I made a quick run to Ace to see if they had any replacement clips while he checked his truck for any spares. When I came back empty handed I found him using the one good clip I had from the second shower as a template to make a new clip out of wire from his truck. Instead of being stuck w/o water all day while driving across town to plumbing store to find the part, this guy had me up and running in 30 extra minutes.

Because of their thoroughness, they discovered that it was still under warranty and supplied me the phone number to Rheem so that I could call and get the part shipped to me for repair. Once the part came in, they were able to repair it!! They didn't feel safe for me with the way the venting flow was for gas to the water heater so, while here, they replaced that at no cost! Most unprofessional AC company I have ever dealt with. They came to my house because my Ac unit…read morestopped blowing cool air. Tech Corbin replaced the fan motor thinking that was the problem. He said that if that part didn't work they would not charge me for it. The unit started working, cool air blowing for about 30 min, and stopped again. Corbin left and we called him back, he then said it had to be the compressor at the termination point. So we would need a whole new unit which was going to cost us $21,000. I told his supervisor Tim Powers that I could not commit to amount at this point that I needed to verify with the Home owner. The next day I had another company come out, come to find out they never even checked the compressor, it was full of black widows, spiderwebs, and eggs. They said there was no way that they could've checked that with all of that stuff in there. When they looked at the wiring, they said that the wiring was not done correctly with the new motor that they placed on the fan. When I spoke to the field supervisor, Tim Powers he was very unprofessional saying he wasn't going to give us any credit and good luck. When I spoke to him on the phone he was talking to me like a little girl calling me baby and and saying good luck. He was disrespectful, degrading and not trying to come to a resolution what so ever. I have never been disrespect, like this by what you would think would be a professional in my life! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, letting everyone know they should stay clear from this company. BE AWARE!!! At a friend's recommendation, I called RAM and spoke to Sammi, who assured me it would be no problem to get someone out to me within the hour!! Keep in mind that my refrigerator died sometime this week while I was away, and I discovered it when I returned Wednesday afternoon, so I have been without one for at least 5 days. Joseph arrived with a big smile, a lot of knowledge and a comforting attitude. He quickly assessed the issue, went to get the necessary part, and installed it.
