oily, perfectly seasoned accompanied by this delicious green sauce. We also ordered the Salmon and it was cooked to perfection. The spaghetti was tender and so cool with the floating fork! But my favorite had to be the squid ink pasta, chefs kiss! It was full of seafood and really hit the spot. The pumpkin cheesecake is sheer brilliance, amazing texture with additional crunch from the nuts on top, it was sooooo good!!! Not to forget the decorations, it's so cool inside!! Every single thing about this place is 5 stars in my book! We went for Halloween week and the decorations were an immediate WIN for me! They decorate for the holidays so I know Christmas will be amazing. Aside from the decor, their drinks and food will be themed which makes the entire experience that much more fun! What other place in the area does this?! Not many! The drinks were delicious! I had a tequila drink that was so good and I had the G spot which was even better. I can't name my fave because they were both so good. We had the hummus platter with chicken which was so full of flavor. The pita comes out nice and warm, it's the perfect starter. The meatball sampler was absolutely divine. The flavors were incredible. We also had the gnocchi with chicken, 10/10. It was fresh, full of flavor, and the chicken was crunchy. Our waitress was so beyond sweet and funny. She made the entire experience so great. She told us what to order based on what we would like, it was just so fun. Would absolutely recommend for a girls night or date night or even bring the kids to enjoy the decor! read more
This restaurant always goes all out for the holidays. From the decorations on the walls, to even the bathroom giving off haunted vibes, if you want to get in the Halloween spirit, this is the place to go. It is small inside, so I recommend making reservations. We first ordered drinks and got the bite me like you mean it. I did not think it was bad. We were then going to order appetizers and each appetizer we wanted we were told was sold out. She then went to the kitchen and came back and all the appetizers were available again. We placed two orders of the Sicilian arancini's and these were delicious. This is a Great appetizer for the table. I then ordered the Mediterranean temptation salad with chicken. This was to die for. I'm not into salads, but this has me wanting to go back for some more. We ended the night with Sicilian pistachio cheesecake. I love anything pistachio but I'm not a fan of cheesecake and yet this dessert made me love cheesecakes! I Can't wait to go back for the Christmas decorations and taste even more yummy food! read more

We invited close friends on a Wednesday night to try a new interesting place we haven't been. Rosalia's Kitchen is definitely a place to visit for a different and fun dining experience. I highly recommend reservations, especially for parties of 4 or more, as the place is small inside. We didn't have reservations and had a 20 minute wait, but it was a weeknight. Weekends are very busy, we were told, and they now have a two hour dining time limit every day of the week. The inside was impressively decorated with a Halloween theme! This has to be the most detailed Halloween decorated restaurant we have ever seen. The creativity behind the decor was brilliant. We were told that the decor changes with the seasons and that they will changeover for Christmas in November. Now let's discuss the cocktails! I was shocked to learn that their cocktails are wine based, not spirit based, as the menu is misleading. The descriptions state gin, tequila, whiskey, and vodka in the cocktail description. I asked the server what whiskey is used for the old fashioned and was then informed that the drinks are wine based. This later led into a deep dive into wine based cocktails where I learned of a sub segment of the wine industry where wine makers use a proprietary process to manipulate wine into tasting like spirits and upping the alcohol content to about 24% abv. That said, the cocktails were very creative and impressive looking, but a bit too sweet for our liking. I did get a slight buzz from the two I had, so be warned. The food! I ordered the squid ink pasta (linguine) with marinara sauce and the seafood mixture (shrimp & calamari). The dish was very tasty with large plump shrimp (minus the tails) and plenty of sautéd calamari. The only critique I had, and I'm splitting hairs, is that the marinara sauce was a tad too thick in texture. I would definitely order this again however. My wife had their White Lotus special which consisted of their creamy lemony cheese sauce with gnocchi poured over their giant crispy chicken schnitzel. OMG was it good! The portion was so large she could only eat half and I had the leftovers for a workday lunch. Large portions are always appreciated, which we did! Our server was Daphne who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and their offerings. She made sure we were satisfied and explained that many of their dishes are made to order. The food runners were just as friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to going back to try other items on their extensive menu. And be sure to visit the bathroom before Halloween runs out. The bathrooms too are spookily decorated and you might make a little friend who is creepily chatty! This is really a 4.25 out of 5! read more
This was not just dinner, it was an experience. As you enter you will be transported to a magical pixie garden. Alex, our server, greeted us with a sweet smile and after finding that this was our first visit she suggested looking at the "secret" menu as well as the printed one. Using a QR code and a password (found on Insta or given by the server) there are additional seasonal menu items. Unfortunately my husband could not get the code to work and when I went to the website and entered the password nothing happened. We had to use Alex's phone to see it. She had to do that for the table next to us also. I would suggest offering a guest WiFi to assist in access. We started with spinach burekas and arancini. The burekas, served with olives and tahini, were a little dry. They needed more filling Three large arancini were served in a copper, kettle like bowl with a puddle of meat sauce beneath them. So delicious! My husband ordered the custom pasta - gnocchi with pistachio pesto sauce and I ordered the White Lotus from the secret menu - chicken schnitzel with gnocchi in white lemon sauce. When delivered to the table the crispy chicken was on a plate alone then the runner poured the sauced gnocchi over the chicken from a hot skillet. Nice presentation plus it keeps the chicken crispy until your ready to eat. While sitting next to the bar we witnessed some specialty cocktails with very creative presentations being served to other guests. We'll have to try some of these during our next visit. We had a great conversation with Alex at the end of the evening and learned more about the owners and their vision. The staff genuinely seemed happy to be working there which is a tribute to the fun culture that is created in this environment. Be sure to visit soon. read more

