We were on the road up north to see the eclipse, and we remembered that Naples is supposed to have exceptional restaurants. We had just passed Red Cat Winery and were talking about turning back, when we saw Roots and remembered that this was one of the big players. We luckily managed to get a table for brunch, and we quickly knew that Roots has special all over it. Quickly greeted by our server Mary, we ordered from the brunch menu. We were impressed that they knew the farm that each food item hailed from, and more impressed with the food itself. Donna gave me a slice of ham from her plate, and I had not known that ham could be that good. The only disappointment was that they had just run out of zucchini fritters. We'll have to go back sometime.

Our lunch - A round wooden table holds multiple plates of food, drinks, and a small pumpkin decoration, with a smartphone placed on the table.

We love this cafe. The mountain as the backdrop view was beautiful. Our server was very attentive and nice. The food was fresh and delish. We will visit it again when we are in town.

Cool vibe here, converted house with lots of neat seating inside and outdoor space for nicer weather. We were here for Sunday brunch. Coffee was good, mimosas were too, although a bit heavier on the OJ than I'd make at home. I got the sausage gravy and biscuits and the wifey got the Fig and Pig burger. Salt and dill fries that came with the burger were money. The sausage gravy was good, heavy on the fennel seed, not cream based like I was expecting, good but I wouldn't get it again. The burger was excellent. The fig and bacon jam was delicious. Tom our waiter was attentive but not intrusive. Lots of stuff on the menu sounded great so we'll be back.

Staying at Naples for our vacation in Finger Lakes region. Read reviews stated that this place is a must in Naples, so we went. It was not so wise to walk in because it was popular and the place was small. But the wait wasn't too bad since we could dine outdoor in summer. The produce and wine are locally sourced, which is a big plus. We picked the wine produced by the winery next door and they were delicious. We ordered the tuna bowl and the pasta. They are well-seasoned and yummy. Yes. This place is a must-go place in town ... or I would say in the area.

Really good! - A burger with lettuce, tomato, and a fried egg, served with seasoned fries topped with ketchup, on a white plate.

We were a large group and our good took a while but it was worth it. I had the burger that I was craving for and it was very good. Our server was fantastic, he took very good care of us and was apologetic about the delay with the food. Overall we had a good experience at Roots.

Very good food, and great service. Highly recommend the Greek gyro. Make sure to make reservations as the tables fill up quick. My husband and I took St Patrick's Day off and decided to stop by and had lunch. It was great! Plenty of parking, kind attentive staff, and delicious food as always.

Roots is a wonderful combination of comfortable ambiance and good food. There are many good locally sourced dishes that are unique and tasty! still one of my favorite places to eat! Service is always good! Update : Roots is still one of my favorite places in the Finger Lakes region

Back again.... Finally!! Just visiting family but a must for brunch when in town. The menu, location, awesome tent, food and service is outstanding !! Support this awesome local business- they deserve and earn every dollar. Also not there is Inspire Moore winery in back with deck seating overlooking the vineyards AND sometimes have musical groups visit and play in an amazing outdoor covered stage. Well worth the time to visit.

Roots restaurant on both floors, bar first floor, and outside in season.

Really cute and quaint spot. The food was delicious! Service wasn't great but I believe she was a new staff member. We would return.

The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful -- very thoughtfully decorated with such an inviting atmosphere. The view of the lake is stunning, and I loved that you can see the water (and sunset!) from pretty much every table. It really makes the whole dining experience feel special. Our server, Kyra V., was amazing! She was so friendly, personable, and honestly just adorable. She made us laugh and gave honest feedback when we asked about the menu, which we really appreciated. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and it made our night even better. The food was phenomenal. We started with the Caesar Tower, which easily fed four adults as an appetizer -- and it was honestly one of the best we've had. Highly recommend! Our entrees did not disappoint either... everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The specialty drinks were crafted perfectly and were just as impressive as the food. We will absolutely be returning and can't wait to dine outdoors when the weather is nice. Such a great experience all around

WOW. We love Galene. The atmosphere and service are 10/10. The last time we went we sat in the bar…read morearea and the bartender was very attentive. But the most impressive thing is the food - we were blown away. The best things were any of the pastas, the shrimp bao buns, and the red shrimp, but we loved everything (orange chicken and steak frites). The red shrimp honestly tasted better than lobster, and came with a really good garlic butter. We would order this over and over. The shrimp bao buns didn't' just have tiny chopped up shrimp - it had large chunks of shrimp and you could taste them. The prices are also very fair. In the summer you can even see the lake and eat outside which is a plus. Galene is now one of our favorite restaurants in the area and can't wait to go back.
