I've been to a few other fly shops, which were closer, but frankly I was treated like a "noob" and, like I was frankly an imposition to the sales team I hopped on my motorcycle and drove from the Aurora Denver area all the way down to this store simply to get fly line, put on a real, and I could not have been any more impressed with the staff! Every single person I talk to at this store was so unbelievably nice and helpful and they understood the value of amazing customer service. I cannot tell you how relieved I was that I have found my fly shop oh, and by the way, not only did I get line but I picked up another rod and reel set up so that tells you something about how wonderfully helpful they are They did not try to "oversell me", instead, they pointed me in a very affordable rig, and will allow me to grow from there. Once again, they understand what customer service should be.

I live in a small town in Southwest Colorado. I canceled my gym membership due to feeling uneasy…read moreand self conscious. Never in a million years did I think I would be able to have something delivered and set up for me in my home. Then I made the wise decision to call Fitness Gallery. I spoke with a very kind and exceedingly helpful young man named Ryan. Trust me. He went above and beyond to help me and I put him through the wringer with a ton of questions, hesitations, and more questions. Even if I sent him an email on a weekend, he responded quickly. His knowledge of their products and patience were unlike any I have seen in a very, very long time. In fact, I would go so far as to say he restored my faith in customer service and attentiveness. Then, today, two young men pulled up in my driveway after a drive of nearly 5 hours. In around 30 minutes, they had my treadmill set up and ready to use. They were courteous and hard-working. This may sound silly to some, but I even noticed how straight they installed the floor mat and the treadmill in my office. I'm very much a person that likes to have things neat and orderly and I could not have done it better myself. So today, I have the privilege and the pleasure of reading my owners manual and finally having a treadmill in my home with which to improve my health and well-being. No more dreading the gym because of how many people will be judging me for my size and lack of physical fitness. No more embarrassment. I can focus on what matters most. My health. The ability to do so is all due to Fitness Gallery and the helpfulness of Ryan Greer!

For some reason yelp has me as living in California, when I actually live here in Colorado. I…read morebought a Tuff Stuff bench from Fitness Gallery here in Colorado some time ago. It was a flat bench with an upper and lower pulley ~~ pretty simple. These units are sold with a "lifetime warranty," which is a main reason to buy one. About four years ago I had a pulley cable break. I tried calling and e-mailing Tuff Stuff, which is headquartered in Chino, CA. No answer either way. Fitness Gallery was sympathetic but it was a "manufacturer's issue." I bit the bullet and had Fitness Gallery repair it. This cost me around $150. Last month the cable started fraying again. FG sent out another repair guy to replace the cable. This time it was $318. So I'm into this for around $500 ~~ just for cable repairs. Keep this cost in mind when you are looking at buying any Tuff Stuff equipment from Fitness Gallery. The "lifetime warranty" isn't lifetime, and the Tuff Stuff isn't tuff. Buyer beware. * The max load I put on these cables is 180 lbs for back rows.

They even paid attention to small details, such as using shiny thread to replicate the chrome on his car. The Threaded Dragon team was incredibly helpful and friendly, and their customer service is unparalleled. They worked closely with their designer to ensure that the final image was of top-notch quality, and even though I was only making a small purchase they made me feel as important as their largest customers. I solicited quotes from a couple different embroidery companies in the Denver area and chose Threaded Dragon for both their fair/competitive pricing and excellent customer service. While I had originally planned on this being a one-off interaction, I'm now on the lookout for other embroidery projects to send their way. Overall, great experience and my dad and I are absolutely thrilled with his gift!