We visited here a few weeks into their opening. That was quite some time ago. Their decor is different, but the amazing service remains the same. The food is delish, and their menu is fun. They have an "enchanted" theme going and every detail is within theme, down to the bathroom! Charlie was our waitress and she is absolutely adorable and very attentive. The bartender came out to see how we liked our drinks, and the food runner took her time explaining what everything on the sampler platter was. This is a super cute happy hour spot that is worth checking out. read more
What initially drew me to this restaurant was an IG post during the Christmas holiday . This place goes all out with their holiday decorations as well as holiday themed menu - fun drinks and food items .the food itself wasn't the greatest - we ordered the waffles which were cold and basic , the breakfast burgers were tasty . THE PLACE: Located in a Miramar shopping mall, parking is plenty and free. The theme/decor & menu change every season, and on our visit, it was enchanted fairies. Inside, the ceiling and walls were covered in charming vines, fairy lights, fairy's and flowers. In the background, the sound of a magical forest - it was very immersive. The restaurant is cozy, and seemingly always packed, so reservations are recommended. High tables, tables, bar seating and outside tables are available. THE FOOD: On our visit, by recommendation, we tried the Boozy meatball sampler 3/5 meatballs in three different sauces (cranberry sauce was the best) , good but nothing mind-blowing and The emberstones, this came with a presentation of dry ice fog, making it very picturesque. The dish was simple but great in texture and flavor 4/5. For entrees, my husband had an item from their secret menu - the white lotus but with grilled chicken. Lemony creamy pasta was good, the chicken was fantastic as it was well seasoned and moist 4/5. For my order, I had to go with my third choice, as my first two options had already sold out (it was 3pm). I had the Pear Ricotta Paneli 3/5, thicky creamy and slightly sweet, but extremely underwhelming in taste and had the smallest portion - fitting of a small appetizer than a main dish. My mom (the birthday girl) got the simplest dish of them all, spaghetti in tomatoe sauce with meatballs 1/5. This dish came last, about 10-15 after ours, and in her first bite, the meatball was freezer cold in the center. The dish was taken back, "re-made" and returned about 20 mins later. Flavor was as expected, not enchanting. At the end, the team brought my mom an complimentary ice cream and sang her HBD. Ice cream surprisingly was 5/5. THE SERVICE: To be clear, everyone was extremely nice, but overall, the experience at the restaurant did not go well. I made a reservation, got there 30 mins before and understandably, they couldn't sit us until my reserved time. I returned 10mins before my rsvp to make sure I dont miss my table. Two mins after my rsvp passed, they resulted to sitting us at the bar, since the table was still occupied. While I appreciate them trying to accommodate and respect the rsvp, sitting my 70 year old mom, on a high top bar chair was difficult, and uncomfortable for all of us. We were promised the table to be emptied soon, but we spent 40mins at the bar. If the rsvp for each table is of 2 hours, why isn't this upheld? When we finally sat at the table, ordering & the food coming took time, too much for the simplicity of the food itself, not to mention the incident with my moms food. We were at Rosalias from 2:32pm-5pm. As a side note - in my perspective, tension amongst the employees is felt, due to a micro-manager within the team. read more

I was very impressed with the decor of this restaurant. This place was very intimate and not big so I would highly recommend you make a reservation. I came on a Tuesday it wasn't busy but it was ladies night so Happy Hour deals all day for ladies. The food came out hot and fresh. Everything was delicious even though I found hair in my pasta the server was apologetic and brought out another plate, also apple martini shots. I would recommend this restaurant for date night or celebratory event just not for large parties. Boozy meatballs was 10/10 I've never thought of putting liquor with meatballs and WOWWW so delicious my favorite was the peach Bellini meatballs. read more

