There was no damage to the media unit but here is the damage he did to the table. This is not reparable. In addition, he did a sloppy job with the glue on both windows and putting the trim back on. I had to point out the deficiencies as he was running out the door. He will not acknowledge the damage after we called that day. He did return the call then hung up on my husband. Great experience working with Gold Star Auto Glass…read more I woke up to discover a small windshield chip/star had expanded overnight into a pretty large and winding crack. After imagining the worst case scenario dealing with insurance and the auto glass business- I decided to check the trusty Yelp app to see if I could find a competitive price to replace the glass. I called a few five-star providers in my general area that were able to come to me. Gold Star had the best price and was able to come to me same day! They arrived on time and began working on the car after a few basic questions. I would say the overall project took around 60 minutes and the work was excellent. They offer a lifetime warranty on the windshield for leaks, whistles, etc. That's a nice touch. Gold Star was about $50 less than the next competitor and as much as $100+ cheaper than some of the "big box" chain companies. It was a good experience all around and I would certainly recommend Gold Star to anyone. I ended up circumventing my insurance and simply going out of pocket but I did notice that Gold Start works with just about any insurance company so that's another plus. Give them a call!
