He's effectively saying "shut up and let me speak". This is what happens when you don't vet and test your job applicants. Garrett apologizes for YOUR feelings (you know "I'm sorry you feel that way"), not for interrupting you or other rude behavior. Garrett stresses that their process has never been given negative feedback. Go on their website and see if you can schedule an estimate. I gave up after 5 minutes of trying. So from a guy who developed processes for decades (me), I can tell you that their process has THEM in mind, NOT YOU. This is the kind of narcissism that will result in ANY problem with the job being either a "miscommunication" on your part (he likes that word) or something YOU did wrong. In addition to developing processes for decades, I also referred contractors and vendors to our Affluent Clients. I know that I would never have referred this company because of their bureaucracy and inability to accept responsibility.

Not only were they able to duplicate the irregular shape, but they did it in a matter of minutes while I waited. They even polished a chip in the edge of my sample shelf. Not a good experience so far…read more.. 5 shutters installed...4 do not close properly. When moving the right side shutter to open the window, when placing the shutter to close it will not close properly, The shutter itself must be lifted and pushed up into the frame. Also lots of light coming through and several of the shutters are warped, the levers do not close entirely. I called to have the shutters repaired so they closed effortlessly. Repair guys came out and told me that's the way they are made. I informed them that the living room shutter which was previously installed by another company does not do it. They went on to say it's the poly carb material that makes them like this and the reason my other closed perfectly without issue is because it was a better quality made out of wood. Sooo I wanted to say your product is inferior therefore I should have less expectations??? But I held back. I called the office to express frustration. The lady who answered the phone provided me with a number to text the pictures and video. Meanwhile I go to use my laptop which I rarely use and discover it was broken, cracked open on the bottom. So I sent another text asking for someone to please call me back because it had already been a few days and no call back no response. Finally I get a call from the owner who was already on defense mode. He started off stating he had talked to the guys and essentially their story was different, it certainly was not truthful. He stated the guys said I was with them during the entire install therefore the computer couldn't have broken. This is not true! Yes, I showed them each room but I didn't stay. I told them I was working and to please do my work office last. Which they did. While they were in the work office I locked my computer and remained in the office until they were completed. I did not supervise them while they were in my other personal office where my laptop was nor any other room for that matter. As a matter of fact, most of the time they were here I was on a conference call. Anyway, the owner was defensive when talking to me and wanted to know why I didn't report the broken laptop earlier to which I informed him that I rarely use it and I reported it the minute I discovered it's condition. I'm the only person in the household so no other person could've done it. And if the owner had looked at the pictures I sent him, the laptop is sitting fairly close to the window. In hindsight I should've moved it before the install. $2k computer. The owner continued to ask me questions which clearly he did not look at the video and at the pictures and I told him quite frankly you haven't done the research or review before calling me. It was all a blame game like they were the victims. I was certainly frank when I made the comment and apparently he didn't like it because he said he was being disrespected. I told him as the owner you should be more open to feedback especially since it concerns your personal business. He went on to say he was being disrespected again. Listen, if you have no clue what is going on and call a customer and act like a victim...I'm going to give honest feedback. If the guys took ownership of the laptop incident it really wouldn't have been a big deal. The fact that they lied about it is not good business nor should they be left alone. Another learned lesson. So apparently someone is coming out to look at repairs. I'm expecting a call which I don't think will happen. Because I have block wall construction is the issue per the owner. Had I known about this and the quality of the product...I'd never gone with this company.

Larry, the owner, did a great job of measuring and planned the job & materials perfectly. Also, Larry's quote was fair. Last week the shower surround was installed and the vendor included vinyl seal that would have worked, however, was not quite up to the installer's expectations. Installer (& perfectionist) 'Louis' told us he would contact the vendor regarding the vinyl and would get back to us. Today, Louis and his teammate returned & installed the correct vinyl in a couple minutes before they were off to the next job. No cutting corners. The job was done right. The glass shower surround is beautiful. We couldn't be happier.