Came to Rosalia's Kitchen mainly for the decor, but the space was much smaller than expected and the decorations were a bit underwhelming in person. The food was decent overall. I ordered the build-your-own rigatoni with vodka sauce and chicken, but the pasta came out a bit dry. The cheeseburger sliders were really good, and the Pasta di Cuore was solid. The highlight food-wise was definitely the Elderwood fettuccini (not pictured) -- you really can't go wrong with fettuccini. We also tried the espresso flights. I'd recommend skipping most of them and just getting the caramel flavor since that was the best flavor. The Flowering Meadow drink was really pretty and surprisingly strong. Service was a bit slow the day we came, but it wasn't a big issue since the workers were really sweet and friendly. Overall it was a cute spot to check out once, but not sure if I'd come back. read more

This place is awesome! We came here with a large party to celebrate some birthdays and they were so accommodating. The ambiance here is amazing and the food was so delish! I usually have a hard time because I am gluten free and dairy free, so I don't even try to go to Italian restaurants, but I am so glad I came! Check out their "secret menu" online! I had the hummus pasta with the shawarma chicken- the pasta is gluten free and the sauce tasted like Alfredo but it was completely dairy free. It was so creamy! Everything was perfect, and our server, Isaac, was super! The food came out quickly, everyone else enjoyed their food and the desserts, and I even had cappuccino with almond milk! I can't say enough- we will definitely be back! read more

The drinks were good, and creative. The secret holiday menu was still available which added to the experience. The restaurant was still decorated in holiday decor from entry to the back of the establishment. The food was good, but I wish the portion was a little bigger. I had a pistachio pasta, and wish I had ordered another one to go. Our waitress, Alex, was phenomenal. She joined in on the jokes and fun my party was having, and she catered to all our needs. Found this restaurant by chance. Cute, great drinks and food was very good restaurant is decorated like a fairy Wonderland funny cause it doesn't match the food but it's still quirky and very welcoming. Service was excellent. I have to give a shout out to this place for being so uniquely decorated for the holiday. Just perfect for Christmas! The food is ok quality, it's mediocre. The price of food is on the high side for the quality we received. Presentation wise is not bad. We had a party of nine. Some of our food came out cold. Service is kind of slow. read more
Cute place to go for the holidays. This place is small and there arent alot of tables so you need to make a resy in advance or try and get a spot at the bar which is also small. But if you're looking for something festive this is a great place. They had alot of xmas party get togethers when i was there. The service was great. The boozy meatballs were delicious and the sandwich was huge. read more

My friend and I decided to try Rosalia's because we would pass it all the time. We went for happy hour and this was the best decision. This place is decorated from the front to the back. We arrived about 5ish and we were immediately seated. This is not a large place it is just right. Our waitress was Charlie. She was very friendly, attentive and her suggestions were right on. We ordered drinks and we all ordered The G. (See pics). There is no other words for me to describe the food but AMAZING. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. This is a secret gem. We definitely recommend making reservations before going. Rosalia's Kitchen is a small, hole-in-the-wall spot, and while it's cozy, space is limited. The food was quite good overall. My wife ordered the mushroom risotto, which was flavorful but a bit more al dente than we prefer. I had the Foragers sandwich, which I believe is a special for their current Enchanted Forest theme, and it was creative and very enjoyable. Our son had the traditional pizza, which was absolutely stupendous. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was good, and we really appreciated the creativity and charm of the décor. Our only complaint relates to the seating experience. We were seated at a table for two with an extra chair facing the aisle, which was fine by us. The servers proactively accommodated us without us asking. However, shortly after, a woman with short hair who appeared to be a manager or person in authority arrived and repeatedly told different staff members--within earshot of us--that "that is a problem," while pointing toward our table. Hearing this multiple times made us feel uncomfortable, especially since we had not requested any special treatment or accommodations; that option was offered to us. We were hungry and chose to stay, but it did make us consider leaving. Comments like that, made openly near customers, aren't very customer-service friendly and can make diners feel like they're in the way. Because of this, we strongly suggest making reservations ahead of time to avoid any awkward situations. Despite that moment, the food and creativity make Rosalia's Kitchen worth trying. Ironically, the tables we were told were reserved (at least two to three of them) remained empty during our entire visit, and at least three other groups left as well. While we understand the importance of policies, it felt like business may have been lost unnecessarily. Would have given 4 stars but did 3 stars due to manager comments and lack of tact. read more
Loved Coming here and checking out all the hype. I especially enjoyed that the food and drinks we got were very delicious. The sauce for the arancini was a chefs kiss! And the presentation of their drinks are second to none. I'd love to come back throughout the year to check out the rest of their decor. read more

I would think that u need to contact the restaurant & ask if they would allow that. I'm sure it also depends on the # of ppl. It's not a big place but it's sooooo good!!
