So far haven't been impressed. Was referred by Hobaica for a glass shower piece for a new shower…read more Made an appointment about a week and a half out. The appointment time came and I did think it odd that I didn't get a reminder text/call but I started waiting for the tech to show up and about 20 mins after their scheduled arrival I called and they didn't have record of my appointment. They said they would look into it and contact me back. They called about 30 minutes later to say they never had an appointment listed but their tech could come out in the afternoon. Luckily I work from home so I said that would work. When the tech showed up he said he was new and forgot to put my name on the appointment book but confirmed it was him that I originally talked to. He did his measurements and said he would get right back to me with the quotes. That was on Friday -- I did finally hear back from him on Monday afternoon. The quote is pretty competitive but since I didn't hear right back from him I am getting a couple of more quotes now. I will update my review if I decided to go with Roadrunner but so far not that impressed.

Larry, the owner, did a great job of measuring and planned the job & materials perfectly. Also, Larry's quote was fair. Last week the shower surround was installed and the vendor included vinyl seal that would have worked, however, was not quite up to the installer's expectations. Installer (& perfectionist) 'Louis' told us he would contact the vendor regarding the vinyl and would get back to us. Today, Louis and his teammate returned & installed the correct vinyl in a couple minutes before they were off to the next job. No cutting corners. The job was done right. The glass shower surround is beautiful. We couldn't be happier.
